The most amazing place to bring your puppy. Everything about salty paws is great. They sell doggy outfits, toys, treats, cookies, and ice cream. The staff are wonderful. We and especially our puppy had the most amazing experience here. The whole ambience of this place is magical and a paradise for dog lovers. Our Tico was in puppy heaven after eating his first ice cream! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Salty Paws.

This is the go to destination for dog owners in Philly! Once you visit, it's hard not to go back... especially with your dog dragging once they realize that they are close to their favorite store. Many people believe dogs have good judgement of people and place, which is why I think my dog always makes sure I drop by Salty Paws when I am in the city by pulling me into the store. The employees are all very kind and loving to each pup that comes into the store. The dogs are treated like royalty and given treats and all the pets and belly rubs in the world.Recently, it was my dog's birthday and due to the new dog flu going around her friends weren't able to celebrate with her. Despite that, we went to Salty Paws and Tori, one of the employees, made her day extra special by creating a little Photo Booth for my dog. They even had cute little birthday hats for the pups to wear and take pictures as well!This is a great place with an even greater staff who works hard to ensure that all the dogs have a magical and unforgettable experience!

the person working there was so kind and my dog loved the ice cream. she got the maple and bacon flavor. just a half of a small (i believe it was $2.50) was plenty for her, but she's a small-ish dog (10-12lb).

Really cute store for dogs! They have fancy treats and very good quality toys. My bichon loves their ice cream. They have so many fun flavors (like Philly Cheese steak) and toppings that we always keep coming back to try new ones. Staff is nice and accommodating. We are regulars and couldn't recommend more!

I recently visited this pet store many times, and I must say, their service was outstanding. The staff showed such warmth and enthusiasm towards my dog, making us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we stepped in. They were very knowledgeable and recommended a variety of foods that my dog absolutely loves. What truly stood out for us was the doggie ice cream. It's now my dog's favorite treat

Brought my dog here & he loves it. Bacon ice cream, vanilla ice cream & blueberry ice cream he tried. Nice gear & accessories & they have tons of treats you can get in a doggy bag. A tad bit pricey but its downtown center city so prices are going to be a bit high. A small shop that speaks volumes. I recommend for anyone who wants to doggy date with their pup

A must go to place if you have dogs. The treats are amazing, and our 3 rescue dogs love them. The employees are wonderful and definitely dog lovers. Don't miss the donut treats. We try to stop in weekly.If we miss a visit, our dogs file a greavance.

Highly recommend! I took my dog Pork Chop there for his 2nd birthday and he had a blast. Flavors of ice cream are creative and on-par with what a dog would love! Toppings are even more crafty. Shop is also really cute and has great themed treats, toys and outfits which would be great as a gift or someone you know getting a new dog. 5 Stars all around! Do check them out. Also they hold birthday parties for the pups.

One of our dogs was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. We decided to plan one last mini vacation with him. We basically planned our trip around Salty Paws Rittenhouse Square (even though we had a rainy weekend). As an added bonus, the hotel we were staying at (Kimpton Palomar) knew about our situation and provided us a nice welcome package with some goodies from Salty Paws.When we first entered the shop, our dogs were sniffing everything trying to figure out which goodies they wanted to take home! Our dogs loved the ice cream and we really enjoyed talking to the store owner. She was very accommodating and extremely friendly. We're so happy that she was there to be a part of this happy memory

I bought a brithday cake there for one of my doggys, and it‘s not home bakery, but pre-made cake. I'm fine with that. Also, when I pick up the cake, the box was really dirty and old. The cake seems a display product and left at the store for a long time because the icing and cake sheet were super super dry. Even though the cake is pre-made, they are selling display product? not a new one? I'm working at the bakery shop, so I can distinguish the food left without any cover. I was fine with that as well. BUT, my two dogs and my friend dog, all of them have serious diarrea! It means that they sold something wrong.

Definitely check this place out with your dog! They have a good variety of flavors and toppings. They even gave my dog a little bed to sit on and a bowl to eat from. Everyone there is super kind and friendly too. I’m coming as often as I can to treat my baby!

If you have a dog and live near Rittenhouse Square this is a must stop! It isn't just an amazing place to get your dog ice cream, which my dog is obsessed with, but a great dog supply store. Couldn't say enough good things!

Took our two labs today for a birthday party. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and how they they handled all the dogs. Our labs loved the ice cream and their treat bags. Highly recommended stopping in to see what they have to offer!

Lots of wonderful treat options for dogs, definitely a must visit for gifts to dog parents or if you're a dog parent yourself. If I had a dog then they'd definitely come by here for ice cream. The person working at the store was extremely nice and friendly, super helpful while helping me pick out a few treats for my friends dog who is being put down in a few days. The prices were all very reasonable and they had a huge range in variety. The shop dog is also crazy adorable, with a great little attitude and loves attention - a reason enough to need to stop by for gifts more often - just to pet her.

Salty Paws is a great pet/ice cream store, which Center City needs badly. I took my little Shih Tzu there and she loves the store and the people. It's set up so pretty, has really healthy ice cream for the little fur babies, healthy treats, and the people who work there, including the owner are so friendly, and very helpful. You can tell that everyone there loves dogs. I highly recommend visiting Salty Paws yourself to find out what a pleasure it is to go there with your pooch.
