Super rude and it really upset me, Played me like a fiddle, there's nothing wrong with my phone and everyone hears me good. But calling here they pretended not to hear me, or take my order I called three times today about 10 mins ago even had someone on the phone to hear what was happening to me and now I wont give them my service. 1 stars for this treatment only because I want to post this and I was sent to them by a family member. They said they would be helpful and kind but they were rude to me.

The first time I called Shopmark it was 5: 07pm. I was told that it was only one person in front of me and that they would give me a call back. An hour past and I didn't receive a phone call back. I called them back at 6:24pm. I was told that my number was crossed off as if someone had called me back. No one called me back. Keep in mind this happened before, saying they called me and nobody called me back. Anyway, my order was taken at my 6:24pm phone call. I was told I'd get a call back with my total. I never received a call back. I've had and issue every time I order from them but this took the cake. I saw that someone mentioned bread being molded. I experienced that as well. I ordered again for the convenience of free delivery. They hire anybody.

My experience at Shopmart was absolutely terrible. I was shocked to find that their meats were completely outdated and was close their expiration date. It was clear that they had no regard for the health and safety of their customers, as they continued to sell these products.To make matters worse, the bread I purchased was molded. How could they possibly think it is acceptable to sell such blatantly contaminated food? It was a disgusting and nauseating experience to witness such negligence.The only somewhat positive aspect of Shopmart was the reasonable prices. However, it became clear that the low prices were simply a reflection of the quality of the products they offer. The food was nothing short of trash, and it is clear that they put no effort into providing fresh and safe options.I would strongly advise against shopping at Shopmart. The outdated meats, moldy bread, and generally terrible quality of their food is simply not worth the discounted prices. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your grocery needs.

They kept me on hole 20 minutes and when they finally answered they asked if they could call me back because they were busy. So I politely asked were they gonna actually be able to.send out groceries today and they got rude and aggressive. I was tempted to go there and call the phone to see who's answering 🤔

Just dont do it to. First they over charged me from the prices they advertise. I called to get my money refunded and noticed i didnt get the eggs and potatoes that come with a special. When i asked the lady about it she said well they came with the special its not like u really paid for it. On top of that its been over a week and i still didnt receive my refund for being over charged

Always good customer service and dealsUp until last month I was a satisfied customer. Now for 2 months this lady claiming manager has been very rude. Arguing with me that they don’t never provided the services I requested such as repeat my order back to me and now it went from me spending $250 for delivery when I was told I had to spend $150+ my issue is not the amount it’s the fact that she’s trying to tell me they never did that. If they didn’t I wouldn’t have been a satisfied customer for almost 4 years. Even referring customers.

I ordered a meat package from them with extra party wings they forgot the wings and a dozen of eggs I've literally been waiting 3 days for my stuff then I called yesterday and I was told the driver brought it to the wrong house...they asked me to go knock on the door and get it back when I refused they told me since the driver confirmed that he dropped it off they're not accountable for it. When I started getting rude that's when they decided they were gonna give it to me then calls back and says the delivery driver had a emergency so I couldn't get my stuff until the next morning. I recommend no one to order from there almost every time I order from them the food is either old or missing and when I call to complain I get told that I'm just tryna get extra food. The girl who takes the calls is rude and needs to be fired they have zero respect for the customers and horrible service.

I was greeted with pleasantly surprised by how nice the Arab guy who i believe is either the owner or part owner is along with the gentlemen by the meat section. The area surrounding the store are questionable in a way that I will not leave my car door open or I will not go around there at night but I will definitely come back to get all the meat I need for my BBQ

It may be a little place but it's extremely clean, great prices, fresh food, and they sell seafood. They also allow customers to purchase seafood with EBT which is a welcomed surprise for many.

I love this market its very reasonable pricing and you don't have to spend a hundred dollars for shipping its awesome I love it very much its so cool that I don't have to spend all my money you can spend 60 dollars for delivery and that's awesome it really is. Wish I can give them ten stars they deserve it. They better than all the other markets I know.

i love this market. its amazing! the prices are great and the groceries are even better! their meat is always fresh and clean. they service there is great. you can come in the store or even order and they will deliver orders over $60. its awesome. if you don't shop there already you really NEED to start! ShopMark is the place to shop!

You can spend $$$$$$$$ and they're stillRUDE & DISRESPECTFUL.The manager (Ms. J) is no better than the others bad example as a boss 👎🏿👎🏿Delivery service ain't worth it if you have to argue/dispute your order because they can't get it right.Save ur time and money n go elsewhere, cause I surely will.

Everytime i call for a delivery, they have some excuse as to why they can't do it. Completely unprofessional. And if your ad says you do delivery, do the delivery! I am in range of the store and it is no where near closing. Guess I won't be dealing with this business until they are ready to do their jobs.

They lucky they only getting one star cuz they shouldn't get no stars cuz they lied about the box of me that's supposed to be. Quarter legs chicken breast and chicken wings not some chicken breast stuck with a wing No Quarters it's not a good place to buy your meat there's one girl on the first register that don't want to work too rare to be on the phone
