They should simply close it. For months the shelves were empty and not restocked. Now half the store is closed and everything, EVERYTHING, is behind locked plastic displays. You can't get a candy bar without having someone unlock each item to put in your basket. I understand that retail theft is a problem but as someone who isn't a criminal and doesn't enjoy being treated like they were I'll be shopping and filing my prescriptions elsewhere. My only hope is that eventually the store may go out of business and be replaced by a shop that doesn't treat customers this way. Very unfortunate.

If they can’t have products because people steal them, why not close once and for all. It’s really depressing that a store in this neighborhood looks like this.

I was shocked by the smallness of the store. I was told that due to theft, they were forced to downsize the inventory by locking everything up. The staff was great in handling my request to open the cabinet, accessing the items I required. Thanks, Team!

Male pharmacist with Asian accent was Very Rude And Disrespectful! I was asking questions about my refill towhich I was told will be ready today from Wednesday..He didn't let me finish my conversation with concern of my prescription and hung up on me several times after calling back 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was very pleased with my payment I was making on my cash reload by the honesty received by my cashier his name was Daniel I had just taken money out of the ATM and the bills were very hard to pull apart I had told Daniel the amount I wanted to load a being a man of honesty in a location you would have higher chances of being cheated he proceeds to inform me I had given him more bills then I thought. He respectfully had his manager void the transaction and added the amount I hadn't accounted for .while treating me with great respect. My reason for this review was more intended on crediting the character of the employee and rite aid should be very pleased they hired such a respectful honest individual. Thank you Daniel!!

Follow up: the email you sent me to follow up at no longer works. You are just the worst chain, my goodness.What kind of 24 hour store isn’t open 24 hours? Employee sitting right there doing nothing with the doors locked. Just like Philadelphia smh

I was in this Rite Aid on August 12, 2023, and I watch this individual walk out with a handful of items and the security guard and a store employee, did not try to stop him from exiting. What is the purpose of the security guard if he is not going to stop store theft. WOW

It seems like this RiteAid going to close or going out of business. The shelves are locked & empty .Depending on the time lack of floor staff or communicate barriers . This place was once pioneer for the community before the pandemic and or the riot .Therefore , I will give 1 1/2 to 2 out of five stars . Corporate or district manager incline your ears to the community for I am just one voice of many whom want to be heard.Restock , Restock , Restock !!!

This rite aid pharmacy is great open late the pharmacist is very informative all of the one-off shifts they all go above and beyond the drive-thru is extremely fast as they can be and helpful .. I have a lot of rite Aid pharmacy closer to me but this is my go-to because they used to be 24 hours to just recently they close at 10 pm . However the rest of the stores open 24 hours still lately the store it's never stopped they may have one or two of something or many times the store nothing

I went for the first time here a few weeks back, I cannot believe this store is open for business. The store is dirty and there was food on the floor by the entrance (chicken and fries), the shelves were bare, low in staff and while I was there a group of troublesome young men came into the store. This is shameful, Rite Aid needs to do better for the people who live in this community.

Went to pick up prescription and had the gate to the pharmacy closed right in my face. I asked if I could pick up my meds and was told no and to come back at 2pm. They had a sign on the gate that said they close for lunch from 1:30pm -2pm daily. That is fine except it was 1:28pm. It is not life saving medicine I need.. but I feel like if it was that was extremely cold blooded to do to someone

Went in to buy body wash tonight at 10pm but the aisle was completely closed down with a locked gate. The cashier than explained that the aisle would be opened again at 6am! They have a security guard on duty yet they have an entire aisle of products unavailable for purchase. Im completely baffled by the situation.Had to go to another store instead to purchase the products

The Pharamacist at this location does not care about patient's health, is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. I've been waiting on a prescription for 2 months, and this man refuses to help whatsoever. All he tells me is to go to another pharmacy which I can't do. I recently switched to this pharmacy, which has a certain number of patients per month, he orders prescriptions ONLY for those patients or "regular customers" I tell him that I will now be a regular customer as this is the pharmacy I'll regularly be going to now and he refuses to add me to his list of regular customers or to place one additional order per month. I count myself fortunate that this is not medication that I can't live without, because in this case I would have died a long time ago. I've never met a medical professional with this level of disrespect and downright disdain for their patients.

This location is embarrassing. It’s always looks understocked and unclean. The pharmacists.. unprofessional, rude. Cursing in patrons faces, directed towards them or not, is unacceptable. My community deserves better.

My God! I just went to pick up my moms medicine. After the closing of Rite Aid on 4th and Spring Garden. They GOST!!! ALL CUSTOMERS WITHOUT NO INFO AT ALL!!!! The Rite Aid on 260 West American and Lehigh is adisappointment. No Security!....no one at the front register. Finally a young man with his friends playing around the store open one register. This place is dirty!!!! I guess this one will close soon as well. I do not feel safe going in this store. No security and dirty!!!! 😕 Time for inspectors to come in.

I buy products online course pick up I wait for 3 days they never sent and email to pick up i call the store none one now nothing about the orden i decided to go to the store to ask my item or ask for a refund of the money showin the orden number to the employee none still don't know nothing about my orden they tell to talk to store manager which is name is Christine Facenda and she refused talk to me the employee payer twisted we knock the door never come out the from the office i wait for 3 hours went she decided to come out she tell the the employee the she not going to talk to none until 2pm she went out buy food pass in front not even break time i call corporate they some call Antony he was going to call me never call.

I call the store a 3 something was given info my prescription will be ready in two hours called about 7 something still not ready was given info it would be ready tonight. It's now 11:00 pm still no call or text. I do need my meds. But darn like I do want to feel better ASAP.

This is the WORST rite aid I have ever been to. I went in to return a couple things that my mom had purchased but no longer needed them. I was told that they can't do any returns because of all the theft going on. After I explained that I am not a criminal and did not steal these items the "manager" got extremely rude and told me to go to another store and return them. I asked for the store number and she said she doesn't know it and told me to google it. Very unpleasant and unprofessional . I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone. Go to the one up the street from here.

Samarah was so pleasant! She was very knowledgeable about the products in-store, very helpful in showing me where I needed to go...not just telling me! I had questions and she did not make me feel like I was a bother. This wonderful young woman made this a very pleasant visit for me! Thank you Samarah! I should have written this last week!

Sann Leang the 2nd Shift manager for the pharmacy department at rite aid on Lehigh was so unprofessional and a liar. He said my father’s medication couldn’t be prescribed for his Diverticulitis because the doctor prescribed a strong dosage. Without verifying from the doctor himself he refused to call the doctor himself. We had to get my father from his house which at the time he was bedridden resting just to get his medication. By the time we got here it was 9pm. Sann saw our father, we gave him paperwork from the doctor told him to call him and he still refuse to give us the medication our father needed. It’s sad we have to deal with the fact that somebody didn’t do their job and cared for the patients well being. He is horrible.

I'm not going to blame the whole store but I'm blaming the staff, on Saturday January 19th 2019 I went into rite aid on 260 W Lehigh Ave. I bought a notebook, and pens. I also bought a PayPal prepaid Mastercard that I was going to use to order some things I needed. I asked if the clerk could put all the change from my 100 dollar bill on the card and she acted as of it would be difficult. She asked me if I had a rite-aid card for discounts and I said no and she gave me a number to use for a discount. Then she still act as if there's a problem with putting the money on the card. She then asks for help from the manager at the store, the manager comes and touches something on the computer and leaves, she didn't help her with anything in my understanding. So then the lady ringing me up says that it would be better if I put a less amount on the card so I agreed and went down to 70 dollars, now she rings me up and hands me my receipt and I leave. I get home try the card it doesn't work now I'm furious because i really need to do things with this money, I go back and she tells me to wait about an hour or so for the money to go through, so I leave and wait. Still I have nothing so I try to calm my self down and just be patient. It now January 20th 2019, 7 AM and the card still wont work, it won't activate, when I called the people from PayPal yesterday they even told me that there was a problem with the transaction. So I tell them that at the rite aid. The same lady that gave it to me was there and she called the other lady and specifically said "another card isn't working", that sentance itself shows me that the staff/employees at the 260 W Lehigh ave Rite Aid are careless, and dont have any experience in customer service or care. Also after all of that I still dont have my 70 dollars on my card or in cash. I basically got robbed by Rite Aid. Please dont make the same mistake by going to this Rite Aid for any gift cards or prepaid cards, they are a scam. I'm now sitting her 70 dollars short with no cash in my pockets to buy what I needed in the first place. Thank you very much Rite Aid, but that's a no star for me.

Now they have everything behind a glass,yes I understand all they do is steal in there but you press those buttons for service and not 1 associate comes up to help,waited about 15 mins for some cold medicine and had to leave cause no one would help,sucks!

I came here to buy some DayQuil and when I went to the cashier to pay they told me that I needed my I.D to purchase it I've never heard anything more ridiculous in my life since when am I required to show my I.D just to buy something like DayQuil? next time I'm going to Walmart to buy it at least they don't ask you for I.D

Called to speak with the pharmacist on evening shift 09/13/2022, he was very rude and did not let me finish my question said they were not able to find my information and hung up on me. Poor customer service. Would not advise anyone to come here if they need help.
