Tuesday I came but my medicine still not ready. They asked me to come back in 20 minutes? Sorry this is the first time and last time also

The Pharmacy at this Rite is absolutely horrendous. Incompetence is pretty much the word to use. To be fair, I try and give a place plenty of chances to make good on goods or services, but each and every time I come to this pharmacy, they don’t have it ready, it takes forever and they are not very customer friendly either. Just bad experience after bad experience.

I have been a customer at this location for years. The ladies in the Pharmacy are wonderful. Friendly, engaging, they become friends from talking at each visit. Betscy is smart, knowledgeable and so friendly. She is by far, my best Pharmacist I've had care for me in all the years I've been a customer. She has gone above and beyond to supply me with information about my medical condition, ask questions to learn about other aspects of my treatments, and always asks after my family. I've seen her have similar conversations and interactions with many other customers as well. Allison, who I believe is management, always has a smile and a greeting and is very helpful, as are all the other employees

The most ignorant and miserable staff I’ve ever experienced. They changed me full price and said my insurance didn’t cover a prescription I’ve been on for 12 years. NEVER mentioned GoodRX costed me 70.00$ . A total disgusting personal

The store itself and store staff are wonderful. The pharmacy leaves much to be desired. My script was electronically sent in. I came to pick up medication several hours after it was sent. I was informed that they had to call doc regarding the medication. That should have been done initially as they said there was a problem as soon as it was sent over. So I had to sit for hours and wait. Lousy pharmacy in my opinion.

I have been coming here since 2015 ,and I can honestly say that this is one of the best pharmacies in Philly . The employees here are invariably very helpful to me and will for the most part go above and beyond to make sure that I am a satisfied customer.

Takes too long to get your prescription. Then they don't call you when it is ready. Always slow service and they make you feel like you are annoying them. Unpleasant sometimes.

When i was picking up my medication for personal reasons. The lady pharmacist was laughing ,thinking its funny and its a joke . The male pharmacist is ok. Its most un professional pharmacy i been to.

All the girls are sweet and pretty and the dudes are cool but the old fart secury think there so sharp but there old guys and they think there doing so good but I see black guys all ways stealing all the hair stuff with big bags while there right there and they don't even no there to busy wacthing me were I spend my hard earn money with my family ass hole dumb ass's go home and die now

Just walked in , I bought few things then I went to the register to Pay with my smiling face , I said hi ,how are you doing to the cashier with my loud voice so I am very sure she heard me very well and she didn't day a word back , be professionnel or quit your job miss , I took a picture of the receipt that showing the date and the time if a manager cares about his costumers and wanted to find out witch cashier was and fired her ( she was a young African American if this can help )
