The employees here treat the FAMILY Bathroom as their own personal restroom. I go to this Walmart often and I have a young child I need to bring to the bathroom and employees are always hanging out by it and have been heard complaining anytime a costumer uses it. I had an employee go into it right when me and my child were about to go use it. They could have went into the Womens/Mens room instead as the Family Bathroom is for FAMILIES! When I went to Walmart yesterday I took my child into the family bathroom and the sink was disgusting covered in someones facial and/or body hair as if someone had shaved in there. I would not be surprised if it were the staff.. This bathroom needs to be more taken care of.

I checked the "ONLINE INFO" for this store and it said they opened at 6AM so I went early and got there shortly after they opened.I saw what I needed but it was locked in a glass case. I managed to find an employee to get the case unlocked but was told: ---- "The electronics part of the store doesn't open until 8AM and no one else in the store has the keys to that case"How is this possible???You mean to tell me that no one in the entire store has any keys to this case???GTFOH !!!

Probably the worst Walmart I've been to. No way this is a Supercenter. No self-checkouts and lines are constantly backed up. Avoid Fri-Sun with how crazy busy this store is. Matter of fact, avoid any day of the week! However, it is a fairly modern-looking store and is clean. Most employees I've interacted with were very friendly for the most part- Asked one worker if she could unlock something from the hardware case and she told me she has no key and just started walking away. I then asked another employee and she replied, "no speak English."

Do your self a favor and never enter this hell hole. A worker pulled me out of a line that was moving to check me out in customer service. He then proceeded to assist a senile old man with a stapler for 10 minutes while a line formed at customer service thus prolonging my experience while I could have just checked out at the initial line.

manager did not honor their refund policy. i came here to refund an item i purchased in delaware as the website states i can refund an item at any walmart, not just the location i purchased it at. when i went to refund the item as it was damaged/missing, the manager told me that i must return it at the walmart i purchased it at.i purchased it during a trip so there was no way i could return to that walmart unless im going on the trip again as it is way too far. therefore, they did not uphold their policy stated on the website.

The employees are cool, it’s just super crowded 24/7…if you plan to go there you must be prepared to be in there for at least 45 minutes.

This is one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been in. The store always is dirty, disorganized, and hard to navigate because for some reason the staff leaves pallets of unloaded items seemingly randomly all over the store for extended periods of time without ever unloading them, customers seems like they do a better job of ransacking the shelves and just throwing everything on the floor then actually picking items up and putting them in their cart.Too many of the items that should be regular purchase items and easy to access or unlocked cabinets or behind locked doors. Trying to find a Walmart employee that is capable of unlocking these stores is at best a 50/50 chance, despite the fact there appear to be scores Walmart employees walking around, when you ask one to open a locked cabinets my experiences that they tell me it's not their Department they need to get someone in the department to come help me and stay there, they disappear, 15 to 20 minutes later they come back with somebody who works in the department at about 50% of the time they don't have the key and then need to call a manager to come and help, another 15 to 20 minute wait. If it doesn't bother you to wait more than 45 minutes in front of a locked cabinet to buy every day items like deodorant, pain medicine, hand tools, certain cell phone accessories, and the like this is the store for you, but I have neither the time nor the patience to wait for these items to be unlocked.They're always seems to be gangs of adolescence and teenagers wandering around the store, sometimes I've seen the shoplifting almost in front of Walmart employees that could plainly see them who do nothing. I frequently see security officers and sometimes the police "resolving" issues with customers who went from mouthy and threatening to acting out violently and or "issues" that arise at the exit door.Much of the time I find that when I do visit this store often there was a lack of stock or the shelves are very disorganized and disheveled making it hard to find anything.Check out here is a disaster, the lines are always long, there are rarely ever cashiers enough to support the number of customers, there is no self-checkout, and the average wait time from getting in line to actually check it out is often longer than 30 minutes. I find it disturbing that on the rare event that I pay in cash at this Walmart the cashiers often struggle to perform the basic arithmetic to make proper change.Sometimes there is a receipt checker at the door, but not always. I refuse to participate in nonsense receipt checking and most of the time have no issues, however occasionally the receipt checkers the exit door have found it appropriate to become vulgar and use obscenities when I tell them I will not participate and they cannot legally obstruct me from leaving. As if the prolonged weight a checkout isn't long enough, there's only one receipt Checker when they are present so expect another 30 to 45 minute wait just to get out the exit door with the items that you've already paid for.The parking lot for this location is oddly undersized and difficult to navigate. I always feel unsafe when I'm in this parking lot as it appears to be a haven for drug dealers, teenage and Adolescent gangs, and strangely Peddlers selling household products and clothing out of the back of box trucks or pickup trucks and sometimes tables, the kind of stuff you look at it and conclude that it "fell off the back of a truck."I used to visit this Walmart pretty frequently when I lived closer to the neighborhood, the things I observe have always existed since I began visiting in 2018 but seem to have gotten a hundred times worse since. My last couple of experiences shopping at this Walmart have been so bad that even when I need to visit a Walmart and this is the Walmart most convenient to me I will drive out of my way to another Walmart where I feel safe and might be able to shop at quickly and conveniently.This Walmart needs very desperately for corporate management to step in and make changes.

It's crazy busy in here. The lines try to move fast but because of the amount of people that live in the neighborhood is going to be crowded. Products were easy to find, labels are correct and the cashiers try to get you out as soon as possible

I've tried on 3 separate occasions to express my concerns to the store manager, but he/she is basically unreachable. After my experience at this Walmart on Saturday, I vow to never shop in any Walmart ever again.

This store needs a visit from corporate. They are failing at the two most important concepts in business, that being SERVICE and OPERATIONS. As far as service, they have about 5 (if that) team members who serve the customers well, the others hate their job (people). Now, operations, the main experience for customers is a speedy checkout, they “manage” the lines terribly (this is not out of frustration cause it can be, rather it’s just facts). If 2p is the hot hour of the day, why aren’t all hands on duty to get the customers out the store? We watch TONS of employees just roam at the front of a BUSY EXIT. On top of trying to actually leave the store, they almost NEVER HAVE BAGS NOW. It’s one thing to charge us for bags, but it’s a whole different matter when you just don’t have any at all or you’re running out in a day. Poor management. This location really deserves one star, but for the effort of those employees who are suffering in helping others I added one. Be blessed.

The Walmart store in question has several areas where improvements can be made to enhance customer experience and security. The parking security appears to be ineffective in deterring customers from parking in unauthorized areas, including handicap parking.Within the store, the limited customer support provided by sales clerks and cashiers can lead to longer wait times and frustration for customers. Additionally, the random receipt checkers at the exit doors may not be an efficient use of resources as they do not thoroughly inspect everyone's items.There are numerous other issues related to poor customer service and security that could be addressed. I would leave a one star but never had a real problem here personally however...It's bad enough all these base heads and junkies trash up everything and steal but...When Im watching two after hour employees at midnight take break and literally throw their trash out of their little blue SUV on the side of store that's even worse... I was just atthe Walmart here in Philly. I got there at 0620 hours as I have a VA appt today with my counselor for severe COMBAT PTSD. I AM A RETIRED MARINE WITH OVER TEN YEARS DEFENDING OUR COUNTRY. They told me that someone would be there to do returns at 0700 hrs. 7a.m. came and went. I approached a heavy set female supervisor at 7:22 a.m. she said that employee that did returns was running late. I asked her if this was the only employee that was authorized to do returns AND SHE ANSWERED IN THE AFfIRMATIVE. I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD DO THE RETURN AS I HAD A VA APPT She indicated she was busy. As I walked I overheard her referring to me as that white man and something about telling her what to do...i am Puerto Rican and do not have a racist hair in my body but it seemed as though she had an issue with me even prior to me asking her for help. I stayed another ten minutes or so B4 I decided to leave as my blood was boiling. I watched her shooting the Bobo with other female employees and this made no sense to me I will pray for her...Sgt Julio Andujar USMC

I just went to this store today 12/18/23. Let me tell you if there is anything disgraceful is this store. I ask someone do they have deep fitting sheets. She said no. With a face. I said do you understand what I’m talking about? They said NO. In Spanish she went .and brought someone one by that time I was still looking. She the other lady said we don’t carry that maybe on line. So, I said I found it. She said oh wow that’s just bougie. I just took them and left. Went to the pay out lane. The lady then left and a gentle man came. He said we don’t have bags. I just went off I said what I so pending over $200 dollars and you have no bags. I ask for the manager she was no help she just didn’t care either never. I had to leave with my stuffs without any bags. How ridiculous is that.

Worst Walmart ever from only having 3 lines open, nothing stocked, no bags, no parking. Hell a woman almost died in the Frozen section I had enough time to finish shopping load the car and get ready to pull off before she got any type of medical attention.

Walmart still needs to hire more people to work the registers. Especially early in the morning when they know people are trying to hurry up and get where they're going. That's why Walmart loses business to Target. At least Target has enough cashier's on top of their self checkout option.

I'm not a big fan of this Walmart for many reasons one being the employees aren't too friendly but I Went in there today and the one cashier named Leroy handled everyone with positivity and a bright beautiful smile no matter the customer he was very professional and speedy with checking out and bagging up groceries Walmart need more employees like Leroy!

Walmarts are completely overrated now. The lines are always so long, there will be 30 employees walking around the store but not 2 or 3 of the 10+ registers will be open with lines wrapped around the entire clothes section smh do better please

Only good time to come shop is at 6am when they open, otherwise you'll end up spending an hour in line because they never have enough cashiers. Usually only 2 maybe 3 check out lines are open

This has to be the worst Walmart in the city. 5 lanes open, your 20 items or less lanes are a joke. I understand you can't do self checkout because of the scumbags in the city, but open more lanes instead of having employees stand around like their lost.

Great deals but have to be patient going to this Walmart only a few lines open and when doing pickup orders I have had to wait a long time also.. my reason for changing to three stars is because the cashier was nice however someone spilled liquid that came out of a salmon he told me that it was instacart and the person didn't care I told him to wipe down the area I thought it was a person smelling that bad he was asking the managers and other associates to bring him a disinfectant spray to clean the air and everyone was very dismissive .

Worst pick up location more than 2 hours waiting when this is suppose to save you time waste of my time ugh more than 2 hours and 20 pickup spots all full and no employees around, and you have to reserve a time I reserved 9-10am everyone here stress because they started to cancel orders after all this waiting and here it is the employee taking selfies and talking in the phone came out just for 1 customer
