Sam’s club is hit or miss. Yes, they have bulk items at good prices but they may not have what they had last month. This store is mostly organized but there were quite a few items that did not have prices on or near them. Especially in the Halloween area. I saw several employees not wearing masks. I also saw a female employee hiding in the bathroom and talking on the phone. Checking out was difficult because the credit card machine was not working properly. The associate told me that many don’t work. Lines were long. Christmas decorations are out, it’s September. The parking lot is a mess.

I love shopping at Sams but today I saw a line for the roasted chickens so I decided to buy one try to feed my family get to the bottom of the chicken and we see red and blood call teams were there L closed so now I’m putting the chicken back in my oven to re-bake it, but I just want to let them know they need to do a better job of making sure they’re done

I went to the store and they did not want to let me in since the card belonged to my wife and she did not go with me. They told me that I had to buy another one-year membership to be able to buy. To get there I had to drive 35 minutes for them to treat me. So, if you want a bad deal, come here, I'm going to cancel that membership.

As a restaurant operator, I have purchased at least tens of thousands of goods in Sam's club, this time to this shop is really disappointing, the staff is a racist, I automatic checkout line to me, ask me to go to the counter to count money, can't automatic checkout, afraid I steal things?

Store is great! Don't use the Car Key Express in the parking lot. Supposed to be associated with Sam's club, took our year/make/model and said they could make a copy. 40 minutes and 3 tries later, said they could keep trying to shave down the key to fit in the ignition slot? We got a refund.

I did a quick stop with my friend to grab ice cream for our daughter. They are yummy and can’t beat the price for the amount we got. And the Coke icee caught my eyes. I can’t resist from not grabbing one to try.

Very busy the lines were long. However I scan&go and pay with my phone go right to the door skipping all the registers. Been doing that for 5 years at least. Highly recommend it for all

This is probably the 2nd bad review I had to write today at 12pm I did mobile check out and proceed to get in line for my things to get checked as normal. There were workers checking a Caucasian female and Caucasian male anyways it got busy and and the female called me over to get my stuff checked I walked over to her and she ignored me and checked the person behind me left me standing there with my phone in my hand EMBRASSING!!!! And rude of her not sure what her motive was … I rather go to another location

Sam's is always a wonderful shopping experience and tonight's trip was not any less. Having not have been to Sam's since February due to the Pandemic, I found Sam's was totally prepared to accommodate the safety of the patrons, and was still well stocked with all the staples we needed! It was even easier to navigate around the store today as the isles were laid out in a manner making items easy to see and reach! A Plus to Sam's!

Yeah, it's ok. A smaller Sam's compared to the Willow Grove location, or maybe Willow Grove's layout is a bit better. Either way, Philadelphia Mills location is alright. The checkout area is a bit cramped tho, but I use the scan and go app, so doesn't affect me. Thanks Sams!👍HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Scan and Go app, cuts checkout time to nothing. Basically, all depends on how fast your mobile device scans the barcodes. 😉

Their line system is totally weird. What if instead of having a random line for everyone to filter through, you just let people line up at each register? They serve low-grade meat samples, which for anyone who knows anything about factory farming, makes you queasy as your shopping. Those are my biggest "beefs" with them *pun intended*. I've also bought expired goods from them without realizing. ugh. Otherwise, it's a good store with lots of deals. It's pretty clean for a Sam's Club.

I usually go to another Sams but today I was closer to this location. Is a good store, I find everything I was looking for, well organized. My favorite thing was the rotisserie chicken . It was so well seasoned, and moist. I even ate it by itself. Very good. So if I need to drive there only for that, maybe I will, 😆

First of all the gas attendant allowed drivers to go the wrong way to pump their gas. I walked in and the older lady with real short hair was rude. Seems like the people who work at the front door only ask for membership cards from certain types of people. I've seen. People of different races walk right through . I went to the customer service desk asking for a membership card and she was also rude. I'll never go back to this location

I visited this location on Thursday to order 2 dozen cupcakes similar to what is available everyday just with plain white icing and no decoration for pickup Saturday. I was told they were not making any more cakes or cupcakes until Monday. I phoned Giant from the parking lot and placed the same order for Saturday pick up with no issue.

Written 2 months ago.TODAY:I went to the counter to return a towel I bought as a gift 9 months ago. I saw it in the giftees bathroom and was horrified at the condition! There were loose strings all over it! Like every square inch!She would only give me $6.97 as that is the present price despite what I paid for it.The woman at the counter would NOT give me an even exchange because she could not find it in the system. IT SAYS SAM'S CLUB ON THE TAG! She was going to let me leave furious...I even told her I would be contacting corporate. There was nothing she could do. I started to leave, then turned around and asked for a manager....after a few minutes, she gave me an even exchange (amazing right?)Hopefully this one holds up better than the last as I have given several sets of towels as gifts in the past year.All the towels I've bought there, somehow she could not find one2 months ago:Always helpful and cooperative. Prices are sooo amazing. LOVE SAM's Club. Food and produce always fresh.11/10/2023Sam's today is a clean, friendly, economical place to shop. Love their prices. You are always going to have difficulties with stores or employees. But overall, it's an amazing place.

Awesome deals!!! My wife & I bought groceries elsewhere and we would spend double for only half of the items compared to at Sam's. I highly recommend it for families buying foods in bulks. But food is not all they have, please go check it out it will help your budget life a bit, it did to us.

Great place to shop, if your going to get a Sam's club card you can usually find a deal on Groupon for half off. Also can get a cheap to go lunch from sushi all the way to pizza and a drink for $2.50 or hot dog combo for $1.38. They also have a gas station across the street for discounted gas

Sams was well stocked with everything I needed. The store was clean and the associate were very helpful. There was just a long line at check out since they only had two check outs with cashiers. They really want you to scan yourself out. A lot of people, especially older adults, just are not comfortable doing that. Then there was the long line trying to leave the store. Other than that, it was a decent shopping experience.

Ordered a 2 tier cake for a 4th birthday party. Top tier was ordered to be chocolate and the bottom vanilla; however, the whole cake was vanilla when we cut into it. I double checked the order form and the order was written as I requested. The cake tasted great but the fact that it wasn’t made as ordered was disappointing.

Make this your primary shopping destination for groceries, some electronics like tvs, tools... It's a better "Walmart" literally with the addition of bulk purchases for consumers and business owners! Oh, their gas prices are almost always $.20-.30 better than other gas stations! Finally, you accumulate good cash back discounts on in store purchases (I'm almost certain this does not include gas purchases).

Shopping here gives me the advantage of being able to take care of most of my needs. From mens clothes to taking control of my household needs, all under one roof. It makes it so much easier for me. The quality of the clothes were quality as well as the groceries.

Great store, have been shopping here for years. Friendly store associates and easy to get too. Except recently, every time when I walk in I always get asked to show my membership card. It's just a big setback to a 5 star rating. Sometimes I go in for a quick shop to get in and out, but being asked to show my membership card just takes so much time. It causes a line in the entrance too. If I didn't have my membership card I wouldn't be shopping there. I think it's pretty obvious. If you could please get rid of that then sure I'd be glad to rate you 5 stars.
