If I could give them no stars I would. I called in my insulin prescription refill on Thursday and was told it would be ready on Friday. No one EVER called to say they didn't have any in stock. I called Saturday to check on other prescriptions and that's when I was told it was out of stock. I was told it would be in and ready for me on Monday. (Today) I was then told it wouldn't be in until tomorrow and that they could give me the number to contact another Rite Aid that had it in stock. Called said other store only to be told that that was yesterday's count and that they actually had none. I could understand if I had waited until the last minute to order a refill but I literally gave them 4 days notice. I'm glad my well-being is so important to them.

My wife's insulin perception was supposed done today not tomorrow, no call call to let her know that it wasn't in . She called 5 days ago to make sure it was in . The Rite Aid they sent her to didn't have either! Excellent Job putting people's lives in jeopardy!

The staff is very friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacist Ajay is wonderful and his staff is exceptional

Depressing store. Expensive like any other drugstore. There is also a parking lot, but tends to always be nearly full due to non-Rite Aid customers.

Rire aid is a clean and friendly environment. They are very helpful in finding items in the store. Pharmacy is always there to answer all of your questions.

The new female pharmacist is very smart and professional. She was able to help me find over the counter product for my wife and answered all of the questions I had. She also reassured me about covid vaccine fears that I had and gave me very a good insight on how safe the vaccines are. Pharmacy appeared clean and nice too. I will be back. Thanks. Al.

The Riteaid on RICHMOND St. is the worst. Since they got new so called pharmacists, everything has changed! They lie, tell you it's ready, you go there and there's nothing for you.Has cheaper Medicines than most places. Check before you buy, give them a call first, as soon as you get your prescription to make sure it will be there. I am diabetic and they put my insulin on the rack instead of refrigerating it, so it was bad. I used to get automatic refills, now my husband has to go every day to try and get my medication! Then the male pharmacist said I didn't like him. Never saw him, only talked on phone. But for sure he's very incompetent! Please save yourself a lot of time and trouble and go elsewhere. Take it from someone who has to call everyday.

My daughter bought the wrong thing for my wife which that store person said was right. It had a rite aid label on it. My daughter did not get a receipt but used the credit card. Although a young girl whom was working remembered her (a every active granddaughter in tow)she was there an hour before. The old crow acting manager refused to take it back,then after arguing for 5 minutes,the younger worker took care of me even after getting hollered at by the old crow. Stating its against store policy and too bad. All I wanted was an exchange for the right one and pay the difference. The old one was still sealed.I will never return. I'll do without if I can't get it elsewhere.

Pharmacist was rude, wouldn't even look at me. Told me they dont have my type of medication and wont order it either. Her exact words I wont order it. Horrible attitude. People come in there not feeling good to begin with and to be subject to that Is a sin.

My Mom went in person to get her Covid booster and was road blocked with need to go online to make an appointment. (Note to Company: not all elderly people are computer oriented; someone should have helped her sign up for an appointment.) I got her an appointment online for 2:20 p.m. Pharmacist finally waited on her at 3:15 p.m. Recommend getting vaccine somewhere that honors appointment time and assists elderly people.
