Today @ approximately between 12:52pm - 1:106pm, I had no choice but to walk out of this disturbing Walmart due to the customer service cashier (short overweight African female) & her 2 work pals. Another person & I were waiting in this line for over 10 minutes as she was servicing another customer (only 1 the whole time). She kept counting a handful of 20's, multiple times as she kept loosing count as she was joking and conversating with one of those work pals. The guy in front of me kept looking back at me, shaking his head with an annoying expression. After the 1st work pal started to finally leave, she stopped and started more convo with that cashier, so AGAIN the cashier had to recount that large handful of 20's. At this point I spoke up and said could be get service? The cashier gave me the nastiest look through her huge thick bifocals and looked at her co pal & muttered something that I could not hear. Her co-pal (very obese African woman) loudly asked me what did you say? I repeated myself saying could we get service? and are you working the CS also. She ignorantly replied "Nope!" & walked away. Due to this ignorant lazy bulliing behavior, I started recording the cashier (just in case) and glad I did. She called someone else up to CS. That walmart worker stared at me from behind the counter then said something to me. As I started walking up to her (still recording), she repeated herself saying "Are you recording us?". I simply replied "Is it any of your business what I am doing with my phone?" She replied very condesendingly "I asked you a question". I replied. "and I do not have to answer your question". She yelled "You are being rude" then literally called security to remove me from the store! I called the corporate office & filed a report requiring a call back and resolution/concequences for those ignorant racist employees! Check out my video (link below) & pic of BOTH girls! The way the security straight followed me, realized I wasnt stealing then just sat and STARED at me as I shopped for a whole 20 mins, like who trained you? Then when he realizes I caught him staring pretends to be “stretching” or whatever this is (photo attached). Like I get it, do your job, but what you’re NOT gonna do is make me feel uncomfortable as I shop n a store. Weirdo.

I was here yesterday and this is what I came across. Strawberries with fuzz growing and carts full of food on an aisle next to electronics. I saw staff walk by and do nothing. Folks, please check any food items you pick up from here. Make sure it's good to consume because it's obvious that Wal-Mart employees and management doesn't care.

This Walmart is huge. There’s a grocery store inside of this one. The store is fully stocked, organized and kept clean for the most part. They sell everything you’d expect them to sell. The Halloween section was great, they offered everything you need to decorate for and celebrate. They need more cashiers! The lines were slow moving and long. Even the self checkout line was long. The employees were professional and nice. There is a large parking lot. It could use a cleaning.

Good luck returning something. They only put one person on and the person in front of me is returning a lot. There is a long line behind me and no one comes to help. Horrible service at this Walmart.

I like the variety of everything I need I can find here. Employees here are good and welcome. I wish a "receipt checking system" like a staff at the exit checking the receipt would be more simplified, like in Target or Shoprite. And some employees were more professional and courteous, like those who argued and blocked my father's money gram to make him unable to use the service. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach the manager re the matter at first time, and I and my father didn't follow up afterward - too much time consuming. Now he's unable to use this service at any other location.

I live by this Walmart so unfortunately it is my go to. Every time i go for baby formula i am waiting in the back for at least 25 minutes. As i ask employees for a key or to call someone im told they can’t and that’s it. Today was what made my visit ten times worse. After waiting 25 minutes for formula then another 20 minutes in line as soon as i am next a manager comes up asking me to go to another line explaining he has people that need breaks. I myself am i manager so i understand but seeing i have three grumpy kids and im grumpy being as though im waiting around while employees text talk or whatever else. I explained to him how my day in here was already going not that he would help me get out of here quicker. Other then that My cashier Yaterria was great

I originally submitted a positive review about this store. I'm revising it.I went there to pick up a few food items. I paid in self checkout with a $5 bill. A box popped up saying an associate would be there to assist me. He came over and said the machine was probably out of cash, so he took me to another one and scanned some barcode on it, so I assumed this barcode would notify this other checkout thing that I had already paid. Nope. It was asking me to pay again.I went to another associate and told her what was going on, she called the original associate back over. I told him that other machine had already taken my money. He went and talked to a manager. They had to look at the cameras or whatever to see if I had put money in there. Continue waiting, finally the guy (the first associate I had dealt with) comes over to me and hands me a $5 bill...and that was it...just walked away. I assume the expectation was that I should just get back in line and go through the whole thing again. Nevermind the fact that the employees who were 'helping' me with this were looking at me like they just scraped me from the bottom of their shoe.The items were already in a bag from when I had tried to check out originally. I threw the bag on top of the lottery/scratch off thing and walked out.Done with Walmart.Had to go back there today...to get a few food items and some Dayquil. I asked an associate that was stocking shelves if I could get something out of the cabinet. She looked at me, and continued what she was doing...couldn't even be bothered to respond.So I went to the customer service desk and asked them for help. The associate waiting on me asked the other one what she should say over the loudspeaker, to which she told her to say someone needed assistance in the cold and flu aisle. I don't know what she found objectionable about that, but she said she was NOT saying that. So I had to wait for the other associate to finish up with her customer.They are just so over the top unprofessional at that store.

So I placed an online order and this store was supposed to have someone deliver it 1/19/24. When the driver got to my house he got out of the car with no bag in hand. When I asked where my items was he said I don’t speak English and I’ll be back and he said this in English and this was 10:33pm 1/19/24, needless to say he never returned. I have been calling this Walmart to no avail. The phone just rings and nobody answers and then eventually it hang up on you. I spend too much money at Walmart and this is unacceptable!!! I will contact the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau!

Been waiting for my order for pick up for over a hour and half. I feel like the staff is purposely not bring my order out. I did ask an associate how much longer, and said I was next. I’ve seen 5 other customers get theirs first that arrived way after me.

Drive up /Pick up needs to honestly shut down . I was sent home yesterday after waiting 1 hour & told to come back today. Here i am again but now ive been waiting for 2 hours so far and still no one has brought out my things . If there isnt enough workers then close down the department instead of ruining your customer service. I called the store and chose every department option, & NOT ONE DEPARTMENT answered the phone . Not even bakery.

Went to this location to shop and while there I stopped a female? employee and asked where to find a certain product. To my amazement she stared at me and said “no speak English”! Are you kidding me? How can any employer have customer service people working that cannot speak English? She is absolutely useless in that capacity.

Typical Walmart ... Disheveled, disorganized, messy with pure chaos.The only bright spot was 2 associates who helped me. One at the pharmacy and another in cosmetics, all to get vitamins? It took a little bit but I got what I came for.Could be better but it could be easy worse. The associates are the reason for the 3 stars especially the cosmetics help.

Too crowded and the employees stand around seemingly looking as if they don't want to be bothered. Almost every item in the store is unorganized and just scattered all over the place. Too many young children and teenagers hanging out. It can be crazy sometimes.

The entrance to this place is confusing. The word entrance was hidden from the view because of open doors and only exit was visible. So I walked to the next door where it said that this entrance is closed. All they had to do was to put an arrow in the direction where entrance was.So I walked on further and entered the mall entrance and found out that there was no way to enter from there too. So I returned to the original entrance and realized that it was the correct place to enter.Many of the items were out of stock which was frustrating.The hand sanitizer at the entrance or any disinfectant wipes were out!Overall not a great experience

they have much more otems and of course food items at yhis super eallwalmart! great prices on fóod, cat food n supplies for pets, household items n cleaning products and health n beauty departments! however, they also tend to be out of itens i need. but ive learned to order onlinf then pick it up yhere yo save on shipping to my home! iits fairly organized and always crowded!

Last time I was there, my entire wallet was taken. Even prior to getting home, someone used a few credit cards. Now I have to replace everything. I wish they at least mailed back my license. I will shop at the Walmart in Levittown, where I used to live. ☹️😡

When I need to buy formula for my baby I always have to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come and open the door.It's generally terrible to wait half an hour with the children and wait for this door to be opened for you .

My favorite Walmart in the city. They always have what we need and what we want and the check out is not really that bad. I go to the self checkout and I'm in and out. The one problem I do have is there are never any carts u have to either wait by the door or walk through the parking lot and find one. But otherwise by far this is my favorite Walmart

Well, well, Walmart is Walmart. Not quite this trip. Forgive me for coming to the game, but, this mobile "scan & go" is very nice addition to the great shopping experience I'm getting already. "Scan & go, scan & go!!!"

Walmart went up 1 ⭐ and I found the TV I was looking for, I put a video and a pickup I will add another part of the video basically showing you how much the TV is the size and all the stats for the TV. 4K UHD HDR 120HZ basically everything for an amazing price, even though the size is 65inchs and I don't need something that big, but for $428 you cannot beat that.

What a great hotel we were tired as hell needed a place to stay booked it early afternoon no problem clean big room good accommodations, The only issue we had was the toilet it seemed like it was meant for a child. Granted I am huge guy. My son is average I just think that would be the icing on the cake if they would replace that with something meant for all sizes Other than that fantastic place front desk folks were nice nice little Museum type lobby very quiet at night which we loved. They also have a pool. I believe it’s open till 10 PM could be later. Not sure great shower replace the toilet and you get five stars.

Very Disorganized. I chose online offer and curbside pickup and the morons there served 30 people that arrived after me before getting my stuff which wasn't even ready. After the couldn't find it in the waiting area, even though an email arrived saying it was ready for pickup, someone had to go shopping for my order and find it in the shelves. That's an extra hour out of my life I'll never get back. It would have taken me 10 minutes to go in and shop for myself. Morons Everywhere!
