My doctor called in a prescription for a 90-day supply of my hard-to-find medication. The Rite Aid at the Ogontz Avenue location only had 30 pills in stock, so they gave me a partial fill, with 60 pills remaining. When I called three weeks later to get the remaining 60, I was impatiently told by the pharmacist that he had some in stock but I couldn't have them because "it hasn't been 30 days yet." This made no sense and is incredibly sketchy, because treating the remainder of a partial fill as if it is a refill seems like it could be fraudulent in some way. Instead of arguing with Rite Aid about this, I just switched my prescription to my insurance's mail-order pharmacy, and they immediately sent me a full 90 days.

I called this location yesterday at least 4x at different times of the day and not one time did they answer the phone. That is horrible and they say to call the contact center. The contact center takes the report but still the issue exists

This rite aid is the absolute worse. The shelves are never stocked, they never have anything your looking for at all. Literally shelves are empty it's ridiculous. 4 years post pandemic and I have to say they were more stocked during the pandemic then they are now.

On 8/14/23, I visited the pharmacy of store #01941. As in the past, I continue to receive excellent service from the pharmacy’s associates, specifically Shaji Joseph, Pharmacist,and Penin, Pharmacy Technician.Mr Joseph always provides me with excellent service every time I visit the pharmacy. Further, he is consistently very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. Mr Joseph never fails to remind me of the required vaccine shots I am due based on my Rite Aid vaccination record. During my recent visit, I consulted him about a variation and different packaging of a medication that I am currently taking. I intend to use the information he gave me when I discuss this matter with my primary physician. In the past, I’ve also consulted him with regard to specific qualities and composition of other medications, and the information he provided was very useful when inquiring about suitable medications with my other health providers.I would be remiss if I didn’t give a “shout-out” to Penin, Pharmacy Technician / Associate. He is courteous, efficient, and very personable. Moreover, he is detail-oriented and possessesexcellent customer service skills. I was very impressed with the service I received from _______ Joseph, Pharmacist, who personally waited on me even though he was busy processing prescriptions when I came into the store. Mr. Joseph was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and caring while answering all of the questions I asked him. At my request, he even “repackaged” my prescription pills in a specific capsule I preferred. He went “above and beyond the call of duty” in an effort to provide excellent service. I commend Rite Aid for employing such an outstanding pharmacist who possesses all of the positive qualities associated with the apothecary profession.

Twice this week we have gone to this store around 8pm and both times it was closed. The web site says it's open until 9pm as well as when you call but they were closed. We have to walk 6 blocks to get to this store so it is very upsetting that they lock their doors long before they are supposed to be closed.

I wish zero stars was an option. the pharmacy is a joke. they are rude, never answer their phone and refuse to fill scripts. I ended up in the emergency room cause they refused to fill my medication or transfer it to another pharmacy. don't waste your time going to thus location

I tried calling for literally two, three days about my prescription and no one answered the phone. I got fed up and decided to go make up trip to the pharmacy just to see a sign that read “temporarily closed”.. I literally need my prescription this is ridiculous. I will be switching to a different pharmacy!

I have been to the rediclinic a Few times. Each time I’ve gone they have been nothing but kind, very informative, and very courteous. I wish this could be a doctors office I would go here instead of my own doctors office because there’s never a week and it’s always clean and because of what I said above. If you need a quick medical services or forms filled out I suggest coming to this way you won’t regret it.

The manager of the store showed up 15 mins late to open, had customers AND employees waiting outside. Then after showing up told everyone to wait 10 more minutes before people could come in. A mess.
