Store is nice & clean but lighting is too dim. Looks depressing from time u walk in & can make u sleepy. Prices are high.

Came here to PU order online, asked lady she answered me but I could feel that she had some issues that night with her husband probably. She was very mad that I didn't see the sign online PU. Anyways I am not at business I am mad at people that sometimes can't handle their emotions

I went there because I wanted to exchange my travel crate to a home crate. I had never been there before and I was very impressed with what I saw and the things that they had. The lady at the checkout counter was very nice too. I will definitely be going back.

This PetSmart is awesome! The staff are really sweet and genuine. Everytime I've gone here they always help you even if they're busy.I adopted a 3 year old cat named Abigail, from here. I'm so happy I adopted her from PetSmart adoptions! We got all her toys and treats too. She's really happy now that she's found a home. Love this PetSmart very good place.

The workers here are so kind and friendly! I always have a wonderful experience here getting stuff for my bearded dragon that I actually bought here too. However, today I was blown away by Brandon's helpfulness with my purchase. I felt like vip customer! So touched by it that I had to let you know.

We had Devon as our groomer. She was pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Only downside is that I was 15min early for my appointment and had to wait for my groomer to arrive.

My dog looked worse than when she came in: Upon booking online my email stated it will take 1-2 hours and my appointment was for 5 pm on 8/1/23. I arrived at 4:30 pm only to be checked in after a customer who entered after me and had the same appointment time as me. I told them she is very friendly but will move a lot when getting her face blowdried and nails clipped but is not aggressive. I went over what was covered and added conditioning to the wash with the person who checked me in as well as the person who took her back. Not only did they have me waiting 3.5 hours but upon arrival they told me that they didn't cut her nails because she was very nervous. Additionally, the groomer/bather I booked online did not wash my dog instead new employee did and it showed.I am highly upset and disappointed with the lack of organization, false advertising, and service that I received at this location. I spoke with Cat the manager who spoke with the groomer and young lady at which the groomer assisted with "cutting" her nails.Cat then offered 20% off the service price all while I can see the groomer and other workers upset and talking with hand gestures while I waited outside the door. When I got outside to put my dog in the car I noticed she was still wet on her belly and her paws were trimmed horribly, her nails were still long and sharp, and her coat looked as if they airdried her and not blow-dried (hence the wet belly). I do not appreciate the waste of time, lack of service, and cheap 20% off of such a bad job. If the people are not trained to handle different types of dogs while grooming I do not understand why they are in this profession and why a dog who is not aggressive did not receive proper service. I will not use Petsmart again for grooming because the website and service do not add up and I feel I was robbed.

Love taking my cat Sanza here!!! Tim is a great groomer. I appreciate the care that he takes when handling Sanza. The staff of the store is so polite (especially the young lady that pointed out that I had a coupon for $10 off Sanza's grooming👀, thank you so much, sorry I didn't get your name). Keep up the good work! I'll be sure to keep coming back👍👍

Groomers are lazy, they don’t want to work. I made an appt and they made a lot of excuses to not do my dog’s grooming. They didn’t even came to the desk to talk to me, they just screamed from the middle of the salon. Awful experience.

Very courteous staff. Tiffany is the best groomer. I gave her a picture of the cut I wanted my toy poodle to have and she mastered it. I will continue to use PetSmart for grooming however I really only want one groomer. Yes I am selfish😂. You are scheduled an appointment and time to bring your pet in and you are called when your pet is ready. Really professional place also no hidden fees with the price.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I took the day off to make the only available appointment they had within a 2 week time period, they assessed my dog and said he needed to be shaved. I called 3 hours later to get an update and they stated he hasn’t been started. A hour later someone else called asking me did I want to pick him up because the only choice they have is to shave him. I expressed my confusion, because this was already discussed and agreed upon when I dropped him off. 15 mins later they called back and said unfortunately they have to reschedule because of all the time it took them to try to dematt him , they no longer have time to cut him. He is beginning to get agitated. Unbelievably appalled! Clearly they were short staffed and over booked themselves. So I have to be inconvenienced and out of a days pay because they don’t feel like completing the appointments they booked.

I can not and will not bring my dog ever again for the 2 nd time his nails not clipped face when I get home she laying down I noticed they cut my puppy ear ragily under the bottom shaved it down covered it up with her top hair I'm so disappointed.....Tiffany is wonderful I noticed someone else working on my pup we will not be returning

Walked in asked Kat the GM apparently for assistance and she began flipping informing me she has now been working 3hrs past her shift and I should be able to find the bones that let me add the worker who actually helped me had to get one off of the top shelf with a ladder and the other from the back. So I would have needed assistance ANYWAY! I TRYULY DISLIKE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . They rest of the actual workers were friendly and more then willing to help me. The store was clean , but trying to find a particular bone that is offered Online No Packaging is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!

I like PetSmart due to the fact that they carry a brand of kitten food I like to buy my kittens. They live it! The staff are quite friendly and helpful. There are services that the store offers, which is great. I haven't personally used them. However, it's nice that it's available.
