I go to pick up a prescription for my mom, which they had available, but when I asked about my own, they said that I had to call my insurance because "they don't cover my medication" and I "have to do mail order". This doesn't make sense because I was able to get my medication twice before with no issues. I was handed the phone number for my insurance and when I got on with my insurance representative, she said that the pharmacist gave me half a story, which is highly likely. When the representative from my insurance called the Rite Aid Pharmacy, they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. It really bothers me that the pharmacy just arbitrarily canceled my prescription for a medication that I need without telling me (after filling it twice), however my mother thinks this was the pharmacy's way of getting rid of me because I had a few unpleasant encounters with some of the pharmacy staff in the past.

This review is for the store, not the pharmacy. This Rite Aid is often stocked with everything you’re looking for. Whether it’s medicine, snacks, dog treats, holiday decorations, candy or a birthday card, they have it. The store is clean, maintained and well organized. The employees are professional. There was only one cashier but the line moved quickly. There is a large parking lot.

Have tried four times to schedule an Immunization via their web site and each time I finish. the application disappears and asks me to start over again. Beyond frustrating as we have a 103 year old mom at home and can't risk bring flu home to her!!!

I get here 9:49 pm says closes at 10pm.. I drove 15 min to buy things needed for dehydration , stomach pain and they decide to close early.. so upset that you Check hours of operation a.d they decided they wanna put doors down 11 min early and im feeling so sick. Good thing dollar general actually stays open on hours posted. They got my business instead. LAZY EMPLOYEES

I went there to get my Covid vaccin , for my surprise I have been waiting for 1 hour after that a lady came to me to check after she went and didn’t show up when I saw her she was doing other thing and ignored me again then came another lady and I explained to her that I was waiting for an hour , she didn’t even apologized for that , it’s been a awful experience.

Still a pathetic place. Moved my prescription to CVS a few years ago because they refused to accept customer checks. Just was in line for pharmacy. Two ladies behind the counter. One leaves the counter, then the other but no service. I am a former shareholder. Glad I dumped this schlock stock. Keep your "I'm Sorries!"

The pharmacy had a physical makeover but the blond younger female is a disgrace, very rude and arrogant. The prescriptions usually get messed up in availability, they put you on automatic refills when you never requested it, and if you ask questions, you are told to calm down. The drive thru is terrible to try and get any service. It is difficult to push the notification button to alert anyone while in the drive thru lane. I have to get away from this location, as it just does not work properly. Very frustrating in dealing with the pharmacy and its arrogant people. Some of the pharmacy people are nice, but they need to weed out the others.

Terrible service. I have to admit the customer service at the pharmacy is beyond disgraceful. Either you have one person doing everything (waiting on customers, taking new prescriptions and working the window) or you have 3 people standing around laughing and joking with amongst themselves while making customers wait. I had a simple question and one of the women said that she would "be right there", and went on with her non work-related conversation with the other two. After waiting for 10 minutes and being ignored, I left the store and never returned.

Worst pharmacy in a 50 mile radius.If you need to call them, count on two things: 1 - It will take forever to get a real person on the phone. 2 - When you get a real person, they will be irritatingly rude & dismissive. Every. Single. Time. Without fail.I work in customer service. I don't blame you if you're not happy & gleeful at your Rite Aid pharmacy job. But if you can't treat people with respect & a SHRED of kindness, you need to find a new job. How hard is it to pretend not to be miserable on the phone for a minute?

Very poor pharmacy department service.Long wait, not enough help, every time some kind of issues with either a system, or forgetting to turn on drive through window call signal.Hardly ever acknowledge you, walking right past you without as much as looking your way, while you are waiting forever yet are a single person in line.Waited 25 mins in drive through for PCR test due to some more whichever issues they were having at the moment.I did get an apology this time at least.

This review in only for pharmacy.I scheduled first Covid vaccine for my child online for November. When I arrived, they told me that that I do not have appt even though I showed them an email confirmation. After much back and forth, I told the pharmacist to look it up by the confirmation number. She said, "I dont know how to do." After I encouraged her to try using the confirmation number, she came back saying that I did indeed have an appt at that time. After receiving the vaccine, I was given a followup second shot appt for January( 7 weeks away). I explained to the pharmacist that the recommended timing was 3 weeks for second dose. She said, "Oh yeah, you are right." She took my covid card back and gave me a new card with correct 2nd shot date.When I arrived for my second shot exactly 3 weeks later as stated on my vaccine card, cashier tells me that they are too busy. There are many pts waiting for refills and vaccines. She tells me to reschedule my appt online for the next day. I went to the online scheduling on my phone and I showed her that that next available appt was 2.5 weeks weeks away. The unknowledgeable cashier(against FDA guidelines) states, "6 weeks is ok for second shot." She suggested that I try different Rite Aid locations or go to my primary pediatrician(who does not provide covid vaccines by the way). After alot of discussion, they could not accommodate us. While waiting, there were multiple unhappy other customers as there prescriptions were not filled on time.I understand that they were very busy but they should honor the second covid appt vaccine.Although the cashier was polite, I would avoid the pharmacy as they are very busy, overwhelmed, understaffed, lazy, and unknowledgeable.

Pharmacists are wonderful. But pharmacy technician are rude.. doesnt smile, Gives you attitude, doesnt know what is customer service is.. keep your problems at ur home.. good customer service is very important. understand that first.. if you dont like your job quit and leave.. dont show to others.. customers are not there to see ur attitudes .

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. We came in to do covid testing and it took 45 minutes to speak to someone. Once we did, they could not find our appointments even when we gave them our confirmation numbers. Now we are at an important work event and only one of us has our results while the other 3 do not. Very lackadaisical service and highly disorganized. If you need to take a test please go elsewhere do your sanity.

If I can rate it a negative -5 I would. Terrible pharmacy been waiting for 3 hrs to get my medicine that according to them was only supposed to take 30 minutes. If your under staffed tell us a head of time so we don’t come and wait for 3 hrs

Requested a Rx refill on a Tuesday morning but never received any feedback from the store, so I called them. Turned out the refill would not be available until the next day. When I got home with the filled Rx and took it from the bag, it had a safety cap DESPITE MY RITE-AID PROFILE BEING MARKED "NO SAFETY CAPS". I am unable to open safety caps, and this is the third time in 5 months they have done this to me. The pharmacists who fill my scripts repeatedly fail to check my profile for any notes. I only go here because it is a Preferred Pharmacy in my insurance and it it close to home. But I clearly need to remember to check all scripts I pick up BEFORE I LEAVE THE PHARMACY COUNTER. They offer such poor customer service!

The Indian guy that works the pharmacy is an absolute incompetent waste of space. He’s rude, arrogant, and I’ve seen turtles move faster than he does. It blows my mind how he manages to stumble through life. I’ve never had a problem with this rite aid but after dealing with this guy, it has me and my family questioning if we want to continue doing business there.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. The pharmacist (a russian narcissist) is so disrespectful. She told the technician to tell me on the phone that she was out for the next hour so I will need to wait an hour (I know pharmacists don't take hour breaks). I still showed up and they told me 10-15 minutes. If they are not willing to help why are they even working. Just stay home there are better, kinder, and more qualified pharmacists in the world.

I went for a rapid covid test 2 days ago I waited 23 minutes in the drive through when I was the only car to eventually be serviced at the window by a rude blonde hair lady. I don't know what she did with my test but she never sent it in because I was marked as missed! That's a horrible oversight that could cost someone and others this life. I am highly disappointed on how my medical samples were held.

I have been trying to reach out to pharmacy for hours and no one picks up the phone. The doctor keeps trying and so does the pharmacist from another location. The second shift at this location is the worst. they don't pick up the lines or in person they are very rude.

If there was a competition for the rudest pharmacy staff, this location would win hands down! I understand working is hard..and not being ignorant is clearly even harder. It’s as if they are paid based on how many people they can pi$$ off. Not sure of the employees name because I was too busy making sure her eyes didn’t fall out from the eye rolling she was doing.

I'm usually a person who has a lot of patience in situations like this. But after many attempts of giving the benefit of doubt there were no improvements from the other side of the counter in this pharmacy. Very unprofessional and ignorant staff to the point to where my prescription was almost given to the wrong person in front of me. Doesn't that violate the confidentiality agreement between the chain and the customer? And while I was standing there, they just laughed it off like it was nothing. The fact that it takes them 40 minutes to count up to 30 after that point it wasn't funny for me or the other person who almost got the wrong medicine. I always give them my DL with my insurance card and for some reason they managed to input a wrong address, not just a house number mistake but they put in their servers that I live in a different city. Ok, things happen, but there was a wrong number on there and the icing on the cake, my first name was misspelled and this is throughout the duration of 3 months when every month I gave them my DL and a medical insurance card. None of the personnel took the time to confirm the information. They are very irresponsible with patient information and unprofessional overall. This is the last time I go to this pharmacy or rite aid at all.
