This Rite Aid is one of the worst I’ve experienced. It not only needs stock, it needs to be cleaned. Shelves upon shelves are empty. The refrigerator where the milk is located is dirty and disgusting. There are boxes and carts throughout the aisles making it difficult to maneuver. The floor was filthy. I found items that had no prices. And getting a price wasn’t easy because finding an employee was hard. The line at the register was long. There was one cashier. The outside is also a mess. Trash everywhere.

Rite aid has great employees,a variety of cosmetics, personal hygiene products, medicine,cards for every occasion,food, and they always have a great variety of decorations ext for every holiday & every different season. It's basically a one stop shop and they also sell tabacco products here as well. This is a convenient place that I highly recommend. They have a great section for $1 and $2 items for holiday products and a $1 section for food, paper products as well as cleaning products and dog and cat toys and treats. Great customer service and they always have deals and murchandise on sale. I enjoy shopping at my local Rite Aid.

Love this store - close to home, extensive variety of products, good sales. However my experience of checkout was negative (and is usually quite positive, so doubly disappointed.) Young woman at the counter was looking at and texting on her phone for the entire transaction, never looking at or speaking to me except to ask if I wanted a bag. If you're too distracted/bored/busy with your friends to serve a customer properly, you're in the wrong job. In case Rite-Aid sees this, it was Thurs 11/16.***And once again, on 3/18, I shopped at this store and AGAIN, another cashier was texting on her cell phone and actually hiding between two cash registers to do so. I had to go up to the partition and ask her which register to put my items. She pointed, still texting, then came over to the register and still continued to text, ignoring me until she was done.Look, I'm not going to continue shopping at a store where the cashier wants to act like she's doing customers a favor in putting down her damn phone to check someone out. This is horrible and unacceptable customer service and someone needs to have a come-to-jesus moment with these young cashiers who seem to think they don't actually have to work. This cashier was EVELYN according to my receipt.***

Been getting my scripts filled here every month for 15yrs the new pharmacy staff they have now is cold and rude. I recently got out of the icu and sent my son to pick up my medicine. They turned him away because he didn't have a dollar with him since he lost it on the way. Will be looking for a new place to fill my multiple scripts as soon as I'm better.

We used to have Rite Aid pharmacy but since CVS closed we’re getting their service worse , rude and bad behaviour from pharmacy staff. It’s bad experience this afternoon when my wife came from ER to collect her medication they said it’s closed for Lunch at 1:13 pm even their lunch time starts at 1:30. When we tried to ask questions they just ignored us and didn’t replied any single word. Finally we approached to manager’s and funny thing is that manager said let me check camera that you were here at 1:13 and when she found were there she didn’t answer or any excuse. Very disappointed and stressed! Bad behaviour and unprofessional attitude. Management should have to take action to ensure their employees are properly trained to deal with their customers.

I personally never had an issue with the pharmacy at this location. My children, along with myself have had flu vaccinations here. Highly recommend, they are quick and efficient!

I am constantly followed by this fat woman with missing teeth, I can be in the next isle and she’s there following me and watching me. She accused me of stealing, when i repeatedly told her she can check my bag and call security and check cameras. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from her, very uncomfortable place to be in and rude staff, they only treat the whites with respect, but if you are not white. You will be followed by the fat woman. Like, i said I would not steal from your unclean store, knowing most of the things in there are near expiration dates and overpriced items.

Skip the rite aid on bleogh and oxford.... Can't be bothered to do a walk in flu shot.Pharmacy staff is always miserable. Store staff is great

Any receipt I have ever received from a company that asks you to take a survey about your shopping experience has ALWAYS (until Rite-Aid) puts you in a drawing for a cash or store credit, no matter what the prize is, it’s a small thank you for providing their company with insightful feedback to help the.BUT TODAY, I was surprised to learn that Rite Aid requests that you scratch their back by taking a survey with every purchase, but will not even give you a chance to win a thanks for your time.It’s a kick in the teeth that a company with the sizable profits, raises, and bonuses as Rite Aid can obviously Care more about $ than people.Anonymous

I’m reviewing the pharmacy at this location. It is awful. The pharmacist is completely unprofessional and rude. I think her name is Lana or something like that. They never answer the phone. Her response is “we’re busy” and told me there are only two people working so they can’t get to the phone. This has happened multiple times. She refused to provide me information about the manager of the pharmacy. I am appalled by the way she spoke to me. And, the counter of the pharmacy is a mess. Clean it!

Pharmacy staff is so rude, I was there 1:15pm and thay said to me come after 2 pm it’s luch time , but luch time start 1:30pm, I was came from emergency and need my medicine but thay just ignored, I said 5 time Excuse me (can my husband pick the medicine ? After 2pm ? ) thay didn’t gave answers, I’m so disappointed, I was in pain , and thay don’t care about, and 1:30 thay closed windows for luch , 1:15 to 1:30 thay just ignored me , after 2 pm thay gave me madicine, totally Disrespectful .

Danielle the manager rocks. 2/16/21 I had my Covid vaccine 1st dose I was nervous and Danielle was kind enough to treat me more than a guest but someone she knew for years. She of course helped customers when needed.Michael who stocks and dies cashier was awesome giving help regarding directions.Ben from the pharmacy AMAZING TOOK ME EARLY AMD JUST SO NICE.THE LADY THAT GAVE ME THE SHOT DID A GREAT JOB ...IT WAS STILL A SHOT AND DID IT AS GENTLE AS POSSIBLE.YOU ALL ROCK AND I THANK EACH OF YOU!

I receive 20% off, on most everything, I buy or $$ off, of a deal on something, I need. I have my Rx's, all in one place and on auto fill. They also call my Dr.to renew a Rx. I've given 5stars from the floor up, to the door & out. Most of All, I always have 💯 rapport, with everyone I have met, thru the yrs.. It seems, as if, Rite aid chooses a worker family on personality..

I'm from Bucks County and I was in the area and needed a fan. I was looking for the big round one floor model.. well they were sold out. But the gentleman that was helping me he told me about another rite aid in area not too far. But he called them n c if they had the fan I was looking for. He did a considerate thing for me so I just wouldn't b driving all over the place checking for the fan I was looking for..I don't know his name but I appreciate him for all his help of making my day just a little bit easier..Sir, I thank you very much..your boss should recognized how such a good employee you are..

I came to this location when I was leaving work and a friend of mines told me that she had a cold sore and ask me to get her some cold sore relief medicine so I found some I forgot the name and when I got to the counter the cashier the one with the huge mole on his nose gonna say to me. I DONT EVEN WANNA KNOW What Your using that for. why would he say this, you never know what people are going through he's gonna say something to the wrong person one day and get hurt badly....like its none of your business what I buy or who Im buying it for. Then he proceeded to leave it on the counter for others to see to try to humiliate me. I left out that store with rage but you know what I wish him and his huge mole the best.
