I recently came out of surgery and needed to know the availability of a surgical binder. Should be a simple request. I understand that the pharmacists are busy but I waited online for a long time. Someone finally answered and immediately hung up the phone. This wasn't a simple case of the call dropping. You heard them pick it up and hang up. Rude and unprofessional beyond measure. Go to a different Walgreens

I grew up with this store had good experiences but one thing I can say is they are better stocked then rite aid I know they improved people taking things.but I wish they had better response to help get items out the cases I understand why they locked up the things but I wish I didn't have to stand around for longer than I have to for one item one point I was waiting for 20 minutes other than that I liked that hire security to keep people from taking things it's bad like I said I been to rite aids and their shelves are empty but I wish Walgreens sold turkey Hill tea and fruit punch and lemonade. This store not perfect but it does give me things I looking for better than the other name brand stores

I visit both the Walgreens on Chelten Ave and Broad St regularly. I moved and still use both locations, as they offer different services and products. At both locations, every employee works together to help each customer with all their needs. They surpass high standards required by the corporation. Everyone employees goes out of their way to help each customer. They offer online, phone, in store and text services. Both locations deliver. Walgreens is great for handling special medical needs. In addition to just filling prescriptions, they offer on-site vaccinations, they'll contact and submit insurance approvals. In the event you need Rx help, they'll also contact your medical practitioners for refills or medication changes. If you have prescriptions at pharmacies, you can speak with the Walgreens pharmacy team nearest you and they'll transfer all your prescriptions to one location. They make it look simple, but they'll handle lots of hard work quickly and professionally. This change makes it easier for you and your Drs to keep records and promote communication between practitioners, which results better care for your family. Once your personal pharmacy account is properly setup, the team will make sure that your medical supplies/Rxs are ordered and waiting for you for your convenience. While you wait, you can shop for health and other needs which you may have overlooked. Also, you can check your medical vitals, such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, body mass index, so you can keep track of your overall health between Dr visits. Don't forget to set up your Walgreens savings program. That way, every reliable purchase (almost everything) adds to your bonus rewards. These can be used as credit at the checkout to save money. Finally, Walgreens has corporate pharmacists, who periodically review your medications, to offer personalized advice (also available in-store), in reference to how you are responding to medication changes, combinations and your overall health. As necessary, they will offer to contact your Drs in writing to offer suggestions for medications which occasionally are overlooked by having multiple Drs prescribe simultaneously.

The folks at this pharmacy go out of their way to help customers with their health needs. In addition to filling your prescriptions, they provide vaccines, health supplements and special phone counseling for people at home. And free delivery is offered to most locations.

Was ask to check my bag in when i walked in the store today when i been going to this store for years. I will NEVER go to a store that treats their customers like criminals. Period. If you can’t run your store without doing that maybe it’s time to let someone else run it.

This is for all walgreens. I sent a same day service photo to 8 different walgreens and all of them had problems. They will be going out of business soon with the type of service they provide.

Never seen such incompetence at a pharmacy. 10 min for new script, leave for 40 min. come back and refill not ready for another 20 min. What part of medicine was not understood. Smdh.

Appointment scheduling for the Covid19 booster was a breeze. Not a long waiting period. Drawback, you have to completed the actual paperwork that you completed online when scheduling appontment.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from photos. I even tried to contact the store manager but that line is busy as well. As I’m typing this review now, I’m still on hold. It’s been 20 minutes!!!!! I had to contact someone from pharmacy to see if they can help me. He tried by transferring my call to a cashier but still no one will pick up the phone!!!!!!

My number one pharmacy here in Philly, love the employees here the lady in the morning will get my day going helping me save through the store and the black young man at the register at night will just make sure I am happy before I leave. Overall its just a regular walgreens but their staff make it so much better.

i dont know why they have these sales with no products available and when you ask anyone worker there they dont know nothing. this store needs new managers who is on board and get stuff done right. as well with the pharmacy. wait all day and cant get the orders correct. new management needed asap.

Just left the pharmacy , been coming here about 10 yrs... All the regulars at the pharmacy are usually nice ... I however got the new one today ... Rude Spanish girl no customer service skills at all when she said WHAT to me I like to jump through that window... Get rid of her ASAP.

I can honestly say that their pharmacy is worth coming to if you live a distance away. Not sure how many entities have licensed medical professionals administering vaccines … they are definitely one of them . Kudos to you Walgreens!

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my meds, they keep telling me it's on back order. I don't believe them, I believe they can't get it because of vender issues. Today I ask for my script back and try somewhere else

Terrible walgreen don't care how many castumers the pharmacy loses. They changed the pharmacy hours without thinking the custumers need.
