Used to be pretty good, but they hired down big time. They employees there are awful anymore. They NEVER answer the phone, then when you drive there your script is never ready and they seem annoyed that you are even there. When you come back hours later it's still not ready and they never apologize. I'm disabled and driving and walking is painful, yet they make you go there 3 time per script. I actually had a girl send me to another Windowonly to be ignored, then when someone came to assist, she was confused at why I was there and as I tried to explain, the original girlwho sent me over just stood 1 foot away and listened haha she never explained to the girl trying to help me, why she sent me over. She just watched as I tried to haha it was crazy.

I really don’t even know why this particular Walgreens is still open. They make no effort to improve the store, the staff or even change the trash for that matter. This is right around the corner from my house and is now such an eyesore. It’s gets robbed frequently as it’s an easy target with minimal people working and no security…so again, why keep it open. Shelves are always empty, trash is everywhere and the most of the staff are plain rude. Close it down already.Pictures are from a morning at 9am.

This store is absolutely horrible. I’m met with attitude every single time I call about a prescription or even come to pick it up. I understand they are busy but that’s not my fault. I’m tired of the way I’m treated. I called this morning about my grandson’s prescription and was told that he needed a new script then was hung up on . I’m going to ask his mother to move the pharmacy because this is beyond ridiculous.

This Walgreens may or may not have what you need. There are a lot of items out of stock and a lot of empty shelves. The store is somewhat organized but it’s also somewhat messy. They may need floor associates to help with that. There was one cashier working even though there was a line of five people. That’s too long to wait. The parking lot is an okay size. However, there is trash scattered all around.

Take your business to any other pharmacy . The staff has some of the rudest people I've ever come across. The pharmacy will let you suffer in sickness and pain. They have no problem making you wait days or even weeks before they give you the medication your doctor prescribed for you. Please take your business elsewhere!

DON'T GO HERE FOR PHOTOS! Take your business elsewhere. I placed an order for just FIVE magnets, nothing fancy, to be picked up same day (which they offer) on a Friday as a gift. Order stated it would be ready by the afternoon. I waited 8 hours, and once I came into the store to check the status of my order around 8:40pm, the photo department was closed. Here it is TWO days later and the order is still in the "Creating your order" phase. Utterly ridiculous.

Tried to fill a new prescription for my wife. It was my first time using this location for a prescription. Received a notification there was an issue with the insurance. I tried to call to find out what was wrong. I was left on hold for 48 minutes. After the wait, when it was my turn in line someone picked up the call and put it right on hold without speaking. I was then disconnected a few minutes later without a word.Tired to call back to speak to the manager to find out what was wrong. The manager answered the phone with a curt one word non-greeting, so I wasn't even sure if I had the right person. Told him what happened and he told me, "if they put you on hold there was a reason." I tried to reply, "but they didn't need to hang up on me" but the call was disconnected. Not sure if he had hung up on me or not. Tried to call back but the rep said the manager was too busy to talk to me and the pharmacy was busy. I understand they are having issues with the new influx of customers but this is no way to deal with it.Tried to call back an hour before they closed but have been on hold for longer than an hour now. This is ridiculous.

Don't bother calling the pharmacy at this store. They put you hold forever and literally never answer. I was on hold for 20 minutes then it just hung up on me. I called back and they still put me on hold. I know they're busy but it doesn't take much to answer the phone. Very disappointed and I'm definitely changing pharmacies.

Worst experience ever I went to get a passport photo and one no one was at the counter when I pressed the button to alert someone I could hear them in the back laughing and sucked they teeth when they had to come out and do some work when I said I need my passport photo the associate looked at meAnd said umm we not doing them you have to go to another store I said one I have to be to work at 2:30 and two I have the Appointment the next day and my passport photo is important and I can not miss this appointment the associate was very unprofessional like she didn't want to work like if you didn't want to work why take the job

very rude ghetto black lady manager doesnt know how to speak to customers or do her job. Had to pick up a package that was dropped off here cane at 9am closed come at 700pm closed but can let someone out the shutter doors ask why they closed for the last 4 days and the staff here are very rude and ghetto dont recommend going here unless you dont mind rude and ignorant people walgreens needs to do better with people they hire in this store alwas have a problem with ignorant staff when going to this location

I really do feel bad for the pharmacy staff. They are SO busy. I've counted over 9 people in the pharmacy working evening shift. The fact that the phones ring off the hooks and the lines are insane, truly is not their fault. When you finally get a person, they are nice and professional. They need to open another walgreens to lighten their load. And now on top of it they've taken on rite aid customers due to closures.I will say the front end workers are lazy and immature but their young kids trying to make a living. The fact they lock EVERYTHING up and you have to wait forever, is annoying as all hell for the customers and employees alike I'm sure. Multiple times I've just ordered on Amazon or went elsewhere bc of this. They are totally losing business due to this. I hope better management comes along and helps bc I'd hate to see the good workers go.

The pharmacy is horrible! Every time I go to refill my prescription they have problems that requires multiple phone calls and being on hold for long periods of time. Do not use this pharmacy!

this place has bad business practices & poor management ...... I arrived at 942p. There was an employee blocking the door & he wasn't letting anyone in. he said the business was closed. ....... the proper closing time is 10p. I had 18 more minutes to shop . I was there to get a prescription

Weird and awkward atmosphere… I’m on my period and really just looking around for a snack, and the manager is literally on my back following me around the store. Extremely disrespectful and would never recommend my friends or family to go to a store where the manager stalks you around the store because you’re the only customer in there…

Angelica need to get fired ASAP. She claims she's the manager and has an attitude with the customers. She was denying to take a passport size picture because she was having a bad day but then there was 2 other people thats just took their pictures. I'm reaching out to corporate as well and the other staffs there are also lazy and show attitude for no reason. They label customers when they walk in and deny service on how they feel about you

Store was unprofessional and argued about my status of my mother’s medicine when you can see clearly in the app that action is needed but no one said they’re was anything wrong with it or called. Also it takes over an hour to just get a simple flu shot. It is absolutely unacceptable and ridiciolous.

WORST PLACE TO GET PASSPORT PICTURES!! The girl Angelica there is doing a salesman job with no respect for customers. She denied to take my babies pictures because she just didn’t feel like it. It only takes 5 minutes to take a picture and what was more shocking was her behavior and how she threw the camera and denied to take the picture. She needs to get out of that place! I will definitely be making a complaint about her to corporate to get her fired ASAP!

Finally decided to change pharmacies. On two occasions(in less than a month), this pharmacy was closed. In the first situation, my doctor sent the prescription mid afternoon. The prescription showed up online as being filled but not ready for pickup. By 9:00 pm., I gave up trying to check on it and went to bed because I was sick. The next I discovered the pharmacy and store were closed by going online. Customers should be notified when this happens. Someone had to go to the Castor Avenue store for me to pick up the meds the next day. In the second situation, I needed to call my doctor off hours. Before calling the doctors office, I checked online to see if the Frankford and Tyson or the Castor Avenue locations were open. It turns out they were not open. Used another pharmacy and had no issue getting it filled quickly even though it was a holiday weekend.

The store is fine, the employees are fine, this is about the pharmacy.I am sick and tired of having a problem with my medication every other month. They don't let me refill my prescription unless I call the pharmacist the day AFTER I run out of my medication, and half the time I go, they wait until I go there to tell me they don't have it. You're a pharmacy, and I take common medication, how is it you don't account for how much you need? Anyone at the store I've ever talked to has been nice and helpful, but OMG how can you run out of my medication this often?

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hours are super convenient and there are always coupons so I get most things at good prices. Sometimes the lines are especially long and I think they need more cashiers working. Other than that it's a good place to shop.

Don’t call. My insurance is 10x better at receiving calls. I don’t blame the workers either for not picking up. There just needs to be a better call system.Terribly unorganized…I would not trust prescriptions being on time

The manager there at the counter at 8pm on Wednesday is not a professional person he talked about the customers when they walked out. He said don't care about these people they don't care about u n didn't want to give a 10 dollar cash back. When I waited for 10 min in line instead of saying no cash back he gave the next customer change for a hundred. He also was trying to train his workers to be non professional he needs to change his job if he don't work for customer service

Wow can I be any more disgusted by a Walgreens location? I never thought I'd have such horrible distaste for a chain drugstore. I've been a loyal customer here for the past 3 years. As a teacher in the neighborhood school I buy all my snacks for students here, which comes out to a whole ton of money. But to the owner here, that means absolutely nothing. Loyal customers mean nothing. Service to the community means nothing.Will NEVER be returning. Will advise everyone in my school and community to shop elsewhere. My family owns a corner store and I would never have the heart to run it like this man does.

Some of the staff are rude and lazy. It's the closes to my house so I always go here. Trying to pick up photos require patience because you might as well be invisible. As far as the pharmacy, they seem to have always had a problem with stock of medicine from experience of my father so I also chose to head to rite Aid instead. Other than the problems at this particular store, I love Walgreens. Especially their leggings.
