I have been calling for 2 days to this pharmacy for my afib medication refill. The Rite Aid I typically used closed and I am now in the West area of the city. I am also disabled, so I did the refill through the phone system. Called used the system again to see if it was ready the system has said 3x now that it has no information which then prompts a call to the pharmacy no one has answered at all. I've called myself at 9:00 sharp no answer 10:00 no answer 12:30 no answer I need my medication as it's for my heart and that's nothing to play with. As a new customer to this location I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care or concern this location has for its customers. I cannot just go there unless the medication is there as my heart races when walking. If you're not going to fill it please let me know so I can find another Rite Aid that will.Disappointed ☹️***Update***I left this review on the incorrect location, this is the store that come tomorrow I will have reached out to 3x. I need my heart medication.

I wish that I can give this location 0 stars, I tried to give them a chance because they are extremely close to me but their pharmacy truly sucks! Two months ago they told me they never got my kids prescription and when i called the Dr office they told me they sent it already and will resend the prescription, when they resent it I waited until the following day and went and again they never got it, I went furious to the dr office and they printed out BOTH prescription fax proof and gave me a hard copy of the prescription, I get there and they tell me we dont have this medicine and that they won't order it, at this point I was furious and took it to the Wynnefield location and they ordered the prescription for me. When my dr sent my prescription for my Epipen i was told the same the dr sent it over 3 times I ended up going to a Walgreen's for this order. They constantly "didn't receive" you're prescription, there's a huge disconnect in this location and it's literally playing with people health. Now my dr made the mistake of faxing over my kids prescription to this location again, and im calling to confirm that they received it and NO ONE ANSWERS the phone two days straight!!!!! This is unprofessional, please just go somewhere else, and don't bother calling corporate because they don't care!

The worst Rite Aid Pharmacy out of all the Rite Aid locations. They never answer the phone, the prescriptions are either never made or made in error. Even the nurses at my doctor's office tell me to seek out another pharmacy because that location is not reliable. For example, I'm at the location now (it's 9.11 am) and they're still not open. It's supposed to be open at 9 am. I came here yesterday to pick up my wife's prescription that her doctor called in two days ago....they couldn't find it and told me to come back in 15 mins. I'm here now and it's still not open (at 9.15 am). I suggest everyone to go to the Rite Aid Pharmacy on 69th Street in Upper Darby.

Says that their lunch break is from 1:30-2? But when i went their at 1:20 to pick up my pain killers for my wisdom teeth removed (after waiting all morning for them to be filled) and they were already closed. I have never had a pleasant or smooth experience at Rite Aid. Avoid. Go to CVS instead.

BEWARE: This Rite Aid participates in FRAUD. There’s someone that works here that allows thieves to run stolen credit & debit cards for gift cards & merchandise and pretends they don’t recognize this fraudulent behavior. They also are defensive with the video footage. THIEVES!! Use cash only or don’t shop here.Update: I called the 800 number & the representative went right into defense mode stating he was sure the staff followed gift card purchasing policy. He didn’t even inquire about which Rite Aid I was referring to. Corporate doesn’t need to speak to me. Pull the video from 9/24/22 8-10:30 am & watch them charge multiple cards with multiple names. They even tried an Apple credit card.

Not much on the shelves! They say they ope at 7:00 am it's 7:30 am and the doors are locked and the store is dark. Go figure, this is why I try not to use this store. Poor everything!

My doctor called in my medication on Thursday, October 11, 2021. I spoke with a Tech, and he told me that he filled my medication. I went to pick it up the same day, but the pharmacy closes at 8 pm on weekdays, so I didn't get my prescription. I spoke with someone at the pharmacy yesterday about another medication and had to call my medical plan to get the medicine approved. By the time the call ended, the pharmacy was closed. I went today to pick up the supposedly filled prescription, and I was told it wasn't filled. The drug has taken three days to fill, three days, and once again three days to fill!!!!! Unfreakenbelievable. This is gross negligence!!!!

This is my absolute favorite pharmacy. It is convenient to my home, I usually find everything I need and something's that were on sale that I had use for. Friendly staff, clean store, and mostly well-stocked shelvesThanks Alot

I am always treated with respect by all the staff there. They greet me with smiles, and are helpful. The pharmacists Mr. Ephraim and Ms. Han are golden employees. I recommend this Rite Aid for any of your daily needs!

I love this Rite Aid here on City Ave. The workers are nice and welcoming. My mother’s prescriptions are always ready when I go to pick them up.

I hate these people... All of them feel like they are royalty.... YOU WORK AT RITE AID GET A DAMN GRIP...The customer service sucks and they act like they are doing you a favor by ringing your items up like it's not their damn job....I say a prayer Everytime I enter that place because it's the only drug store in walking distance from my home.....I pray so I don't catch a case dealing with these crazy people 😒
