I sat in this place for nearly three hours, waiting for two prescribed medications. They gave me one of them, but didn’t give me the second one. The thing is, they weren’t even going to say anything about not giving me my second medication. They were going to have me walk out the store without saying anything about my second medication. I had to ask for my prescription for the second medication back. I’m done with this pharmacy. I’ll go somewhere better and a bit more professional.

Shout out, THANK YOU for outstanding customer service to Ms. Erica, the pharmacy technician. After dealing with insurance and 3 Rite Aid stores (from South Philly to West Philly), my mom got her approved full amount medication just right in time before overseas vacation. I don’t care how busy it is do not ignore your phone lines…. This has been the case for over one year. I guess Rite Aid, is acting accordingly to bankruptcy, but don’t let customers see the downside of the deal. Customer service is needed for the end of their run.

This is really the worse pharmacy in Philadelphia. They actually should be on the list to close down. They dont answer the phones because they say they have nobody to answer them! And any prescription thats sent over wont get filled until your there which is the stupidest thing i ever heard . No sense of urgency or anything!

Pharmacy department NEVER answers the phone!! People may not be able to get there as easy as others! Your questions or concerns should be addressed if the customers preference is to call in prior to coming to the store. For them to tell you your prescription is not ready or a follow wit the doc is needed. This is completely ridiculous. I will be calling headquarters!

Warning u might wanna go somewhere else. They don’t answer the phone they have long lines this is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I can’t transfer my information fast enough I prefer somewhere smaller and pharmacists who kno you and actually care.. Peoples medications are very important and should be taken seriously. This pharmacy could care less.Treat you like just another number. Next…. Only thing they care about is making things harder was my experience with them anyways. Thxx but No Thxx.

Very rude lies about your medication not being ready after days of telling you to come back the next day. They never answer the phone. So unprofessional I’m changing my pharmacy now. This is the worst rite aid in Phila. Be aware

Wanted to use the restroom before I bought something’s. Attendant says she don’t have a key for the restroom. Why would I spend money here if I can’t or not even allowed to use the restroom.

This Rite Aid on 68th and woodland let too many people in the store at once. The lines are long. Even when getting prescriptions. I was waiting 45 minutes or more for prescriptions that was already done. I walked around the store and the people didn't have Masks on. More safety precautions need to be in tact and less people should be allowed in the store. I ended up leaving. And it was Hot inside! Going to CVS!

I'm talking my prescriptions elsewhere. The location at 6731 is totally horrendous. I called in 2 refills by automated system and it said that it would be ready by noon. Showed up at 1220 and had to wait an hour. And this wasn't the first time it has happened. This store is a joke

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. None of them answer the phones, nothing is consistent, they are rude, they are lazy, and their 1-800 numbers doesn't answer you either. Just go to CVS, Rite Aid the absolutely worst Pharmacy of all time.

You can tell these people are just there for a paycheck. Absolutely horrendous customer service skills. Rude and dismissive when you try to ask them a question. If you want things done in a timely matter and to be treated like a person, take your business elsewhere.

This is a clean store. But that is the only thing I can say for it. You cannot buy anything here unless you have a lot of time. There is never more than one cashier at a time ringing people up. And whatever cashier is there is on a speed in reverse. Either they don't know how to run the register or they can't make change I'm not sure what the problem is but one person in front of me would take 45 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first time this is all the time where is the store manager he/ she should be fired it's amazing you can't even find anybody in the aisles. Yes this store is service dog friendly because they don't even see you

The only pharm tech guy works at this location on April 25 has some attitude issue and no customer service skills when dealing with simple customer problem. Meanwhile, other girl pharm tech and the pharmacist are great

This Riteaid is only good for immediate food shopping because the pharmacy and the few pharmacist are highly unprofessional never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold to never return to the phone call
