This place is the slowest for service and curbside pickup! You wait forever to have your stuff brought out. Doesn’t make no sense that you should have to wait this long for curbside pickup! Don’t offer it if you’re gonna take such a long time. At this point you don’t even know if they forgot you and don’t try calling cause the attitude you will get for asking is obnoxious.

Horrible place to get your prescription filled. They never fill on time and then they give you an attitude when you rush home from work because they close at 6pm and you get an email saying your script is filled just to get there and find out it wasn't filled and they won't fill itbe today because it's too late and even though it's their mess up. Please do not go there. This is te second time they've done this to me in one month! I'm switching pharmacies and will never give Walgreens my business ever again even if I was dying of the bird flu and they're the only one with the cure. The manager started yelling and giving me an attitude so bad. Sounded like some hood chick with no education

Most disrespectful pharmacy techs. They wouldn’t state their name and laughed as they placed me on hold multiple times. Been on hold for more than 10 minutes meanwhile they kept picking up the phone in 2 minute intervals, laughing and placed back on hold.

Why have stuff locked up if your employees literally feel bothered when asked to open clearly he’s stressed because he’s bald. If you hate your job just say that. Also get a new cashier because the blonde one only knows how to use her phone. Overall 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

EXTREMELY disappointed and upset. Gave my sample for COVID PCR testing at this location on Thursday July 06, and they promised results in 2 days. Today is July 10, Monday - I checked online and it says the sample was not received. I called them and they confirmed my sample was still with them and they didnt send it out to the lab. WHY? WHY? BC FEDEX DIDNT COME TO PICK IT UP LOL are you kidding me ? When were you planning to send it to lab? What if I had not called them today? I have so many questions and concerns. My work is effected bc I cant go back to work without producing a negative PCR test. Thankyou Walgreens for a shocking service. I ll make sure none of my friends and colleagues step in your pharmacies. Whose fault was this? Walgreen’s? Lab’s? Fedex’s? Or my for choosing them tor my service.

I made a FedEx drop off at this location and a young thin black teenager with long finger nails was scanning my package for return. Then she asked me for my phone number & couldn't hear me because of my mask. So she interrupted me to ask me again. So, I repeat the number a bit louder. Then, without saying a 'Thank you, have a nice day,' she merely said: "You can go." This is unacceptable! You don't tell an adult old enough to be your grandmother YOU CAN GO. That's just RUDE. She needs training in customer service. It's evident she doesn't want to work here.

This Walgreens the the best store, the customer service I. There is awesome from all the workers. Especially employee Kenny Stone he made it possible for me to have two poster boards for my father that just past away. He also gave me a follow up call to make sure I got my product. Every time I go in there I never have a problem they are quick and efficient and I also send money to my family overseas with Western Union In there. God bless these employees they our front liners as well in this timeOf need we need more people like them. There the best.

Update 09/09/21DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY...Unless you want to be treated poorly and lied to. Unless you want to wait on hold FOREVER only to be hung up on. They hire anyone usually the most ignorant people they can find. Just told me they couldn't fill my mother's prescription (that I've been being told for 3 days will be done in 45 minutes) and couldn't tell me why because she didn't work yesterday. Instead of getting the pharmacist so they could speak to it. My mother called 5 minutes after I left and the employee said she never said that and it can't be filled because when I dropped it off I got the script wet. The script was sent electronically by her doctor try again with another lie. Every single time I have to deal with this pharmacy it's NEVER a good experience. We are switching pharmacies as soon as possible. I have worked in customer service all my working life and it is appalling to me that this goes on and is condoned. Bunch of worthless good for nothings if you ask me. Probably why any employee they did have that was half decent isn't there anymore.The pharmacy is horrible anymore. Whether you go in or go through the drive thru there is always a super long wait. I am sitting in the drive thru right now actually and haven't even seen a person inside the pharmacy the entire time I've been sitting here. No one gets on the phone to at least tell you someone will be with you shortly, it's a disgrace. The last time I was here I sat in the drive thru for almost a half hour while the person helped someone at the front, poor cust service here.

Horrible store worst customer service.Cashier Damir was awful. Acted annoyed he had to work and ring up someone. Didn’t say a word I had to ask him how much it came to cause he just stared annoyed at me . Took forever to put my stuff in bag and sat it on counter never a word. Maybe he shouldn’t work there cause he sure doesn’t act like he wants to work. That’s my last time in store

NICE store and they had clip-on sunglasses which my husband needed. They also have a Labcorp inside the store which I've used many times for various tests. Helpful personnel, very friendly and accommodating.

I don't know what happened to the store . The shelves are always well stocked . The refrigerator items weren't well stocked . The store was closing early because Monday was Labor Day.It was Friday night and I had called to see what time it was open till and it was not supposed to close early . So it was pretty much a wasted trip .

Always loved this walgreens. I used their pharmacy for years. Always clean, well stocked, and friendly associates. Right next to the famous Dining Car if you want a bite to eat while shopping.

They have children working there who stand in they’re cell phones ignoring customers! It’s sad. I was at the register & the little girl working the register looked at then started texting on her phone laughing joking. I had to ask her to process my order.

The COVID-19 pharmacy personnel hung up on me after I asked about the eligibility for the COVID-19 vaccine. So unprofessional and rude. Also, their phone message lists the COVID-19 eligibility for Pennsylvania county when it should list the requirements for Philadelphia county. These people don't know what they're doing.
