i was really impress with how clean my carpet was! i had given up hope that the carpet in one room could be saved. i had cleaned it myself and even had a professional cleaner one time but they never got it as clean as this company. and the technicians, nick and don were really great…professional and friendly. and will certainly recommend them to others

Central Steamer cleaned/stripped/waxed our school floors. They did an absolutely fantastic job, were very professional, and did not leave a mess! They completed the job in a timely manner, were easy to get ahold of, and even followed up with us to see if we were satisfied. It has been one of my jobs to arrange for the floors to be done every summer for the past 7 years and this is the first time that I've been happy with the results! Our 7 year old sectional had seen better days and was thinking about purchasing a new one until I found Central Steamer. With kids and pets, stains were inevitable, and even personally cleaning our sectional with a store bought upholstery cleaner and scrubber doesn't come close to what Central Steamer can do! Brian and Nick thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny including the back side of the sectional. I've used professional cleaning services for our furniture, and none compare to the great work and diligent effort in making sure I was completely satisfied with the look and smell of our sectional! I utilized this company for the first time to clean carpets in a new home purchase on May 4th, Unfortunately, it turned into a bit of chaos on my end due to my sister not being able to get in the house with her key and no other keys were left at the home. It took an extra 30 minutes to get into the home, so at one point the two guys went to do a cost estimate for another customer in Clearfield. They checked back to confirm they could get access to the home. When the price was determined based on square footage and the admin clerk called, I was informed the owner determined the charge for the delay/ inconvenience was set at a $100. What a rip off! I could see $50 or maybe even $75, but an extra $100 for delaying the team of two employees for 30 minutes is ridiculous!!! Never again!!! First snd last time to use this company!Service: Carpet steam cleaning

They were on time, courteous, explained the process, worked non-stop until the job was complete. Paid attention to details along walls and at flooring transitions. Protected wall corners from hoses and cords as they moved through the spaces. Turned lights out as they worked their way from the depths of the apartment back to the front door. Great job!

It's impossible to be positive enough about Brian and Central Steamer. My water softener caused a minor flood in the basement. Brian kindly and generously walked me through the mitigation process over the phone to save money on an in-person visit. After sending him some pictures of the situation, I took his reassuring (though realistic) advice and was able to do the cleanup myself. He even told me that I should call him back the next day to make sure everything went well... Who does that?! Ha. Apparently, there are still reliable and trusty people out there helping strangers and Brian is one of them! Anyways, you can count on fantastic and friendly service from Central Steamer. I would not hesitate to call Brian again or recommend him to a friend. A+++
