I ordered an unusual flower arrangement and it was no problem at all. Just came from the funeral and they were absolutely gorgeous. People were commenting. I sent the flowers from my friend’s dogs. They made three dogs out of flowers. They really accommodated a very odd request in a beautiful way

I don't usually take the time to leave a review but I really wanted to give a shout out to Stein's for the excellent service that I received today. I meant to order flowers for a friend's birthday several days ago...but life got in the way and I never placed the order. Today is her actual birthday, so I stopped in the store this morning with the very last minute order request, including a specific request for Sunflowers to be a prominent part of the arrangement. The young man who helped me was so polite and helpful. He assured me that they could get a beautiful arrangement together for her and have it delivered to her work today. She received her flowers by 11:00 am and absolutely LOVED them. I would highly recommend this shop for any and all flower needs!

Flowers were ordered same day (7:30 AM on Memorial Day) and delivered promptly (approximately 9:50 AM)! The bouquet is massive and gorgeous. The receptionist seemed annoyed when I called the store. A little note to people interested in purchasing, not all of the flowers were of the same/expected quality. There were some flowers with black edges that looked old/wilted. For the expensive price, I expected all of the flowers to be good quality. I was worried/hesitant at first to purchase flower delivery online. Luckily, this went smoothly. I will be purchasing from here again :)

The BEST!! They delivered a dozen beautiful roses for me the same day I ordered them while I was out of state. The bouquet was in a nice vase, the flowers weren’t bruised or damaged, they were trimmed perfectly, and the whole setup exceeded my expectations. Professional and talented florists!!

On August 2nd I called and I spoke with a lovely helpful woman who made me two of the most beautiful flower arrangements one in honor of my younger brothers birthday which was 8/3 but he passed in November. The other was to let my older sister know that she is my rock my everything and that my younger sister and I love her. The woman listened to what I was trying to convey and she was such a big help and all on very short notice. The delivery person was prompt pleasant and cordial. I highly recommend them. Order a congratulations on your promotion with a stuff animal and half of a dozen orange roses. The stuff animal was expensive wasn't a large animal and the balloon and roses didn't last 4 days. And that's with going with the care instucton with the food for the flowers. Very pricey. Wasn't impressed at allGrace Saull

I went to this flower shop for the first time and it was a désappointement.. First, my $60 dozen of roses were arranged by a 14 ish boy who barely knew what it was doing.. And when the bouquet was arranged, the roses look barely alive. When he brought them to me... After I mentioned that the roses look dead he reply that's because they are new...Me not trying to make a foss about it, I just tipped the boy pay for flowers and went on my hopping to be lucky... After 3 days this how those roses had become, dead.. I knew I should had kept my business to Proflowers that I have been using for years and never a single désappointement... You got me today but lost me FOREVER... AND GOOD LUCK...

EOrder was delivered over a 3 day period and wasn't as expected. Received a Valentine's day balloon for mother's day 3 days after my flowers were delivered-after contacting them 2x about the error. Flowers are ok(Flowers from Sam's club are nicer imo). I don't even want to try the chocolate.

HORRIBLE customer service from some older man named Ed there. Also it’s no secret in the neighborhood that the owner pat sells percs and does them with the teenage boys he hires. Just so you know where your money is actually going people

I had a Thanksgiving centerpiece sent to my girlfriend and Mom today. It was gorgeous and beautiful. They both loved it. The delivery person was outstanding. He brought the flowers in and put them on the dinigroom table since it was heavy and her Mom wasn't able to receive it. He also brought a package in off the step. Kudos to all.

I live in Florida, but needed to send flowers to a funeral of a close family friend in Philadelphia. It was a bit scary spending so much money with a company I did not know, especially since I was not going to be there to see the final product. I was unsure what to do, as I have never done this type of flower order before, but they helped me come up with a perfect arrangement. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. They arranged a beautiful array of red, white, and blue to honor his military service. I would highly recommend them. You can feel 100% confident that the order will be perfect. We chose Stein’s florist for my daughter’s wedding, Dana Stein’s florist did such a magnificent job . My daughter initially wanted a rustic theme wedding and bought bouquets and boutonnières for her bridal party, with two outside arrangements for the pergola which was very classic but minimal .At the last minute, she decided on rustic candle centerpieces, lanterns & greenery along a large staircase. The end result was beyond Amazing, thank you again. We had dozens of compliments on the flowers & Stairs . The pictures were beautiful !!Dana you are the best !

TO ALL, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! I grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. That being said, I have a history with Steins Flourist Shop. I live now in Horsham, Pa. now, and continue to use Steins as my flourist for two reasons. First is Dana. What a nice, professional, person who never disappoints. Dana, delivers the ULTIMATE customer experience. She always makes sure everything is perfect. Second, is Steins the business. In a period of time called the pandemic, where price gouging is a thing for less services provided. NOT HERE! Great value for the money. Thank you Dana!
