Store is clean, the inventory is well stocked but the shop is manned by a very rude associate who told my child and her friend to be quiet in an empty store while I was around the corner within earshot. I put about 50-60 dollars of merchandise back and walked out of the store. The young woman who was wearing glasses clearly had a chip on her shoulder, so we drove down to CVS on Knights Rd where we found everything we would have bought at Rite Aid and a polite staff as well. It was even better stocked, too.

I am getting so sick of these stores. I have Crohn's disease and sometimes I have to use the bathroom unexpectedly. Every time I have ever been in this location and other rite aids, they give me so much trouble about using their bathrooms. I am a paying customer, I'm not some random person off the street. I've been going to rite aid for decades and we spend a lot there. Not anymore. I'm gonna start using another pharmacy.

I pulled up the drive thru and one of the cashiers rolled her eyes at me for hitting the call button when I didn’t see her standing there. However, a different cashier who helped me named Marie was super nice. I was there 11/9/21 at 5pm. The rude cashier had curly brown hair in a half ponytail. She was so ignorant and should not be working with people.

Love this Rite Aid/location.It’s convenientit’s easy to enter and exit.It’s a very clean and well stocked and the customer service is great from us, the registers and the pharmacy.

My friends and I always come here after school. We get our snacks, we pay, and then we leave. My one friend usually pays for all of us so that way we don’t all have to crowd up the line paying for our stuff one by one. We always pay her back afterwards. On 1/18/22 my friends and I were getting snacks as usual. When my friend was checking out, the cashier proceeded to yell at all of us for “taking advantage” of our friend because we “only use her for money”. When, first of all, is not true. And second of all, it’s none of their business. I’m not quite sure what her name is. Meiling, I think it was. And then one of the other co-workers proceeded to laugh with Meiling while shoving ice cream down her throat. SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!

I've been using Rite Aid my whole life and this is the worst one ever and makes all of them look bad! Super unprofessional and lazy. They will tell you your scripts ready and when you get there it's not. I know several people that this happens to. Jessica is extremely rude, I called Cooperate on her because of how bad she treated me. For a pharmacy they should be ashamed!

Aggravating, had rx called in for my daughter. Even though had other rx called into this pharmacy for other family members, had no info on us. Husband had info card with him at work had to leave call him get all the numbers and info. Come back in to give it to them. A miserable time, thought info stayed in the system for longer than a few days. Thankful my kids are healthy that we don't need many prescriptions. Normal time spent would've been 10 minutes, turned into more than 30. Unacceptable.

This is the only company that exists that does not price match their own prices, absolutely ridiculous. Why even have a store if everything online is cheaper? Because their shipping is outrageous! Horrible company with moronic middle age views on how to treat your customers

Called ahead of time to fill a script that I needed asap. I was put on hold while they checked to see if it was in stock then I was told it was and I could pick it up in 25 minutes. I drove 20 minutes to go pick up my meds only to be told they were not in stock. I am beyond mad and I will be looking to see about finding a new pharmacy.

Is it me or did they change when you pick up yr meds ....refilled last month didn't pick it up till 2 days later so I called in foe a refill and was told cause I picked it up 2 days later last month I couldn't pick the is months up till the date I picked up last months when did they start penalizing you for not taking all .....its as needed not pump yr self up with drugs even if you don't need to take them ......rude and making you feel like your doing something wrong

Was contacted by the manager here which if you ask for you will be put on hold for 10 mins etc about an open position, yet when i returned about a week later she denied even talking to me who even shops here anyway? walmart is cheaper and just right around the block
