Very kind and helpful staff. I did a lot of research before my purchase but they were experienced enough to fill the gaps in my knowledge. Great selection of supplies for reptiles and amphibians.I never asked, but it seems like they source their animals from reputable breeders and treat them well while they're for sale. My White's Tree Frogs, which I got as froglets, are now fully grown and have never had any health issues.

My favorite aquarium store. Good prices and they have a lot compared to the size of the store. It's great. Love the Cat too. She's been there for a WHILE! I've been going there for over 20 yrs now. Hey, if you guys are seeing this...definitely order WAY more minnows then what you have been lol. Stock comes in on Tues and gone by Tuesday night I feel like.

I like this store and it close by me but the reason I gave the 4 star s is cause if they sell you a sick fish by mistake or one just die over night, you dont give a refund and these lil fish are pricey. They cost from $3 up for 1. I rather go to Petco. They give you a full refund until 7 days. That is why they get 4 stas.

It's a good pet shop. They have fresh water and African cichlids. Decent reptile room. No birds. Nice stock of foods and supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Great store with a large selection. The staff is very helpful and willing to answer questions honestly. Brendan talked me out of purchasing several fish that would not be suitable for my tank. Put customer success over sales and I really appreciated the help. They are very reasonable and they are worth the local business support 10/10 times.

I Decided to take a ride from Delaware to Philadelphia looking for fontosa cichlids, when I entered the store the staff was very friendly! After finding the fontosa cichlids, the owner knocked off a few bucks!. I greatly appreciated the discount!! I'll give this place 5 stares...

Hometown pet store with plenty of pet goodies. From foods to baths to beds and carriers. I stopped by just to see the variety. They do have small pet foods for Chinchilla's, hamsters and guinea pigs, as well as a variety of fish for your aquarium and aquarium decorations. Friendly staff as well.

Before I purchased fish from here I had the healthiest tank ever. Brought 2 Oscars and feeder fish from here, 20 minutes later everything in my tank is dying.. I should of Know, while I was there I witnessed a humongous Oscar in a 10 gallon tank laying on his side suffering. The new lace smelled like hell. When I told the guy that he sold me sick fish from contaminated water, he said that’s not on us, but medicine. This place should be shut down permanently !! They don’t even deserve the one star I was forced to give them !😡

Staff was professional and extremely helpful. Huge variety of fish, tanks, and accessories (driftwood, ornaments, etc.). Read the positive reviews and was happy that the store lived up to the hype. Purchased multiple aquatic plants and look forward to returning.

The selection of fish was astounding, basically all the fish I had planned out Were there except for the apistogrammas, and many a fish was very hard to resist buying.However I cannot give full credit in good faith due to the condition I got some of my fish in, My loach has a rather battered tailfin and I have a tetra I have dubbed ''Sawtail'' Due to the fin damage I see on most of its finI have a low quality picture that I edited to make it more obvious what it looks like that I will put below.(oh and I think some of the other tetras have fin rot)

Went to buy two gerbils from here until we noticed that they were infested with tiny red bugs - infectious skin mites! People working there didn't seem like it was a big deal, and there was one little black gerbil so sick in the tank that it wasn't even moving around. Hope the owners read this because you have a problem and need to get rid of those pests on those gerbils and get them healthy! We had to assume our pet carrier is contaminated so I get to wash it down with bleach. We had had good experiences with this place in the past, but...

Fantastic place. You want quality fish at a competitive price, go here. Waited patiently for about a month for their supplier to bring in a big beautiful male bristlenose pleco. Was worth the wait. He's been thriving for the past 2 months now.

I use to love coming to this fish store but, lately it seems to have fell off. There are limited fish to choose from and what's there is either pricey and not worth it. The tank system seems to be full of build up calcium and doesn't look clean. There where some fish eating a dead planko. Why? So. I still purchased a few fish making sure I use the proper solution so they won't die. I hope they get more fish and update the system so it looks clear and clean. Get more bigger fish that's affordable.

I’ve been her twice for fish and both times the gentlemen that helped me terrorized the fish during catching them, not even kind of gentle. He clearly gave out an I don’t care vibe. Throwing decorations around and completely destroying the water in the process. He sold me some fish he said that arrived the day of. Half of them were struggling with swimming. The die off rate is high due to stress. Please treat the fish with more respect. I will not come here.

I have consistently been impressed by the employees and products provided here. I am a long time reptile owner and consider myself fairly knowledgeable and the staff here has always provided good knowledge and services when I shop here. I have a beautiful healthy bearded dragon nearly a decade old from here and now moving back i consistently go for food and supplies for my fleet of other reptiles.
