My experience at the Phillipsburg, PA CVS was awesome. Not only did I find items not at any other stores within 100 miles, I found myself walking out with several other items that were great deals thanks to the help of Bernie. Bernie was so very helpful & a very couteous & knowledgeable cashier. She alerted me to additional savings & offers I didn't know about. She was so patient & accommodating while I selected additional products to satisfy the offer she told me about. She was helpful & had a very positive attitude. She truly made my experience great! This store is easy to find, well lit, easy parking, very well signed with sales tags & had a great employees like Bernie making you feel taken care of! Love this CVS!

I was treated poorly here, with attitude and condescension, at the Rx counter. They did not have all the meds I needed in stock either. It happened once, and I gave it a second chance, only to receive the same treatment again. I was a loyal customer here for 13 years. But after being treated this way, I am never going here again!

How many hours is it acceptable to wait for a med when they tell you it is being filled before they decide they are out of said medication and can’t do it. Med was called in by surgery center almost two hours ago. This discovery was just discovered by the star employees they have working here. Love wasting my day waiting on someone to discover their brain

It is no surprise this CVS has only a 2.9 rating! The pharmacy is horrible and they are very unprofessional and incompetent. I have had nothing but problems with every RX sent there. They even screwed up with the insurance and had to refund me. This latest prescription was sent to them LAST WEEK. I called the pharmacy YESTERDAY and they told me it will be ready today and then this morning they call and tell me they don't have it in stock and won't have it until the end of the week. No excuse for this.

Dr. Called in a script for my child. I knew from the previous weeks visit that I would be told it would take a few hours as they are "backed up". 6 hours later I send my husband to get the script. ITS STILL NOT READY! Reason given? "We are backed up".I no longer buy this excuse, it's inexcusable. A few hours is acceptable, but 6+ with the possibility of over 24 hours wait is absolutely disgraceful. Management needs to getvtjings in order. We will be transferring our entire family's prescriptions elsewhere.

Last two times I've had my prescription filled once for me once for my son they took forever. I was ordered medication to start immediately 5 hours later I still don't have it. I was told they were held up with covid things. That my order would try to be done today but not promising anything.

The ER called a 3 prescriptions in for me, an antibiotic, an oral steroid and a topical steroid. An hour and 15 minutes later we came to pick it up and were told it would be 45 minutes. I said it was called in over an hour ago and the pharmacy employee told me there are people ahead of me. What pharmacy takes more than 2 hours to fill a prescription?Last visit.

Friendly staff, very clean and well stocked. The photo center is amazing, you can do so many different photo projects in store and staff is always happy to help me. Love shopping here because the staff always makes sure I am finding the items I need

Extremely rude. We drove 2 hours to come here for a covid test and they wouldn't take us because our RV wouldn't fit under the drivethrough space. There were many ways around the problem but they just turned us away like garbage.

Wonderful staff, always greeting me and making sure I find what I need. And looks beautiful after the remodel they had this year... and they have totally redone the greeting cards and brought in Hallmark. Great selection!!!

Charged over 10 bucks for a case of pop. Did not have basic medicines in stock ....went down the street to some other place and they had everything in stock.

Worst pharmacy customer service. Workers are rude, short with you and treat you like your beneath them when you ask questions. I would recommend weiss pharmacy.

Pharmacist NIKKI is very rude. She talked down to me several times she was very impatient and acted like it was beneath her to take a phone call! I will be transferring pharmacies.
