This rite aid pharmacy is the worst. They NEVER answer the phone. And when they do they're very rude. In person they are very nasty and rude at the register like they're doing you a favor. Something has to change here. It doesn't make any sense that the people that work there are that miserable. The pharmacist Vinny is amazing. I've known her for years. Since my daughter was born 17 years ago with many health issues. She has always helped whenever she can. But the rest of the staff has got to go!

If I could give 0 stars for the pharmacy here I would. They never have your medicine ready even after it's sent to them hours or days later when I come pick up I always have to wait 15 to 30 minutes I never have this issue with other rite aid locations pharmacy it is just this one. Don't send your prescriptions here.

How is this pharmacy open? Called for my grandmother using my phone and the landline and no one answered until I hung up 20 minutes later. I shouldn’t have to fight or get frustrated trying to fill her life sustaining meds at her age nor should I get attitude when I come in. The neglect from trying to fill prescriptions here should be criminal and beyond disrespectful to the community that relies on this “pharmacy”. Shut this place down

I have been calling for 2 days to this pharmacy for my afib medication refill. The Rite Aid I typically used closed and I am now in the West area of the city. I am also disabled, so I did the refill through the phone system. Called used the system again to see if it was ready the system has said 3x now that it has no information which then prompts a call to the pharmacy no one has answered at all. I've called myself at 9:00 sharp no answer 10:00 no answer 12:30 no answer I need my medication as it's for my heart and that's nothing to play with. As a new customer to this location I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care or concern this location has for its customers. I cannot just go there unless the medication is there as my heart races when walking. If you're not going to fill it please let me know so I can find another Rite Aid that will.Disappointed ☹️

Please close these stores. The pharmacy wait times and customer services is sooooo disrespectful. Medicines not being in stock for months is beyond belief and someone willing to help is very rear!!!! Close down because we deserve better services. I am so over the experiences of all the remaining Rite aid's that are barely open. Retraining in customer service is needed asap.

This is the worst Rite Aide I ever been to in my life. Very unprofessional, the pharmacy line is always long and slow. It's always one person working, every single time I come to this location. Whoever is managing this location needs to be re evaluated this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would, waited a super long time to get a toothpaste that’s locked. I rang the bell 5 times waited and waited, no one came. I finally go up to pay my 3 items and ask about how to get the toothpaste she tells me oh I have to go get it. After I’m done paying my 3 items she starts doing something else. Hellooo??? I left without the toothpaste. The other Cashier complaining about the customer she was helping. Unprofessional and lazy people. If you don’t want to work stay home.

We pulled into the drive through prior to them closing for break at 1:30. My fiancé and I were there before they put the gates down for the pharmacy. The pharmacist who appeared to be asian, declined to help us. I think he said his name was Botahn. Was simply just picking up medication. Oh well .. so much for customer service ..

Love the pharmacist, Vinny but the other technicians are so rude. They act like you're bothering them. They don't greet you. They're just plain nasty. Something needs to change or maybe they should take a class on just to be nice to people.

Only two stars unfortunately 😔 I expected better customer service. Totally unprofessional they NEVER answer the phone!! The workers in the front cashiering are OK. But the Pharmacy in the back is the worst they never answer the phone. They never fill prescriptions on time.A prescription was sent to them for my kids two weeks prior I went there to pick up. The medicine was Never filled and they said they would order it cause they ran out. I explained the meds were needed it is an emergency. The pharmacist a male said he would order it right away it will be there monday. He lied he never ordered it. I went to the pharmacy today because i called 10 times and no one picked up the phone again! The pharmacist assistant said they were busy thats why they couldnt answer. Mind you when i got there THERE was NO ONE but ME! they were at their computers and the phone sitting right next to them. Soo unprofessional. I was told that the other pharmacist ordered it yesterday instead. Luckily, the medicine was available at another rite Aide so she transferred the prescription. I had to spend money on a taxi just to pick up medication farther from me. Because of their incompetence.

Unfortunately this is NOT going to be a good review although to be fair I will print positives and negativesPositives: The older lady at front counter long time employee (Sorry I don't know her name ) is very nice and likeable, she is always ready to help and makes the costumer feel like a valuable oneStore is clean and organized, usually well stockedBAD: Pharmacy staff before everybody moves (quit, etc etc) was really nice but now there is a lady, (dark skinned women withe green wig) which actitud Is the WORST if I have to keep up with her one more time I promise the medicine for the 5 members of my family will be transfer to another pharmacy. Today in two separate incidents two members of my family at two different occasions had terrible experiences with her . People like her REALLY will ruin Amy business. I will update at soon I either transfer my prescriptions or she is out of there (Whichever come first )

Every time I get my prescriptions here they are never filled when I come to pick them up. This time around my pediatrician sent the rx electronically, and I called to confirm that they received it. I came a few hours later to pick it up but it was never filled because they supposedly didnt have my child's information on file. Um, excuse me but I have been coming here for years that's impossible! Anyway, if that were true then why didn't I get a call for the info? After being told to come back in an hour (I came back 2 hours later), the prescription still wasn't filled. I'm taking my business to CVS, they do a better job and are open 24 hours.Oh and by the way, the waiting area is filthy with trash everywhere and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in years.

This has to be my 4 or 5 bad review by now. The pharmacy is horrible. Last month i returned an open box of needles for my insulin pen. It was short 30 needles(box of 100). The pharmacy gave me a new box because they knew they screwed up. Now i received loose insulin pens(5cnt) in 2 seperate sandwich bags. They claim the insulin is not use and that they added 2 open boxes they had. If it totals 1 box of insulin, why not give me the new amd unopened box of insulin? The service over the phone wasn't pleasant and the young woman wanted to hang up on me so i asked for a supervisor. Zero stars if you ask me. This rite aid is a walk away from my house. Thats the only reason i get my meds here. Im moving to CVS with the next screw up.
