This was the first time I took my puppy Lola to get groomed at Tia Pet Care. They were referred to me by a family member. I am so happy I took Lola. They did a fabulous job with her. The staff is really nice and friendly and you can tell that they treat all of the pets with love and care. I will definitely be back. Thank you Tia Pet Care!!

We took our 4 month old standard poodle, Arlo, here and loved the outcome! Highly recommend. A family friend referred them to us, and I’m so happy we took our puppy here. We loved his haircut and he seemed to love them too & was really relaxed when we picked him up. We were a little nervous as there is a language barrier, we showed a picture and said what we wanted and didn’t want, and they delivered. We’ll be back again <3

I've Benn taking my dog, Chase, to tia pet care for grooming for 5 years now and he's always very well taken care of with lots of care and love , I super recommend then for your pets !!

I took my cockapoo in for bath. I told them just a bath I didn’t want to trim or cut her. The lady said she needed to check for knots so she did. She said she was good and I was making sure they weren’t going to trim my dog because I heard from the vine that they liked to shave your dogs for $$. Another lady yells to the girl asking if my dog had knots she said no. I even left the service paid for. This was 1:15 pm. At 3:50 pm they call me saying they have to completely shave my dog. ??? Confused when I specifically said I didn’t want that. The lady said my dog was in critical condition with knots. I insisted I wanted to see it for myself or do it myself and they insisted they needed too because she was in pain. If my dog truly was in pain obviously I wasn’t going to let her keep feeling it so I told them to do it. After 5 min of saying I didn’t want too. What I took from this is they washed my dog with no knots and when you wash even human hair your hair gets knots and instead of taking the time to be professional and not jumping to shaving a cockapoo they shaved my dog and didn’t forget to mention I needed to pay 75$. I texted the owner explains the situation she responded a few times. And then left me on read when I said I was unhappy. Don’t come on here responding with anything smart because the ladies when I picked up my dog said “the girls at the front don’t know what they’re doing” the girl with curly hair legit gave me the stankest look as if she knew anything talking bad about the employees in there. I just paid them and walked out because I wasn’t dealing with it. I know they do a good job but when it comes to accommodating the clients 1 star and so disrespectful. These people are hard to deal with. I was extremely nice to the girls and not rude at all once just upset my cockapoo was shaved.

I would give this place a negative-5 rating for the service they provided. I took 3 of my dogs in for service on 1/17/2023. Upon returning my gods to me. 2 of my dogs had injuries to their eyes. When I inquired about it. The employee denies doing anything to them and stated that my dogs were trying to bite her. Mind you, it’s not their first time there. I would not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. They’re unprofessional. They lack communication skills and there’s a huge language barrier.

They are excellent I love it. They are so patient with my puppy. Chanel is not easy to be groomed but they always does a great job with her. They left her smelling so good and the hair so soft I love this place since the first time I went.
