People were taking things off the shelves in trash bags but, they’re more concerned about harassing drug tested and background checked employees in the middle of their shift! There’s cameras everywhere and they check bags. Not a good company to work for.

Probably the worst Rite Aid pharmacy I have been to. You call the pharmacy dept and never get an answer and when you do it's rude or condescending, the store itself is empty and unclean. Switching to mail order was the best thing I could have done. It's disgusting treatment because it's in an urban neighborhood. If you go to one in the NE section you never have this type of treatment. This should have been one of the locates slated for closure.

This store pharmacy is not safe. They have just about anyone filling your prescription when it should only be filled by the pharmacy technicians.... This has been an on going problem that has yet been solved. They let their cashier's fill people prescriptions and my wife and I had a bad experience when the crazy looking white dude wit glasses filled her prescription she noticed that her med was mixed with an unknown substance other than spring water to mix it... The people their are also weird. They all mostly have nasty attitudes . So we've decided best to change our pharmacy

Awful experience- I recommend avoiding this store if you can. Inefficient pharmacy and online services are not linked to in store inventory- scheduled a flu short arrived at store and they were out of the vaccine and did not communicate that to me before my visit. Totally wasted my time.

Pharmacy staff are rude and kind of mean. Definitely will be going somewhere else for any other vaccines. They didn't even give me a bandaid or gauze after my shot.

This full service pharmacy offers walk-in vaccines, Rxs and offers a variety of household products. Overall, they have great customer service and are an asset to the community!

I will never use this Rite Aid again. I spent 21 years in the Army. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I have me and my wife are covered by the military for the pharmacy. They would not take her military insurance. Then they told her that she needed her School District insurance. She came all the way home to get the School District InsuranceThey told her that they could not accept that. They were nasty and totally disrespectful. As a person that serve his country for 21 years. Why do we deserve that? I will never go to that Rite Aid again.

The worse atmosphere and workers ever. The Pharmacist a younger man is cool but those techs need to be replaced immediately. Specifically need training on HIPAA violations. I am only using this pharmacy because it is convenient without having my car but after this experience I will NEVER use them again. I wish I could file a lawsuit against them for shouting out my medications.

This is the worst pharmacy and store in the world. Worst. Always missing prescriptions, will yell in your face and tell you they don’t have it and then 5 minutes later find it and not apologize. Also very expensive for no reason. Same prescription at other chains is much cheaper. This location has been able to treat people like trash for years without any consequence. There is a woman screaming right now that they don’t have her prescription even though they called yesterday. She’s cursing, the pharmacist is trying to call security, a cashier is now fighting with the women. It’s like this everytime.

Every month I come here to have my seizure medication refilled. I am not the only person on the planet that takes Briaviact so I can't understand why they never have it in stock. It takes 2 days for the order to come in and when you decide to ask questions the pharmacy workers never have the answers! Very disappointing because I have already switched my pharmacy 3 different times and it's unbelievable to keep having this same experience.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Every time I come they have an attitude the pharmacist don't want to fill the prescription until they get ready and they fill the wrong order all the time. They make it your problem like the doctor just sent this, or we had to order it come back in the morning you come back they still haven't made it! And don't get me started on the techs all they do is eat every time I'm trying to checkout someone else is trying to beep their damn food or they've left to get something from a place near by. No IDEA what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! don't get your stuff sent here the only reason I did is because it's walking distance from my house but with all this headache I would rather not ever come back! Most ratchet group of people I've ever met, hair looking all kinds of nasty, with no type of respect. Just tell your doctor no about this location. PLEASE

A year ago i bough a Lotto scratch off ticket and won $40 , the cashier said that it's not showing on the cash register that it's valid,and the fool that i was ,let the girl keep the ticket she said will report it ,and she gave me my $2 back. So be careful when you shop at that rite aid

Ghetto...this place is a ZOO! Clerks are disgustingly rude! Slow service....dirty atmosphere. .pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I don't see how the same ppl work there and have been for yrs...and they haven't been FIRED! THEY'RE DISRESPECTFUL! NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP! LITERALLY....that pharmacy is the PITS!
