This store doesn’t deserve the 1 star, I gave it. They never have any registers open and the staff at self-checkout are very rude and racist.I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Charlotte at self-checkout. She accused me of under ringing a box of diapers. I attempted to show her that it was on the screen and she continued to make rude comments. She never apologized and continued to monitor all of my purchases. All of the self checkouts were registers were full. I felt horrible and refuse to enter this store. I spoke with the manager and called corporate and was told that this is not the first complaint.

Very nice and big store, loved it. Long time haven't been in physical stores so big beautiful store with lots of goods in it. Spend hours and got lots of stuff. Recommend to all who love shopping, because this is the place where you rest and let it all out

Decent variety of things, but sometimes their shelves are almost completely empty in some sections. A lot of things are also locked, like razors and deodorants, as well as the electronics which makes sense. Not a lot of staff, so if the self checkout line is crowded there's maybe one register open. If you need help finding an item, it's hard to find an employee around. But when you do at least they're nice.

Was going to buy one of the weighted stuffed animals and picked it up from an open cart not thinking anything of it and a worker screamed at my bf and I and said she wanted it then turned around and said that we could have it…get better workers if I were her I would’ve seen that and just thought to myself damn but nope she clearly doesn’t care about customers that are there to buy things. Not there getting paid for a job. Very rude

Almost everything is placed behind the glass and locked down. I was waiting and trying to find someone with a key because not every employee has the key to open it, and it’s just takes such a long time. My quick run to the store turned out for hours! This is terrible. I’m trying to avoid shopping at this specific location because of it.

When first opened years ago, this store was great. Not anymore! Usually only lines open are self checkout. Which is ridiculous. Also, good luck getting an associate to help you. Waited almost 15 minutes to have a vacuum “unlocked” for me to purchase.

The new security locks have made my shopping experience impractical. I understand waiting 5 or even 10 minutes for someone to assist in opening them.However this is my second time at this Target in a row, where I wave my hands at the security sensor, it beeps and then no one comes to help. I waited there for 10-15 minutes. I even stopped other workers, and they said they would get someone who had the key. No one helped. Other customers were having the same experience while I was there.I ended up leaving without purchasing the items I needed.

99% of the time when placing online orders, an item is out of stock. Leads me to believe store is not well stocked and consistently continues to waste my time.

thursday between 10:30-11:00 am . the cashier ( she might between 55-70)while she take care my order i guess she was tranning for young lady . she make me feel uncomfortable. she make me a feeling she is racial discrimination. all i ask her i want to pay my order separate. she was ask me why. what does she mean why. i paid for my order and i want it separate. what’s wrong with it. but i still told her because it is a gift i want it separate but she still doesn’t do it. the wait she talk and does make me so uncomfortable. i pay for my items and it like i go and begging for it 😑

Worst target in the area. Every little thing locked up and when press the sensor to have someone open up to purchase nobody comes. If you need to buy the littlest things like deodorant or razors you will leave with buying it. Save yourself some time and go drive the extra 10 minutes to neshaminy target. You will thank yourself later.

They keep closing self checkout to have people “use registers more” and then let a whole line out on the walkway form while ONE cashier (not their fault) calls for backup that takes 10 min for anyone to come. Management is terrible for this. Makes zero sense. Get more cashiers if this is something you are doing. The reason I shop at target over Walmart was literally for not having to wait in a line. I can Amazon everything I got today too, which I don’t want to do, but will if this doesn’t change.Also the makeup section is pathetic. Messy, empty shelves. Employees walk around putting in new stock like zombies on their phone.Don’t even try and come here for anything in health or beauty or be forced to wait for someone to unlock your body wash….It took years for me to feel this way, but it’s just another glorified Walmart with higher prices.

A large Target store that has many items to offer. However, they seem to have some issues keeping those items in stock. I saw a lot of empty shelves. The store is organized, in the traditional Target way. I found the inside to be clean. The outside needs some cleaning up, especially the parking lot. Not many cashiers working but there weren’t long lines. Prices were clear.

Called to look for a product and they connected me with sarah one of the front end managers. A+++ for customer service. Answered all my questions and went into detail about that certain product. Sounded very energetic and happy not only to be there but to answer any questions I had as well. Thank you very much Sarah you are appreciated!!!!Updated Review!! Employees excellent as always. But the stock of toys electronics and funko pops is absolutely horrendous!! Never ever no product. Whoever orders should be fired. Can no longer make this my home target. And the locking of the door is so annoying u park by that section and its locked so u have to walk all the way down to the other side everytime.

I came to this Target quite a few times, the store always looks really neat and put together. The dressing rooms are extremely neat and clean and the employees are very helpful and smiley. It is an absolute pleasure shopping at this Target.

Just sold me a fast charging cable with the brick and I open the re sealed box that was a return and no brick in it. Who's taking returns without checking things and ripping off customers?Just went in to exchange and they just scan the receipt and said the money will go back on the card. Asked for an exchange not a return, no apologies for selling stuff with missing parts, none for wasting my time twice. Just here's your money, bye.Check your items before you leave to make sure everything is there if you want to shop here I guess...

After completing a review regarding an exchange that I was not pleased with, the manager Sam called me to further investigate and she was kind, patient and understanding. Very apologetic and gifted me a gift card for the inconvenience. She truly cares for her store and I was over all pleased with the outcome.

It was horrible. I am 7 months pregnant with a baby at home. Typically i order my son 8 bottles of premade formula a week and pick it up. When I went in target they said i was limited to 4. I had to order on the app and wait a hour when i was just in store. Then when i called to speak to a manager a manager was not given the phone. I was told told the only way to speed up the process is to cancel the order and come back in. I’m not doing that in the sweltering heat while 7 months pregnant.

While shopping at Target I spot cost checked four items and found three of the four were at least $1.00 more than their shelf sticker price (Smartly paper plates $1.00, Gatorade 8 pack $1.10, and Persil detergent $1.00). Totally misleading to the customer. I wonder how many people paid more than the shelf price indicated without knowing it?????

Actually Negative 5 stars! This target is staffed with some of the most uneducated, ignorance, classless, fail mouthed, incompetent joksters I've ever dealt with at a Target! They were so unprofessional when I came in to pick up my storage ottoman that I ordered online. When they finnally found it, the stock guy/gal literally gave it to me OPENED with torn up plastic on top of it. I should of just rejected it right then and there (live and learn) because when I took it our of the box @ home, it was USED, DESTROYED and even Warped! ONLY REAL ghetto raised degenerates would sell a USED RETURNED Item @ a world wide chain Store! I haven't shopped target for a long time because of the Red Card Identify Theft Breach some years back and NOW I will NEVER Step foot into another tartget store in person or onl ine!

I waited 30 minutes for someone to unlock the fence and give me razors, then about 15 minutes for similac. I go to checkout, and only section open is self serve with a line that curves into the aisle. I get through all of that go to the Starbucks and had to wait 10 minutes for this girl to make my drink (apperantly she was getting training). Meanwhile everyone who ordered after me got their drink. Leaving a bad review on their starbucks as well.Edit: I double down on my bad review. Word of advice. If you need something that is locked behind a fence in this Target, you should try finding an employee in person or breaking the fence, before pressing the button. I do not know if they are ignoring it or if it does not work

The young lady at customer service was super rude and lazy. She had a rude attitude from the moment I was standing in line for my store pick up. I had 2 extra items to purchase & she didn’t want to ring up my items. Please view the camera so you can see her attitude as she rung up my items. She was scaning but tossing items to get the tag. Not only that, but she couldn’t even give me a bag to bag my own items when the bags were in the next register. People like her should work in the back room. Or not work at all. Not a good ethic for customer service!
