The customer service here is superb!!! I would travel to go to this location. I recently adopted a kitten and have visited this located 5 times in the past month. Each time I work with different employees who are welcoming, helpful and go above and beyond. The first few times I visited the cashier checked the age of my cat to make sure the food and treats were appropriate. When I bought a flea and tick medication, the cashier made sure I had the correct weight before I purchased the product. I needed to return a product that was opened and use. When I couldn’t find the receipt, the manager went above by apologizing that the product was not liked by my cat and offered me a gift card with the balance of the product. Today I asked employee for a recommendation on wet food, they walked me to the product, shared their thoughts and found me minutes after the interaction to share another recommendation they “thought my new kitten might like”. Lastly, I was offered a sample of kitten food when I returned the kibble he didn’t like. 10/10 would recommend this location based on shop culture, product knowledge, efficiency, and cleanliness.

I can’t say enough positive words about my dog’s grooming experience with Shanajia B!!! I found my dog outside a few months ago and we tried to groom her at home, well I will never waste the time again. Shanajia got all of her mats out even though she was likely quite difficult to groom, and she looks absolutely amazing! We are so so happy with our services, thank you so much for making Scrappy look glamorous. Before and after pics!

The cashier here wasn't friendly. She was also unprofessional. She was texting on her phone and didn't greet me when she rang up my items. Then as I was paying I hear her say "hey baby" and start giggling and talking and I realized she has airpods in and is on the phone. I just really think that's inappropriate and it would be nice to atleast be acknowledged as a customer at the bare minimum.

Wet nice employees! Door dash mess up my order I called to see if they pick it up the lady said my dog food was still there and I ask can I pick it up because I already paid she said sure!!! Employees very helpful and thanks again!!!!

They don't have any section for fish currently aswell as no animal purchasing displays. (Reptiles, fish, rodents, etc).The stores overall still stocked if it's just cat or dog related for your products in need.

While I appreciate their efforts to maintain their tanks, I can never willingly support a business that sells and treats Bettas the way these chain stores do.Wasn't even willing to negotiate the price on a 20$ Betta that was Barely alive, immoral and disgusting, at least let me save the dang things life, but it, along with many others will slowly die, in a cruel and horrific way. Bored out of their minds, swimming in their own filth, breathing their own waste.Should be Completely illegal to treat living creatures this way, as well as to falsely advertise products like .5 gallon containers and spread misinformation that it's ok to keep them like that. It's not ok. Don't buy Bettas from here, get them from reputable breeders online, don't support this kind of animal abuse.

I can't remember the guys name who helped my son & I-but he was super! Professional helpful sweet informative knowledgeable & checked in during the wait of Fish acclamation! I did praise him 2 supervisor that day! Great people at this PetSmart!

The line was really long & only had 1 register open. The manager here needs to manage the place better for sure. This is un acceptable in today's world. It seemed like a customer had a return issue & that is all that seem to matter to multiple employees including the Mgr. I have worked in retail & you can do better. The line was so long as you can see in the pictures that social distancing was not really possible. That put your customers at risk. That should also be a priority, especially in today's world . I mean we are still dealing with a pandemic.

My boy Luke was groomed for the first time recently, he can get a little nervous about new things but Anthony was so sweet. When we first got there he got right down on the floor with Luke and made him comfortable. Luke was calm and happy when we picked him up.

I bought a hermit crab for my toddler classroom. It only cost $6 and some change. They don't have a big variety of animals but they have plenty of pet supplies. The cats were so cute! The Staff was very friendly.

If you need to get your dog groomed Francesca C is defin the best. She really cares about the animals and my dog came out looking like a completely different dog it was just amazing the transformation. He tends to get separation anxiety and had no issues being left with her. The other groomers are very friendly as well and the store is clean.

I was there to but fish and the store manager lied to my face about purchasing fish. So busy trying to get me to purchase a 20 dollar tank she talked her self out of a sale completely. while she was lying to my face i was on the phone with another store. I'm not sure what you identify as so I'll keep it cute. You have horrible customer service skills and ill never come back......you won. Congratulations.

If I could give this place zero stars then I wouldn’t hesitate. In a nutshell worst grooming experience ever. Took my dog in and when I got there to pick her up she was unrecognizable smh. The groomer didn’t listen to any requests and the overall experience just has me upset. The customer service is horrible also. Took my dog to a couple other PetSmart locations and by far I’ve never had this experience. And when I dropped her off something told me not to, I wish I would’ve listened to my first voice. I will definitely be trying to get in touch with HQ come this Monday. As a paying customer I truly believe that it is my right to get and be happy with what I paid for. For my dog to receive a hack job of a haircut and with being a yorkie this is highly unacceptable. When it comes to the grooming department here at this location IT SUCKS. Sincerely an unhappy customer thanks to the groomer. And yes it is hair and yes it will grow back absolutely but the bigger picture here is my dog now has to walk around looking like this and for me to be her owner, I’m feeling embarrassed for the worst hack job of a haircut ever.

I brought my dog to petsmart groomer @ 23rd & Oregon for a nail trim. They did her back paws beautifully. While grinding her front paw nails, they drew blood. My dog is an older girl & got very stressed so they were unable to finish.One worker was honest & explained they cut her & they would give the grinding complimentary. Other worker never mentioned dog getting cut just the complimentary grinding.How about you could have charged 1/2 since you only did 2 paws?I will never go back there.

I've never had any issues with this PetSmart. The associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. I've always been asked if I needed help and always feel like the associate cares about the same thing as I do which is what is best for my pets. Cashier's have always asked if I found everything I needed or had any questions.

When I got to the store I was looking for kitten formula, a kitten bottle and kitten food. I asked a sales girl on the floor where the items were and if they had any left she had an attitude and just pointed and said over there which had about 4 more aisle so that was no help so I walked around for 5 to 10 minutes trying to find what I needed no one else asked if I needed help it was a really bad experience instead of a store associate helping I got on Google and YouTube to see which formula ect was best. The young lady at the pet hospital looked annoyed so I didn't feel comfortable asking her for help.The young lady at the register was very friendly and nice she gave suggestions on kitten products how to make the milk ect the. Checkout was the best experience and the young lady who let me in the ladies room. They need better customer service skills on the sales floor very rude
