This store is great when it opens. The hours of operation is 7am-12am. Which I'd convenient for me because I work at 8. However, every time I arrive at 7, this store is still closed. I wait 5-10 minutes. Sometimes it opens, sometimes it still closed. I can't wait forever, so I go elsewhere.

I went to get my medicine and the pharmacy was closed before 7 pm in a Monday. They only gave me part of my order before.The onle lady does not want to wait on customers. She stands in front of you looks all around the store with her head in the air,avoiding any eye contact with you. You have to say something to her sometimes twice.The most undependable pharmacy. I have switched now

Not an option to give zero stars, sadly. This place is trash. My mother has surgery and they called a script for pain meds in here. My mom tried to pay cash and they wouldn't fill it because she doesn't have insurance!? The pharmacy tech was rude on top of all of it. My mother had to leave in severe pain. Don't go here!!

This is the slowest rite aid I ever been to in my LIFE! And it’s always the pharmacy that’s crowded. They need to hire more people because the wait is RIDICULOUS! I hate that I even have to go to this rite aid.

I gave one star cuz I lik rite aid but this place sucks. The pharmacy is so slow. They have 6 people filling and doing watever behind the counter but one person ringing up when the line is down the isle. And the clerk has the heaviest accent and can't understand you, let along me trying to understand her. If they all weren't closing I would go to another but then I have to go miles out my way.

This is really the worst Rite Aide pharmacy. The actual pharmacy staff are rude they never answer the phone I have been trying to switch my prescription over to a new pharmacy I called more than 15 times because I now live an hour from here. When they finally answer after two days of calling the Spanish girl was screaming at me saying would not let me get my words out I was trying to be calm and nice But it didn’t work she ended up hanging up on me this is not the first time it happened I will report her to a manager.

I've been shopping at Rite Aid for more than two decades. My experience at Rite Aid has always been pleasant. The front-line staff are friendly and each time I walk in the store, I am greeted with a smile! The Rite Aid pharmacy personnel are extremely diligent, caring and concerned about my needs. I've been a customer for 20 years and I have never been so disappointed as I am with the cashier's in front and I mean the teenagers they need to stop socializing and flirting and do their job. Also the security guards need to worry about the young girls that steal and not loyal customers

Just got back from visiting this Rite Aid. I've been to this store many times within the last year since it's the closest Rite Aid to my home 🏡.Most of the employees are very nice and professional when I go in, but one of the managers is a total crumb. During my latest experience I went in to buy a coffee maker.Upon entering I asked the security guard if he knew where the coffee makers were and he said he didn't. So he asked the manager, who was behind the counter, where they were. Right off, without even looking, the manager states that they don't carry them. When I informed him that I saw them in the Rite Aid circular, he rudely tells me in a very condensing tone" just because they're in the circular doesn't mean we have them in the store ".I was about to leave, but at the last minute I decided to take a quick look around the store just to double check for myself. Sure enough, in the small appliance section, coffee makers. Had I not checked for myself they would have lost a sale.His name is John and I have no idea how he ever became a manager. When I took it to the front to pay for it, I asked him how, as a manager, he doesn't know his own store stock. He ignored me and didn't say anything. No apology, no admitting his mistake, nothing. Anyone else would have checked. Anyone else would have apologized for their mistake. But he, as the manager couldn't be bothered. As a matter of fact, both the security guard and the woman who rang up my purchase apologized for HIS mistake. .This isn't the first time I've had issues with this guy but hopefully Rite Aid will get rid of him or train him in customer service, so it'll be the last. If this guy wasn't a manager here I would give this store 4 or 5 stars.

Store manager is very unprofessional. Went to go buy some lightbulbs, and it was placed in the wrong shelf with wrong pricing. He did not want to honor it, implying that I placed it there just so I can get the cheaper price. I told him to check the cameras if he think I moved them, he refused. Because he know he was wrong. He needs more management training.

Raymond is such a kind and welcoming individual. Theres so many stores around here to get late night snacks but i go to this Rite Aid cause Raymond is the sweetest and he makes me smile every time, he’s truly an asset to the company. Give him a raise!!!

Store clerks were a big help with the rite aid app and it's digital coupons. Store was a bit dirty and disorganized and trash all over the parking lot but it's a major metropolitan city store and not my normal rural area store where I live.

I like the Rite Aid near me on Frankford and Levick, the staff is very friendly, the store is clean, I love the wellness points, I get my medicine, my Amazon cards, snacks, and skin care products, vitamins, it's very convenient for me.

I arrived the shop tonight at 10:20 pm to pickup my Amazon packages and I found it closed allover!!! Checked Google maps to see the closing time and it was 12:00 am !!! Disappointed as I wasted my time 😒

Store is DISGUSTING. Women's bathroom stalls do not lock, there was blood on the floor. Toilet paper everywhere. Sinks were dirty so you know the employees aren't washing their hands. Everyone seemed to be hanging out. Employees are playing on their phones, listening to loud unacceptable music and singing it while on the sales floor.Now, I don't know how rite aid retails, but this store needs 101 on how to use a broom, how to greet customer, how to use a scrub brush, and so much more.

This place never have the items thats on sale, they put out about 5 or 6 if them and thats it. I went there to get some cat food that was on sale and was told to come back in 2 hours for him to put it on the shelf, not sure why it would take hime 2 hrs to put anything on the shelf but whatever, I went to the front and told the lady that I could not come back in 2 hrs because I had to work, it was already 10am and it also was 3 other people putting items on shelves. So she went to the guy and asked him that when he decided to put the cat food on the shelf, if he could bring 2 of the cat foods to the front counter to save for me. Well I called my daughter and told her to go get the cat litter and she called me back and sais the lady told her that they never put any on the shelf and to tell me not to worry that I did not miss the sale. It seems like they always never have any of the sales items, and if they do they only put out a few and after that they will not put out anymore. This place needs to do better and accommodate the customers. I dont care how long they stay open, it doesnt matter. Now every time I go in this store, I am surrounded by the security and staff. Even the cashiers come from behind the counter and follow me up and down the aisle that Im in. I go in this place and spend mad money, I Ive gotten $ 1200 in money orders from there and spent up to almost $100 in one store visit. I. It feels like somebody told them that I came to rob the store. I am never there alone its always other customers but its just me they keep surrounding. Im not sure why but they even do it when I am with my 2 young children. I need to know what I can do about this. I plan on reporting this matter and having something done about it. . I am not nore have I ever been a criminal and dont like being treated as one.

I visit this particular Rite Aid every week and spend plenty on my purchases. Every manager knows it. I love the day manager and the night manager who are absolutely professional. It's rare I visit in the day but when I do Giselle is always on shift when I do come and sometimes she was there at night. The whole night crew are terrific, even the older and younger security guards. Today, I went to this Rite Aid in the afternoon and encountered a VERY nasty, unprofessional and bold cashier who gave me nothing but attitude. Her name is Autumn. Cashier ID #: 36371122. She was giving me plenty of stares when I was in line before I approached the counter. When I did, I spoke to her first and said, "hello". Her response was, " Uhm". I didnt want to believe thats what I heard so I said it again, "hello" , she said in a very low tone, "how ya doing ". Mind you, the whole encounter with Autumn ,Giselle was there to bare witness to the whole inappropriate attitude she gave me. Giselle was serving other customers on a register next to Autumn. Giselle greeted me with a smile, said "hello" to me and said, how much she loves me because I spend mad money on particular items I buy in the store and I'm always there. I said to her, "hey Giselle, how are you", "yeah this is all I ever need when I'm here". The cashier, Autumn asks me abruptly, "how much"? I told her $20.00 on this card and $60.00 on the other. After that she took my $80.00 and checked off each bill with a counterfeit pen. I never been more insulted!! But I didnt say anything. It's time for me to leave and here as nice as I am, I said," have a great day" to Autumn. She said the same thing, when I first encountered, "Uhm". Then I said "goodbye Giselle have a great one" and she said "thank you, you too". So to not encounter Autumn I will come in later after I know she's not on shift. Never been so insulted ever at this Rite Aid. Everyone here but Autumn are a group of great people who I enjoy my experiences with everytime.

This pharmacy employes the most incompetent people there are. No matter how much time you give them to fill your prescriptions it is never ready and you are always told you will have to wait. I have put up with them because they are my closest pharmacy but however after tonight's experience I will be choosing a new pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and find a place where the employees know how to handle their jobs. Save your self the aggravation, headache, and wasted time.
