The first two photos are the reference pictures I showed and asked for. My appointment was at 1:30 they called me at 5:15 and returned him looking terrible. The one that gave him his cut was nervous and said that’s what I asked for. the one that was sitting next to her had an attitude, When I complained about how he looked she said well hair grows back. Didn’t want to post all the pictures but he has bald spots, he stinks. There was white flakes all over him, his nails arent cut fully, and I paid extra for his teeth to be cleaned, it doesn’t look or smell like they did it. I paid 86$ the manager said she’ll refund me half and returned 12 dollars and some cents back.

I had come here about a month ago(around Halloween) because I was in the area and I was able to find all the things that I needed for my cat. I was able to get some cat toys for him which he loved. The cashier was very nice and friendly. The store was neat and clean and well stocked too. Would definitely go back again in the future.

DO NOT.BRING YOUR DOG HERE.!!!!Was supposed to get shampoo and conditioner, nail trim, and sanitary shave. When he relieved the dog he put a leash around her neck. I explained to her you are npt supposed to put anything around a yorkie's neck as it could collapse her trach. He apologized and moved it down around her chest. Pick her up. Firstnhe brings her back with the collar around her neck. I said to him sir I asked you not to do that as it could collapse her trachea. HR says of well you should have told me if she has health conditions. She doesnt. No yorkie should have a collar around theor neck. He said i wasnt able to do all the things. No he didnt complete ANY OF THE THINGS. He didn't do the sanitary shave, only cut down 1/2 her nails. 3 OF her nails are now white and red. Not sure why because i asked him NOT to.do.nail grinding. NOW she is suppose to walk around lopsided with short and long nails.I would give them no stars if I could. I dropped her of and explained that she could be difficult to groom. I wanted to make sure that they didn't give her anything to make her manageable. He said oh no we don't do that. I had to call for a manager as he tried to charge me full price on top of everything. He stated it came as a package. I understand but I didn't get the package. Also she smell better when I was her at home. I do not think even did the conditioner.

I had my dog Buddy trained here & it was everything. I had a hard time getting him in because I left his paperwork at the other PetSmart & without records of their shots they cannot come which I am thankful for because they are dogs & you just never know .. His trainer Alaina I believe she was so patient ( even though I kept hugging him when she told me stop) she was kind, she treated them with respect even though they didn’t listen a lot lol. Thanks to her for everything cause now my Bud sits, lays, give me paw, shake and play dead & his walks are absolutely better. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Alaina ..

Pepper and I have great experiences with her groomer Alyssa and services. Never had a complaint in the past and don't anticipate any in the future. Just wish prices were more affordable. Still, my pup needs grooming and PetSmart is our place.

The stigma towards buying crickets is rough here. They have no employee who wants to do it. You can stand around for 15 mins at the cricket station with no one coming up to help you. They gave gotten rid of the help button. So it's just stand there until someone shows up. So I left. Going to petco

Store was messy and unorganized. There were boxes in many of the aisles, making it difficult to walk. They were out of many of the items I needed. When I asked an employee when they would be available, she seemed clueless. There was one cashier. Service was slow. The outside of the store was clean. Ample parking available.

Nicer than the one on the Blvd and didn't take 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. Cashier was VERY patient when I had to ring my stuff up in three different transactions to use my coupons the way I wanted. (Had expensive items and $2 toys. Didn't want my 10% or 15% coupon used for a $2 toy!) Also, if you have the petsmart app, there's a game in there that you can play to earn coupons for 10, 15, and 20% off one item. (You do have to beat the difficult level for the 20% coupon. I haven't yet but only found the game yesterday.)

I visited this location while I was on vacation in Philadelphia. The groomer Victoria is amazing! I had to book her last minute because my groomer in Detroit couldn’t do them and they look absolutely fantastic. Honestly I think this is the best groom they’ve ever had. They had a considerable amount of matting on their back legs and butt and she was able to remove all of the matting while still keeping length and shape. She was also very polite and listened to all my ridiculous requests with their haircuts. And they came out looking better than they ever have before. If they weren’t so fat they could be show dogs because of how good they look. I’d recommend her to anyone!

They never have unscented litter anymore. If they do, it cost $35 for a 10lb bag of some all natural nonsense. There were no carts. 1 basket. Prices are high...BUT they do have a lot of different brands!
