We receive monthly deliveries of food and other items for our two senior dogs from Queenie’s. Products & service are of the highest quality. Everyone we’ve interacted with is kind and helpful and Adina goes above and beyond wrt taking the time to share her vast knowledge and provide personalized advice. She’s also an exceptionally generous and caring person. We are excited to use Queenie’s pet sitting service too—Patti is likewise incredible to work with, another gem of a human. Really glad to have this business in our neighborhood

Queenie's is absolutely amazing! The owner Adina is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond to help me transition my adult cat Calliope onto higher quality foods. In just a little more than a month, Calliope's hairballs have gotten so much better thanks to the food and supplements Adina recommended, and they're far from the first I've tried. Calliope also seems more satiated with the wet food options despite a similar caloric intake. I feel very lucky to have such a caring, knowledgeable and helpful small business just around the corner.

My dog's favorite dog toy had been discontinued. Queenie's was the only store that still had some in the U.S. I expressed interest, and Adina reached out to me directly and found a way to get them shipped to me, even though it was across the country. I am super grateful, and my dog was ecstatic. It's pretty obvious that they care a lot about pets and people. It was not a lot of money they got for the time it took to package and send it, but it resulted in a lot of joy from my dog. From her own quote in the email she sent me "We love making pets happy (and their humans by extension!)!". Would absolutely recommend and would shop from them again!

Queenie's has been taking care of our cats for almost 9 years and they are never anything less than wonderful. Our cats are high-maintenance, get into everything, eat multiple special diets and are all-around pains, and our sitters get every detail right and then some. Queenies Place is great !! When I walked in I was greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was freaking out because my puppy had the poops and the owner walked me through some amazing products that cleared my Yuri up In 2 days . She also recommended a good cleaner to get the odor out and it worked like a charm . Thank you !!! They also offer free delivery which is a bonus

We were delighted by the selection of products available to our pets. They had specialized foods, premium brands, and a few of the mass produced names. The prices were usually comparable to what I found online. Even if it was a few bucks more I rather spend that at a locally owned business. It's nice to walk into a shop and have someone know your name and your pet. Something the big box stores will never be able to compete with. Thanks Queenies.

Queenie's has become my go to place for pet supplies, food, products, and advice. They have a delivery service which is so reliable that I feel like I have a boutique service for free. They regularly check in to see when I need more pet food, they remind me of promotions, and they are flexible when I have unusual requests. They helped me adjust my food for my dog's allergies, find a food my cat would like, and found indestructible toys that would last. They even deliver pet friendly snow melt. I haven't used their pet sitting service, but I would trust them to love and care for my pet like their own.

Our Dog child and my family loves Queenies! They are amazing, they take very good care of our dog and always communicate about our dog. They have all the services we need from food to dog walking. It is very important for my family to support small business and this one is by far one of our favorite businesses. I can not recommend them enough. I wish there were more Queenies around. Below is a chew with a treat in it that we purchased from Queenies and when I say this chew is better than any chew we have ever brought and believe me we have brought the all. Our heavy chewer has not broken this chew yet. He takes this chew everywhere he goes. It is so great to have a local pet supply store in my neighborhood. I greatly prefer it to the large pet supply chains in nearby shopping centers. I have 2 cats and have shopped at Queenie's for wet and dry food, bowls, litter, toys and even homeopathic medicine. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the owner has been particularly helpful with finding the products we need and suggesting solutions to issues that come up with our cats. Two other things I like are that they offer free local delivery and you can pay by Venmo!

Queenie’s Pets has done a great job taking care of my cats. The nature of my work means that sometimes I need to schedule or cancel trips last minute, and even though that isn’t ideal, they have helped me every single time with no trouble at all. My cats need medications and I always have a lot of requests for how everything is done, and they accommodate everything I ask as well as leaving me daily updates and sending pics and videos. They do such a great job that I can feel comfortable that my kitties are well taken care of every time!

Having this team to support as we raise our pets has been invaluable - The attention, the care, the communication, the advice - Our pets have been better with Queenie's in their lives! They pay attention to the growth and needs of each individual pet to make sure they are getting the most out of each visit. Where we all wish we could be with our pets 24/7, life is just not that way! But, with Queenie's, we are able to work our 9-5s and know that our pup is getting the absolute best care! Queenie's has been a part of our lives for many years now. My dogs have gotten walks and play dates with other dogs and always come back happy and exhausted. Our dog walker leaves little notes that tell me about the day's adventures as well as practical info like confirmation on #1 and #2.The staff at Queenie's treats their clients like family. I still remember the emotional visit we received when our first dog was diagnosed with cancer, and an educational visit when our current dog was having training issues.I highly recommend Queenie's!

Queenie's is the best!!! They take outstanding care of our 3 kitties, Chloe, Hunter and Cole. They have experience with senior cats and well as kittens of all ages. We trust Adina and all of her staff completely with their care. A big shout out to Jim who our cats LOVE and who brings entertaining games with him to keep them busy. When I adopted my dog, I worried about who will walk her when I am at work. Queenie‘s has been amazing. My dogs caregiver is great and I feel much better using a professional service. As well as private walks, they also do social walks which has been great for my dog who loves to play with other dogs.The online booking service is easy to use. I highly recommend this company for pet lovers who don’t want to worry about their pets when they are away!

Great pet sitter, walker, and product source! We've used Queenie's for the last 2 years to walk, house-sit, and provide products for our 9 year old dog. In addition to having great suggestions for training and training-related products, they are reliable and professional walkers/pet sitters. Queenies also has a great product delivery service, and they delivered paw-friendly ice melt today just before a snowstorm. Highly recommended.

I love this sweet little shop filled with cute, useful, quality fur baby supplies for both cats and dogs! Prices are reasonable with a good inventory. Gave 4 out of 5 only cause the store IS tiny. But the customer service is HUGE, 😘🤗😺🐶

We just brought home an 11 week old puppy to a home with small kids. There is a lot to consider when bringing home a new family member. I was sooo overwhelmed once the puppy came home. I had only had older shelter dogs before and now we had to tackle training and combining all the household personalities....Queenie's helped me to learn about an array of products to help make my life easier when I'm trimming doggy nails, traveling with doggy, training doggy to go outside, plus natural options for washing doggy and cleaning up messes. (Doing a lot of mess cleaning so really happy to avoid some chemicals.) I also got some material to help me learn to socialize the puppy and try to minimize the fear he feels with new experiences - like say, the vacuum, or a broom! I love that Queenie's comes from a force-free/fear-free approach. I know that I can leave our pup with anyone from Queenie's or have them in our home, and nothing harmful, stressful, or detrimental will happen to our pup. It's super easy to schedule when I need pup walking coverage or vacay coverage. Oh also, they helped me find a vet who matches our values. And Queenie's helped me find a force-free and certified trainer who focuses on helping our kids join in on helping our pup behave successfully and live his best life!!! Queenie's is the Queen for a reason!

When your pets are your children, and even when they are not, you want to be sure that they are in trusted hands. I have used Queenie’s for three years and their attention to detail has only improved. My cats need a lot of medicine and the care givers Scott and Anisa were so astute that they noticed a slight difference in one of the medication trays and called us immediately. You can’t find any better service than Queenie’s Pets. The cats are excited to see them when they arrive. If you have to travel from home without your pets, these are the trusted guardians to look after them.
