Always have a good time here. Clean, well lit, really friendly staff. I talked with a co-worker about my cats stomach issues and she totally placated me. I know she's not a vet but I was crazy paranoid and she made me feel a little better.Food and litter is almost always in stock, and also cheaper than anywhere else around for pet items.Happy customer :)

Pleasantly surprised. Such a huge store, yet also really well stocked and clean/orderly. Every employee we spoke to in every department and service, was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were also clean and bright. Nice place to take your pet for a grooming, vet visit, or treat.

Great staff plus a clean and well stocked store and let’s not forget that they price match! Typically I order most things online but Pet Smart on Washington Ave puts the joy back in shopping. The female manager at this location is brilliant and mindful whenever you have questions about items that you purchase. The young man with the burgandy hair in the fish area is brilliant and super knowledgeable of all fish and pet products. He makes you feel knowledgeable while sharing his suggestions. He’s Non judgmental. I love shopping at this store when those two are present.

I have been shopping at this PetSmart for a long time. So far everything has been all right. They're very clean, very friendly employees, until I got my neon tetras there was an employee that had a very bad attitude because he wasn't in his area so you took it out on customers myself included. Now I'm not going to stop shopping at this PetSmart but I think they should do a full check on their employees a little bit better not hire just anyone.

Tried to adopt a cat around 7PM, and they told us to come back at 11AM the next day. We came back at 11 and they said they had to wait for a manager (about 20 minutes). Manager shows up, but won't get us the cat until she "clocks in" at 1PM even though she is there, in the building.I left work to adopt this adorable cat and have been gone for 2.5 hours because she didn't feel like helping us. It's honestly ridiculous. If she wasn't going to help us until 1, they should've told us to come in at 1 not 11.

The store was well stocked, & organized. The cashier was very friendly and made my experience/purchase amazing. Engaged me in conversation, asked about my pet, made sure I was aware of the upcoming events at the store!!! Will be back again.

Super friendly staff, great location, and always super clean. We have a few animals so we visit often for a variety of needs. I was told they're getting dubia roaches in soon which is a godsend for any reptile/herptile owners.

Although this Petsmart is on the basement floor, it's easily accessed using the elevator. The parking is only 30 minutes, so be wary. I have Crystal as my vet and she is so sweet and nice. You can tell she loves animals.

Well stocked store with all your pet supply needs. 30 min parking in parking lot in back of store is not worth the risk of using, my parking ticket stub said 31 min and I was charged 11 dollars for 31 min. Parking on the street is 3 dollars for 1hr.

Very happy with the bath service I received for Stanley Kubrick, as a rescue dog he can be quite nervous of new situations and the team were beyond helpful and understanding. Stanley thoroughly enjoyed his first bath time session and came out smelling like a new dog, sporting a fancy bandana! Will definitely book him in again. Thank you PetSmart!

The lady could not groom my dog because of “behavioral issues” took him to an independent store and they did the grooming the same day no problems. Funny she had been the only groomer to ever have a problem with my dog and he had been going to petsmart for 7 years. Anyway no more petsmart for my dog.

Awesome location, friendly staff and aisles of everything you could need for your pet. There is a pet hospital on the 1st and grooming can be found in the basement. From what I could see, they have birds, fish, mice, hamsters, lizards and cats. There is an elevator for your convenience and it's spacious enough for big pets.

The staff are friendly and always eager to be helpful and try their best to see that your needs are met . Anyone who works there has to obviously have a love for pets , as an enjoyable job . They have a grooming service on premises and offer obedience training .

Don't be deceived by the small entryway off the street. The store is located down a level (elevator to your left, stairs to the right) and it's a full size full service PetSmart below... great resource for Center City pet owners.

The store is nice and big but the staff is deeply upsetting. They ring the same item multiple times at the check out and the customer service is generally poor. But the store is nice itself. Just needs better employees.

I'm ONLY leaving this review based off of a poor customer service experience I had when calling the clinic here. I'm sure the store itself is fine (I mean it's Petsmart, how can it not be?) but whoever the male was who answered the phone, "Yea? Can I help you?" totally ruined it for me. I asked if I could speak to someone else about the questions I had about Banfield and he replied, "Nah. It's just me." I wouldn't trust my worst enemy here. If you're THAT unprofessional, rude and distant over the phone then I can't imagine how it would be in person.

Love this Petsmart. Staff are friendly and personable. My dog only went to their doggy day camp twice and already the staff knew her by name the next time we visited the store just to shop.

The associates are friendly & the place is really clean. There is a grooming area which I like as you can actually watch how the groomer handles the pets. It is all glass enclosed. They have pretty much everything you need for your dog, kitty, bird, lizards, etc. The only thing I was upset with is the kind if food given to the small parrots like the little Conure. Small parrots need nuts such as peanuts, almonds etc. They were eating spray & small seeds which are appropriate for finches, sparrows, canaries & small billed birds. If a bird has a larger bill they use it to crack open nuts & berries. Please give these birds the appropriate foods.

With so many long days of cancer treatments at Jefferson I needed a place to watch the dog. Petsmart was so accomidating and on many recent occasions Doggy camp had to be implemented. The staff there is really special in that they all actually feel like dog loving people. Doggy day camp was charged for half days or full days depending on how long she was there. We have used other dog camps that she was always excited to leave ....this petsmart is the only dogcamp she enjoyed going to. They have taken great care of my sweet baby and there are no hesitations about leaving her there if I need too. There is an elevator if stairs are not possible and the facility is clean and up to date. The big factor there is atmosphere ....being greated with a smile always and their shared love for my dog.

Criminals ! They give a refund but takes 7 to 10 business days ! Snarky, rude, sales people. Go to Walmart where ur $ is safer ! Al's pi, sales people looked gross with dirt under their nails.

My Pomeranian loves Doggie Day-camp! The staff know him by name and are all so friendly. I just say “doggie daycare” at home and my dog gets so excited. I also took him to get groomed at this location and they did an amazing job!

It's in the basement. The staff is nice but I watch them sell an animal with inappropriate housing. I understand capitalism but these are living creatures and you absolutely shouldn't be allowed to "own" them if you aren't going to care for them correctly.

First time at this Petsmart for grooming and once again after picking up my dog immediately hated myself for taking him. I’m not sure if it was a new groomer but he looked unfinished. Nails were still long, paws looked as if he wasn’t even groomed around them. Around his face was very choppy looking. The girl Bri who groomed him was very nice. I will give her that but unfortunately I am very upset with the way he looks. She apologized for the way he looked and said she would try and fix him. I let her, still disappointed but not wanting to hurt her feelings. I stopped taking my guy to Petsmart for grooming months ago, it’s the holidays and I was so last minute couldn’t get him in. Had to result in coming back to Petsmart. I will not make that mistake again. $85 and he looks a mess. Maybe this is where new groomers come, not sure but every experience has been a bad one when it comes to grooming at Petsmart. Hate to say it but I have to speak on this and be honest. No manager spoke with me. She wouldn’t even look up, but instead walked past me and spoke to another guest about their dog. Definitely a sour taste in my mouth!

Love Petsmart, anything you need for your pets is available from food to toys. The grooming place for dogs is terrific. The workers are friendly and respectful of your pets. Highly recommend it.

Most of the dog food in the place is produced by Nestle or Mars... candy companies. But they make the packaging look and sound good and exclusive and from a small company but if you look at the small print it is made by enormous companies with the bottom line being the top priority not your pet's health and nutritional needs. And be very weary of Moist and Meaty one of the top ingredients is sugar. Its cheap and gets the dog addicted to it let alone destroying their teeth. It makes absolutely no sense to me and I was angry when I finally looked at the ingredients list. He had been eating the stuff for years and he teeth were indeed rotting out. It's one of those things that really makes you doubt where mankind is headed and doubt a company's motives.

I love it got to go there when they open today! They are the only place I can find the food for my cat thats convenient for me. And they are so nice every time I'm there.
