I rarely have any problems with the pharmacy, which is the main reason I come here. I used to pick up an item or two and buy at the pharmacy counter. But now everything is locked up. I understand the reasons for this but I won’t search out an associate for a pizza or deodorant so I don’t purchase them anymore. I only come for my prescription.

****EDIT**** just close the store. There's nothing in there.....a waste of a shopping trip...I mean there was no soap on shelves....no feminine products....no children cough meds..... no deodorant....I was scared to ask if the had prescription meds.....Shop somewhere else and save your time....like the fully stocked dollar general next lot overAfter shopping here for years, I refuse to return!!!Every employee has a nasty attitude!!! The pharmacy is super slow. Told me 15 minutes. A half hour after it's still 15 minutes until ready.Edit....Got sick in Hamilton NJ yesterday. For some reason this poorly ran pharmacy was listed as my pharmacy. I figured ok it's been a while Maybe they saw the many bad reviews and changed. NOPE. My prescription was called in TWO hours ahead. When I arrived they hadn't even started it. TWO HOURS AHEAD it was called in. Wait time was going to be 45 minutes. The guy at the pharmacy register was SLOOOOOWWWW and had no concern about it. You had to tell your personal info to him and he still got it wrong as he repeated (yelled) it back to you. I guess they don't have pens and paper. The pharmacist was obviously overwhelmed and frustrated with the staff!The front end. What a waste of time. The line was from the register to the back of the store. ONE cashier. Now I wouldn't mind if he was the only one. But there was other employees there chatting away in the aisle. After 10 minutes of a line that just kept getting longer and not moving...I called it quits. Put my items on a shelf and left.Get REAL management! Pick up the pace in the pharmacy... being sick is frustrating enough...and STOP YELLING PERSONAL INFO get a pen and paper!!!!

This rite aid never answers their phone and they are open!! It’s ridiculous they just let the phone rings and it’s after their lunch break hours . Like now I’ve been calling since 4pm April 18 2024

Please do better with your customer service. Some of us need prescriptions by a certain time. Every single time I call to refill my prescription, nobody answers the phone! It’s gotten so bad, to the point to where I have called 3 times in a day, all at different times, for multiples days out of the week (I don’t call during their lunch break, I call when they say they are open and available) I finally will get an answer after endless tries. When I contact my doctor, I will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible. I’ve tried for a while not to complain, but I feel as if it’s gotten to be too much. Medications are important and needed by certain times. If I don’t get mine because someone doesn’t know how to answer a phone, that’s honestly ridiculous.

This is one of the worse Rite Aid in Philadelphia. My fiancé went to pick up his prescription they gave him the wrong medicine and he didn’t realize until he got home. Called numerous times to no avail, no one answered and I stayed on the phone for 45 minutes straight to no avail. I even hit the corresponding number to speak with someone in the store to no avail. This is ridiculous and nobody should be subjected to this. I called the 800-rite-aid number and left a complaint, but this is ridiculous, I have been calling since 6:30pm and it is now 7:28 pm and there is still no answer. If I could rate this store a zero I would!!!!

I was extremely disappointed when both the clerk and manager wouldn't accept a coupon (printed at Rite Aid) that would have given me a small amount (70 cents). They were not able to tell me why they wouldn't accept it, accept that it didn't go thru on the scanner. Both agreed that they saw nothing that would exclude it from being used. I'm surprised that the manager didn't just override the scanner and credit me the 70 cents. So, therefore, I'm extremely dissatisfied and will STOP getting my prescriptions at Rite Aid and no longer visit their stores!!Very poor customer service. This kind of inferior service will cause Rite Aid to lose more and more business.I filled out a questionnaire online (that came about that very visit), giving my name, address and phone number. I'm waiting to see if someone gets back to me to correct this sad situation.So, all this bad press for a mere 70 cent amount. It would have been better if Rite Aid had never given me the coupon that they wouldn't honor. Then I wouldn't be so dissatisfied. Now, the question is, "Will the situation be corrected?" I hope so.

It has been multiple times. I call days in advance to fill my prescriptions because of how slow this pharmacy works. Example: I called Thursday to fill my Rx got a call back Sunday staying my order was ready for pickup. Today Monday I went to pickup my Rx and one was filled but the other was not. Girl refuses to fill them because they were going to lunch in 15 mins. Not that they didn’t have it but because they were closing for lunch. When order was placed 4 days prior and I received the pickup confirmation call. WTH!

Close this store! Apparently no one works there!!! I’ve called countless times about my prescription and no one has answered. Fire all your staff and do BETTER.

If your hours are posted, you need stay open during those hours. It’s 11:30pm and I need cold medicine and was waved away by an older man. It seemed to me they wanted to get out early, which is not okay for a business this big.That said… I rated midway because I’ve had good experiences in the past here with the staff, who were welcoming and kind.

Hi! Not sure what’s is happening with this pharmacy, I bring my prescription and my two daughters as well for many years. Since last October it’s imposible that some body pick the phone so I can order our refill, and just go to pick it up. In the store they always told me the same story that the phone is not working; but since last year? I saw them making calls there. Yesterday I stop by, ordered my daughter’s refill, and she said come back in 30 minutes. Came back 3 hours after, and she said that I need to come back again because wasn’t ready. I refuse to leave without the medicine, so I wait until finally they gave me the medicine.While I was waiting another client arrived and she had the same problem, and she left the store very angry right now I’m thinking use a different pharmacy.Thank you..

I live a few blocks away and had an emergency tonight and needed to get a feminine product. I thought that this rite aid was closed but I figured I should check before driving there so late. It says online that the store is open 24 hours and when I called the phone number it also says there open 24hours,however, THERE ARE NOT OPEN! Rite aid you need to update each locations phone information and website information. It's the year 2020 and no reason for such simple information to not be updated.

I love this Riteaid store at Oxford.The security gentleman that’s there is always smiling and welcoming you to the store.The female supervisor is very nice always greeting everyone and asking if you need help with an item or checking for a price.

The pharmacy is great. Easy to work with and prescriptions get filled really fast. But everything else about this place is bad. I waited ten minutes to checkout in the front of the store. I was the only customer in the store. I could not find anybody working in the store. It was crazy.

Absolute terrible Pharmacy service!! There is no way for the hours of operation to not correspond with the actual store!! The website and automated service says Pharmacy closes at 12am. But my sister arrived at 9:20pm and there was absolutely NO ONE in the store besides the ONE cashier who stated the pharmacy was closed! This place is a joke!

Called before I headed there and hours on phone were listed as open until midnight. Went at 11pm to pick up infant Motrin for a sick child and they were closed. No updated hours on website, online, or phone. Pretty irresponsible.

I tried to call the pharmacy line to confirm my prescription was received and no one answered the phone just kept ringing this is highly unprofessional and lacks sympathy for its sickly customers who can’t just come in to see if there script was received. I will be calling corporate and putting in a complaint. The lack of service in the pharmacy is deplorable and unprofessional. Also when you call the actual store they too do not answer the phone.

They have the worst customer service!! They never have prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be ready & they can never seem to find my prescriptions in their system even when I’ve called and confirmed with my doctor that they are at this specific Rite Aid. They are all slow & lines are always long. They NEVER answer phone calls or they leave you on hold. I would give zero stars if I could. So sick of this Rite Aid and its made me change to CVS entirely because they represented terribly.

The sign says 24 hours, the website says 24 hours; Google says 24 hours. I have to walk about 30 mins to get here. A few months ago I noticed maybe once a week they started closing at night but the closes have become the norm and honoring the sign the exception. Why waste peoples time and make them feel their neighborhood, their class, race and status are not worthy. You do what you have to do to honor the sign or you tear it down. If you have to pay 60.00 an hour for a cashier and double that for security detail you do it or tear down the signs otherwise it looks like a company with billions of dollars is not willing to honor its commitment in a discriminatory manor.

I lived in the area for more than 10yrs and frequently shop at this store for items and even fill my prescription here. NEVER have I heard about a cut off time!I came on a week night and wanted to exchange an item. It was a long line and only register open. Finally another cashier came to help. I went to the 2nd cashier and she said I couldn’t do my exchange because it was after 10. I asked if that was on the receipt or if there was a sign for that. Then she calls her manager and she repeats the same thing. Again I asked where’s the sign or info stating that on the receipt? She said it’s not written anywhere and each store has it’s own policies. I stated it was a huge inconvenience and the manager or cashier didnt even apologize or care how frustrated I was!I didn’t want to feel like my trip was done in vain so I ended up buying the item I wanted to exchange it for. When I looked on my receipt, I realized it was time stamped for 10:03!!!! Soooo technically I was in line before 10 and if they had more cashiers opened then I would’ve made up the imaginary cut off time. Even tho I was 3 mins late, the manager could’ve did a courtesy for me esp since it wasn’t my fault that the cut off time wasn’t public knowledge.I went to ANOTHER rite aid that night and they refunded my money with no problem! This place has the absolute customer service!!!!

This Rite Aid They have a white racist man he is one of the Managers,I know alot of store in this country are against black people , white people never take a break from being racist this white man Arthur is no different from most white people and they are proud to saw how racist they are, the people at this store have no respect for black people,the clerk was very mean to me,I asked to speak to a Manager when the Manager came he was yelling at me,can white people will ever take a break?I don't think so,but one thing I know the table will turn one day ,and I'm gonna enjoy every minute of it shame on Rite Aid shame on any racist white people I this country and remember Jesus Christ is a black man .we will overcome .

A good local pharmacy that is well stocked ,with stellar quality merchandise . The employees are helpful and one girl even assisted me in finding a great pair of wireless Philips blue toothed in- ear headphones for my smartphone . I will definitely return .

I'm sure they're doing the best they can but YIKES I've only been using the pharmacy in this location for two months and I have an issue every time I come to pick up my mother's medication. PLUS can NEVER get an answer on the phone.

This is the worst service I have ever had in any rite aid or any other store . It took about 10mins for a cashier to come to the front about I yeld EXCUSE ME IS ANYONE HERE a few times n when the manager came to the front she seemed to be more upset that I was yelding n she didnt even apologize for me having to wait. There was a total of 4 cashiers so I dont know why it took so long .

They aren't 24 hours, they never answer their phone, pharmacy and the store closes whenever it wants, I HATE this pharmacy. It's inconsistent and inconsiderate. Im calling now and they not answering...it's not like I need my meds. Thanks
