So, I'm not even going to talk about the dumpster garbage stock and food that this place sells to it's people. However, there is this worker. I'm just going to out his name which is, Larry. Larry is a jerk and I'm not trying to be over exaggerate anything when I say he flung my item in the cart after paying for it. I thought that was very rude but, that was one of the many jerky things Larry has done but, since I don't want Larry to lose his job. I'm going to stop there. To the manager of the store...make sure your employee, Larry, checks his attitude before he comes into work, please and thank you.😁

They had what I wanted.....although looks like they don't sell "brown rice" they should. It is much healthier than the other rices that they sell.

Horrible! Period. Produce, if you can call it that, is horrible. Doesn't taste good at all. Always only 1 or 2 lines open, no matter how busy. Smh. And you no longer SAVE-A-LOT.

Food is old. Have the time never anything you need in that. You have to find stuff. No carts, lines is always long. Meat is old. I can go on and on. The sad thing is we need a market. But, why treat us like that. Sell what you want and force the people to buy it or go out of the neighborhood. Better food keep the people coming back

Save a lot would have maybe gained another star had they had friendlier associates. There is no greetings. Even when I first walk in the first thing the security guard says it put your bag over there, you can’t walk around with that. Never walked into a grocery store where I couldn’t walk in with my bag. Yet they charge you for a bag(the irony). The associate that rung me up really hated her life. I said hello and got no response. I said thank you and still got no response. You don’t like your job get another one. She was tall with glasses and individuals. Didn’t say not a word to me or even ask if I found everything I was looking for. Please do better hiring. Hire people who want drag your happy demeanor down to there’s.

Closes before 11 every night. Got here at 10:49 and wasn't allowed in. I let them know i wasn't there to shop; I only needed one item. The employees were standing outside smoking blocking the door and they were very rude about turning me away.

Nope! Still Horrible as always. Smdh. The store doesn't have enough carts. Packs of Ramen noodles ripped open by rodents, still on the shelves. They need to do better. If this store was in a "better" neighborhood, I'm SURE, these issues wouldn't exist. Actually, I KNOW they don't in "other" neighborhoods.

Cashier was more worried abt her phone being propped against the register than attending to the guests and then she gave no receipt, not even attempting to explain why or informing that the receipt paper was out or not working. And I know I'm just one customer but still, professionalism goes a long way.

While I was there a fight almost started between customers because one customer thought the other customer was holding up the line. There were only two lines open. I don't usually shop there unless I am desperate.

Nice and clean place. Very busy during peck hours. Never enough line open. Sometimes the line are going into the isle, before more lines are opened up....😠Could do a better job routing their self stock. I found newer stuff in front of older and expired stuff.

This is the first Save-a-Lot that I have been to that you have to put a quarter in the shopping cart to use it. Lol The employees were pleasant the two times that I have been in there. My only issue was the store wasn't fully stocked or halfway stocked when I was there.

Store it's self is ok, my problem is employees and security. Went to the bathroom, came out and was about to leave after buying a soda, looked around for a bit though to get ideas about prices. Has a worker following me around. Getting ready to leave the store and security stands in my way demanding to look inside my purse. I did have a really big purse but no one saw me steal anything because I didn't. After 5 minutes if arguing about opening my purse, I showed him because I needed to leave. Nothing was in there but my wallet a other odds and ends. Security apologized. But I wanted to know why I was stopped and embarrassed like this. He said the cashier that was following me saw me take a pack of some kind of meat and put it in my bag. Now if she 'saw' me do this, wouldn't she knew what I took? Not just a 'pack if meat' she didn't even apologize for acusing me. She didn't see anything, just lied about seeing me do it. I have my suspicion of why I was acused of doing this and it has nothing to do with how big my purse was. But I'll keep that suspicion to myself.

I live in a food dessert in Strawberry Mansion. This sorry store never has even 50% of what I shop for. Besides it sells mostly pork products. So we Muslims can buy little outside of bread, which on this day they were out of. Smdh. We need to talk to some city councilman to get us a real market bc Sav a lot is not adequate.
