Went in this morning for gas and a treat of a mocha for myself. The store was clean, the cashier was smiling and inviting and the mto staff were steady making the 25 orders that hit them at once. They let waiting customers know what was going on and apologized for the wait, all while still making these orders. Y'all are doing a great job! To the 4 team members I saw this morning, have a beautiful day and thank you for my amazing mocha!

Time and time again we get food here lately and its always SOMETHING .No matter the time.We get Coffee its not mixed properly.We get fries they either are SOGGY or HARD grease.And guess what we even get Ripped off on the amount we get in a damn BUCKET!!! Just went in today and got a bucket of curly fries and its HALF with even regular fries in it.... What the actually hell???Get the Service on track. For the price this shouldn't be happening.... Especially a lot more recently.

Can’t go wrong with this Sheetz, nice and efficient workers. If you need somewhere to stop for a bathroom break, gas, or food this is a great place to stop

Not a huge sheetz and the pumps are super close to the building with no alot of driving room. You can get out easy enough as the exit road connects to a light. Bathroom was rough. I'd use this sheetz again only if I needed too

Nice Sheetz right off is the roadway. Sometime parking can be tight when busy. Multiple gas pumps with all octane including a couple diesel pumps. Inside is clean and modern with multiple ordering screens. The is self serve soda, coffee, and milkshakes. Store is clean and organized and lines move quick. Male and female restrooms. Staff is friendly.

At 2:00 a.m. I came in here to find a clean store, a clean bathroom, friendly employees, and got a first-rate well-prepared chili cheese dog in no time flat. Great job everyone! I'm impressed.

Mixed experiences on customer service at this location--I was given a refund when a cigarette coupon didn't work from the app & my most recent stop the cashier seemed annoyed when I asked for 2 separate transactions for the $1.40 off 2 packs of Marlboros & proceeded to move to the other register as I am swiping my card telling the customer behind me that he's not going to make them wait & then comes back to finish the 2nd transaction with me. The customer behind me did not complain so I don't understand why he felt the need to leave the register. I spend a lot of $ on my husband's tobacco products at Sheetz, maybe just not at this particular location in the future.

You should have this sheets teach all the other sheets how it's done because the food is always hot and fresh. The store is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

I recently locked my keys in a rental car while getting gas at this Sheetz. My phone, wallet were also in the car. The staff was amazing helping me find a locksmith, provided me coffee and kept checking to see if i needed anything. The supervisor, Karen was so kind. I watched them interact with everyone for an hour, they were the same way with every customer. Wonderful staff and customer service!!!

Second time I’ve placed a curbside order and the app doesn’t work to check in. So I called x5 and no one answered. Had to unbuckle the kids and very inconveniently take them in. Then they didn’t give me the fries I ordered, and I didn’t find that out until after I drove away. Poor experience

Consistently the worst sheetz I go to. 5th time they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular home style (I hate spicy) and then I get attitude from them when I call to let them know of their mistake. Not to mention absolutely drowning in sauces to the point of the sandwiches falling apart at least 1/2 the time. Single pack of ketchup for a cup of curly fries regularly… if you can go ANYWHERE else, do it. Don’t chance this half rate shame on the sheetz name.

I took my brother to the Sheetz in Philipsburg for some milkshakes and we had a terrible experience. From customer service, to the quality of our drinks. The lady who made our drinks had an unpleasant attitude, and refused to put whipped topping on our drinks until she checked the order again and noticed that’s what we ordered. My milkshake tasted like peanut butter when I ordered chocolate. That is a major concern, considering that I could have a peanut allergy. Luckily I do not. Not very happy.

Don't ever order food from here; they rob you on portions size. You order double something in burrito or sandwich, they never put it in there.Always check your order before leaving. Things missing from the order. This place is horrible. Go to Gio or fast food down the street.

Never had a bad expierence at this sheetz until tonight, asked for extra sauce and the lady was so mean and rude to me about it. I’m still new to the area and did not know that there was an extra sauce button on the kiosks. Put me in a bad mood when I was polite.

Convenient location, friendly staff.Whomever decided how to arrange the coffee and supplies (creamer, sugar, cups, lids, ect) does not drink coffee.Coffee and things like lids and sugar are on a separate island several yards away from each other.Steak, egg, and cheese bagel soggy with grease. (it was edible, but not the quality I would normally expect from a Sheetz.)Several people loitering (and stopping their conversation to stare at passers-by) inside of the store made for an uncomfortable environment.I will avoid stopping at this location in the future.

I ordered a hot dog with chili, nacho cheese and diced onions. It hardly has any cheese on it and i ordered a bucket of curly fries and got maybe half of the bucket. And the prices are completely outrageous.

When it comes to wholesome, authentic, American classics mixed with sheetz marketing genius you get this. The sheetz in philipsburg is possibly the best run sheetz in PA. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic. I can personally vouch for the Big Mozz. A fantastic menu item and hopefully a staple in the sheetz MTO lineup for the foreseeable future. WOW.5/5

Clean, friendly & quick. Got stuck there for 2+ hours waiting for AAA and the staff checked on us multiple times and offered a complimentary cup of coffee. Awesome service.
