Nick was very helpful when getting 4 fish on July 12th. They will be getting more tropical fish in maybe this Wednesday with the new truck delivery. There were customers walking out on my way in. Another customer entered but may have left when Nick was helping to fish out the new fish. Reasonable prices. Lots of merchandise for various types of pets. Gray rabbits for sale in the front window should be an attention getter. Hometown feel. Nice place to shop. Totally recommend going here.

This is the only pet store in at least 50 mi that sells live animals. And, even better, they know what they're talking about! I needed to set up a new fish tank, and the man helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful, even at the expense of selling me fewer fish while I figured it out for my kids. They do free water analysis too!

They are changing locations to front street in Philipsburg so be sure to come check out the awesome new store! You'll find the same knowledgeable friendly staff ready to help you find your new best friend and everything you need to keep them happy and healthy! They have a great selection of furry friends, slithering friends and swimming friends! Can you tell I love this pet shop? I don't even work here!!!!! But I want them to continue to do well so we can have the best animal care outlet available close to home for years to come...petco and big chain stores DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS......THEY CARE ABOUT DOLLARS....these guys know each animal personally and can help you one on one. Petco employees come and go and learn from a print out sheet....if they learn....just shop here ok?

C&C Tropical Paradise Pet Shop is seriously one of the best pet shops I've ever been to! Friendly staff doesn't begin to describe the staff, no matter how busy they are they always have time to answer any and all of my questions and still be able to assist the other customers! Beautiful snakes, great prices, all kinds of pet supplies! I live in Dubois and drive 45 minutes to get my pet supplies and live 2 miles Petco and 2.5 from the mall! C&C is the place to go!

Been shopping here for years they are very friendly and knowledgeable about all there product. They have quality livestock and plenty of surplus for that live stock. Weather it's reptiles fish rodents birds its a nice little store and they will continue to get my business

I go to this store at least once a week and I have to say that this is a great store to purchase all your pet needs. All the employees are very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I purchase a cat litter, and it's cheaper here than anywhere else I've seen it!

I’m from out of town searching for something. I don’t want to run an 1 hour and a 1/2 out of my way to just look. I’m more then willing to make the travel if they have it. Unfortunately they never answer the phone. I have called repeatedly over the last week and no one answers the phone and they have no voice mail. Ridiculous.

Place is absolutely horrible I’ve had 2 rabbits die within a week and they don’t honor a refund of any sort places is a scam never buy anything here unless you plan on burying a couple animals.
