Maggie is a phenomenal groomer!! I cannot recommend her enough - she’s been grooming my dog for 3 years! He hates bath time / getting wet, but she’s amazing with him! I think she has the patience of a saint. She’s excellent at realizing when he needs a full cut and when he needs a “face and fanny” which is excellent because I don’t want him cut down too much. My dog is always perfectly groomed and fluffy! The entire staff at Pet Snobs clearly loves animals. They are so welcoming when I come in with my dog, and always welcome him with a treat. I’m so happy we go to Pet Snobs - I couldn’t be happier with the way they treat my dog and how amazing they are at grooming!

We started taking our puppy to Pet Snobs immediately for puppy grooms to get her acclimated before continuing with full grooms. Maggie does an amazing groom that was exactly what we were looking for from day 1 and you can tell how detailed the groom is. Also, they always give us a 30-minute heads up before the groom is complete which is very helpful!

They transformed my 14 year old lab's coat into a it's former youthful condition. It's so wonderful to see my fur baby's coat so healthy after over a year of issues I've had postpartum I haven't been able to care for his coat in the way I have in the past and this made me tear up. They even did his nails! I thank you, and Ike thanks you! Sierra was his groomer, and she truly is a senior specialist. I highly recommend this groomer to anyone.

I made an appointment with this place, confirmed it and received a confirmation text with the date and time to bring in my pet for a bath, trim and nail cut.To do this, I moved around work, got a zip car and sedated my cat, since she does not do well at the groomer.When I arrived, they mistakingly put the wrong date in (even though we confirmed in advance) and would not do anything to help. In fact, other than blame me, there was absolutely no consideration for my time and their mistake. The only solution was to leave and rebook, or go somewhere else.I understand that mistakes are made. But the attitude and utter lack of respect for their customers is appalling. I have a high threshold for unwelcome customer service, but this was unacceptable. My entire day was based around an in-writing confirmed appointment and now I have to take off from work again and find a new place. I recommend you find some place else for your pet too.

Kristine and her team are the best in the city! They’ve always welcomed my pup, Miya and I whenever we come in and they treat Miya so gently and kindly. The shop is clean, always well stocked with great options for all four legged friends and the walk-in options are a huge plus! :) grateful to have Kristine & her crew in the neighborhood.

We’ve always been with Pet Snobs ever since Skylar was a puppy. First few times, Skylar was not really a fan of getting a bath & groom. There was one time, they were not able to do everything, another instance he had a stress diarrhea during the bath. But, the staff did not give up on him. I was afraid that everytime I schedule a bath/grooming with them, they will not be able to take him anymore- to my surprise, they are always welcoming and gives him a chance. Last week, we gave it a try again and WOW!! We were so impressed, my husband was so happy to see skylar, all groomed and everything that we requested was done. If it’s not for their patience we would not see Skylar all clean and groomed. We will for sure come back, and hopefully Skylar will get used to it. Excellent job! Thank you!!

When we moved from AZ to PA we struggled to find a new groomer for our senior cattle dog. We attempted one and her methods left my dog matted and skin tender and in pain. It took a really long time to get his coat right again.I was very nervous calling around and trying to find another groomer. The shop walked me through the whole process and the precautions they take for older, senior dogs who may have limited mobility and need additional services like sanitary shaves and the hair between their pads shaved.When we went to the shop I was so excited to see a cool assortment of products as well attention to asking about how my dog does with other dogs (cattle dogs can be picky) which showed me they actually knew the breed and their ✨personality✨ rather then just telling me they could manage him.Cattle dogs have a wide variety of coat types and can be difficult to handle if you don’t know what you’re doing. I was so happy to pick up a happy happy dog who smelled great and showed ZERO signs of stress. I was super relieved. I get that this all makes me seem like a crazy dog parent but I don’t care - it took us a year to regrow his coat properly and I was very worried we would be back to that point again.Thanks so much we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! I was referred here after my previous groomer stopped and my cat needed a grooming. They did a better groom in better than half the time. Estimated right on the spot for how long it would take. Very friendly staff. Will definitely return.

If you have a cat that needs to be groomed, take them here! It was the best experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule, friendliest staff, clearly cat lovers, didn’t hear other pets to make my girl nervous, reasonable pricing, excellent sanitary shave, I could go on! I am very protective of my cat and this was somewhere I had no worries leaving her, I am the happiest of customers!

Just moved to the area and needed to find a new groomer, Pet Snobs did not disappoint! Great communication, fast service, reasonable pricing and they sent me pictures of my pup when he was getting a bath! So cute! The folks who work here are great! They were able to accommodate my last-minute request for a grooming appointment, and they were so sweet and nice to me and my cat. His (medically necessary) lion cut looks great. I'm not the type to write reviews even when I've had a good experience because I'm lazy, but I wanted to show my appreciation to this small business and its kind, caring staff.

We took our dog here yesterday. Won't be back. The bath was the only correct thing they did. They did not properly brush her out so her normal shedding is now trippled. They left a huge mat behind her ear. They cut one of her CLEAR nails almost to the quick and today she is in a lot of pain. Finally we wanted the backs of her legs trimmed short (lets just say her long white hair is easily tinted yellow....) and the groomer had no idea what we were talking about...but we still had to pay for it! She is a border collie mix and gets groomed monthly. She is so well behaved every time that we always get very high praises on how good she is. We have never had "professionals" do such a bad job, especially for the amount we spent!

groomed my husky perfectly. they texted me the entire time letting me know how it was going and also sent me a picture of my pup during the process! afterwards, they continued to text me and give specific recommendations on best tools for husky grooming (which is crazy!) :)i highly recommend and definitely trust these groomers.

Everyone who works here is so kind to every customer and animal that enters the door. We found an abandoned baby bird and they did everything they could to help us help her out. This place is super cute and has a really great selection of items for all types of pets, ranging from the practical to the fanciful. The prices are just right and the staff is both knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping customers find exactly what it is they need. As a plus they have an in-store guinea pig who's totally adorable, and a kitty too. Definitely worth stopping in!
