This Walgreens location is conveniently located. There are a lot of items not stocked. However, there is a lot of stock just sitting there on carts and in boxes. It actually takes up a great deal of space in the aisles. The store is clean and organized. There are a lot of empty shelves. The female employee at the checkout was unprofessional and rude. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. There wasn’t another register open, even though there were four people in line. The parking lot is a good size and easy to maneuver.

This pharmacist is utterly incompetent. I have tried numerous times all on separate occasions to get a prescription filled and its always "on back order" yet I can go up to another location farther away and have it same day or next. At some this pharmacist needs to realize he's awful at his job. Negative stars if i could. Awful experiences.

I've wanted to do this since September 28, 2023 but I wasn't ready, i knew if i physically went into the store i was leaving under arrest and someone else would ve in ICU. However everyone from corporate headquarters to a customer needs to hear this. Thanks to this Pharmacy staff my life has been changed forever. So has my younger brothers.On May 17, 2023 my mother Marikay Nevrotski passed away now Wallgreens would call saying your prescription is ready for pickup but theyre worse than a bill collector they don't stop cslling so Sunday May 28, my father called to tell them my moms dead stop filling the scripts. Instead of being professional and telling him whatever he needed to do this guy starts crsing at my dad treating him like someone whos trying to prank him. This gave my father a heart attack yet neither knew it. We were supposed to go out but he said he didnt feel good.i was gone 40 min when i returned the adema was so bad fluid was coming out his nose. That man died in my arms in the kitchen as EMS arrived. My last memory of my father was watching the life fade from his eyes and the image haunted me to this day. Thanks for that i hope you get to have that same experience one day even though i was immediate at startung cor and EMS WAS IN THE DIOR WITHIN 10 SEC the fluid mixed with emphysema didn't allow enough O2 to the brain. He never woke back up and died officially june 3, 0115:26 and my life has been hell ever sibce. Every day is eorse depression ive never felt i now do. Its sometimes a struggle to get thru each day. All because dome guy couldnt be polite and professional. Instead he ad to be a complete Di&k. I just wanted this man who works in the Pharmacy on sunday mornings and is there around 11 am (0pls scedules are pretty much ser) that uou killed my father that day and after reading this your going thru the rest of your life knowing that fact. You have violated that oarh you took if you can even remember it . Being a medic i took it and i know it but im also law enforcement. If i have to administer 1st aid its because i was off that day. You??? Your supposed to help save ppls lives every day not end them intentionally. If i thought the charges would hold up in criminal court you would already br there. I am however looking into civil court where every man on schedule that day will be sued as well as walgreens corporate. You should definitely lose your picense for this. Nobody should go thru what i have. Both parents gone in 11 days!! Everyone should boycott this company.My fathers name was Leo Nevrotski jr he knew everyone there and everyone there knew him. Ironically since that day Walgreens has never called to leave a recording that the prescription is ready. For my mother or father strange isn't it?.Below is my mother and father; Leo jr. & Marikay. As soon as the Pharmacy staff sees them they will know exactly who he is he was quite the character and made alot of people laugh. He would talk to just about anyone. We need more people like him in todays world but now theres 1 less. The worlds that much colder now and all for a stupid reason... That reason is stupidity and failure to follow standard operating procedure.... Stupidity

The worst pharmacy I've ever used . The pharmacist takes 2 days to fill prescriptions, and they use an unprofessional tone with their customers. Literally every single prescription that was called in from my doctor over a 2 years (many times) they cannot fill within hours like every pharmacy, sometimes even same day. Not sure if they are short staffed or what. Few times I had to argue and complain and they kept saying ... "Our pharmasist is at lunch". Everytime. Do not use this pharmacy. It'll take 2 days for you to get your prescription filled. Just not professional at all and unhelpful.

Went 2 different times for fedex drop off package lady was super rude said she wasnt getting off her register to scan my package because she was alone. There wasn't anyone waiting to begin with. Came back today same lady saw me and immediately put the sign up that package drop off is not available. Why have this location as a drop off if your not properly staffed? Train your employees a little better to treat customers!

I have been going to this Walgreens ever since I moved to the NE Philly area. I have to say the store is clean and has a lot of variety. I have to highlight the excellent customer service I receive from all the associates there especially Albin Job who is young but very experienced. Kudos to Albin for the excellent service!

I've never had any issues with Walgreens until my regular location closed and I had to switch to this location. The pharmacy techs/pharmacists are clueless and can't follow their own policies from one day to the next. Every time I try to get my medication, there's an issue 9/10 times. I'm sick of not being able to get my meds when they're due, especially because I'm on medication that can't just be stopped abruptly . Do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants their medication in a timely manner without a headache.

Very few employees know how to do their job and try to help out. Everyone else is rude, price cards are never correct, shelves are always empty, whenever you ask for a product they never have it when the website says it's in stock. Very overpriced same products at target are cheaper.Photo center employees are clue less asked for help and they told me "they weren't sure" ended up figuring it out on my own.Nothing good about this store besides a Convenient location

It is even less than 1 star. Worse service ever. They charge you extra and will take forever to return your own money. Ex: They charged 10$ for 1.19 $ toy cars and it took more than 30minutes at the registration to fix the prace but at the end I ended up by getting the money back. They really don't care you are rushing or not. My suggestion never attend this place if you want to save your time, money, and trust and kind service of walgreens.

Pharmacist never checks that prescription was came from the doctors and I have to wait for several days. They understand only when you scream on them and beginning ti check system. It is a very terrible service.

The cashier seemed to have a problem that I had another name brand store bag to carry my items in. “I’m not going to pack up your items in another store names bag”. Kinda caught me off guard. I thought the comment was rude and unnecessary. At least I had a bag for my items…..

Horrific service. Parents routinely receive incorrect medication quantities. The staff is very rude, especially the pharmacy manager. Cannot transfer prescriptions fast enough to another pharmacy.

Came here to drop of my FedEx package and had a terrible experience. The employee working at the counter didn’t even look at the dimensions or weight and told me they couldn’t take it. My package was well under the maximum dimensions and weight. Spoke to the manager and he said he has a shelf for FedEx packages so he doesn’t take large boxes. Why was this not written on their website and why are they a FedEx pickup location when they decide who and what packages to accept?

Can always find something I need or want. Some good sales. Better prices than any other drug store. Nicer staff than any CVS. Walgreens employs nicer people.

Came in to get an important prescription filled, servers were down and they made me wait a half hour only to be told that they cannot do anything. Came in the next day and the same thing happened.Never coming here again. Pure incompetence.
