We have always had our Keeshonds groomed at PetSmart. We recently relocated and scheduled our dog for grooming at our “new local” PetSmart. Multiple times we expressed that they are a double coated breed and any “cut” needed to only be a light scissor cut to shape up the sides and to please focus more on a hygiene cut and her feet which bother her. This was mentioned at scheduling, and at drop off (I’ve always been a little paranoid about someone not knowing since they aren’t a common breed) and even went as far as showing the groomer a photo of how she looked after her last groom at a different PetSmart and how much we loved that work and wanted the exact same thing. When we came to pick her up four hours later we were met with our dog having been shaved and defensive groomers claiming we never specified. Not once did they apologize for the error. The manager was brought in and we are grateful he did not charge us for the groom but unfortunately for a dog with a double coat, this could be irreparable damage. We are coming into the hot months and her double coat is how she regulates her temperature, and her skin which is usually heavily buried under thick fur is now at risk for sunburn if we have her out too long. We can only hope that her coat grows back in appropriately and that she will still be able to regulate her temperature come the cold weather months. We’re attaching before and after photos for reference. We are very frustrated by the lack of professionalism and failure to accept responsibility for their huge error.

We loves this store, we had been coming here over 5years and we love the service and the people here. But the last few times we went here my husband's and I always got Joey for the service? Every time we went here to buy fish he treated us very mean and rude. We'll never going back to buy fishes if Joey still work here. We think he is unprofessional and racist.

We have gone there twice to buy a beta fish and some shrimps for my son, but the two people that have “helped” us are very rude; it is uncomfortable even ask a question to them. Really bad service. They both seemed they don’t like to sell . The only kind person was the lady of the cashier.

I love going to this Petsmart. Everyone is so helpful. Joey is very professional, polite, kind, helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about him. He's an excellent character and an exceptional customer service associate! Another associate, Avry, (I hope I'm spelling her name right), always has a smile on her face. She's so kind, quick, professional, polite and caring! She is also an exceptional associate! This Petsmart is lucky to have these two team members representing thier company! Thank you guys! You are awesome!

Good area and location. They have Emancipet for spayed,neutering vaccination also you can get your pet groomed and purchase anything at PetSmart for your babies. Who ever made that decision for all people who love their fur babies. One stop to get everything thing done. I wish other Petsmart do the same thing. I highly recommend. Great job PetSmart!👍

The grooming sucks. My 7 month golden has only went here twice, but this one was by far the worst job I have seen. I won’t be coming back for grooming purposes.His hair as seen in the picture is half cut, with the top of it undone, and his feet fur is nowhere close to being even slightly trimmed.

The store had more in stock then the other stores in the area. Not that the shelves were full but they had variety. The store was organized. The store could be cleaner. It seems as though people just leave trash wherever they want. There was only one cashier working and the wait was long. They need more people.

My groomer is great,the store,dark and gloomy not well merchandiser or easy to maneuver. Some staff are really helpful,but some are outright rude! I stick with the pleasant ones. There are enough to keep you happy!

Nasty phone service. I called the store on Friday, October 20, at 430 pm. to find if an item was in stock. The female employee interrupted, "Let me stop you here. I don't have the people to check. " Then she hung up.I drove over to the store and was one of two customers in the store. This store needs an attitude adjustment. Yes, the item was in stock. Initially, the employee said it was available but buried under other items, but I could come back tomorrow.A manager overheard and made sure I got the item. Next time, I will spend my $350 at another pet store that will welcome my business.With this behavior, Petsmart will end up belly up like Rita Aid.

If I could give this PetSmart no stars I would. Recently I purchased a pet camera so I could make sure my puppy who just had surgery was okay while I was at work. Once I got home I finally opened the box to discover there was no camera in the box. I tried to call the store but by the time I realized they were closed. I called the next day and an employee told me that an assistant manager would be giving me a call that night. I never received a call. 2 days later I went back to the store which is 30 minutes away from my house. After speaking to another employee who was rude and had no customer service I was informed there was nothing she could do for me because I had to speak to a manager. She told me that a manager wouldn't be in until noon. I don't live close by and couldn't wait over an hour for a manager to come in. The way this situation was handled couldn't have been more horrible. When I opened the box there was only a cube and mounting stickers. The camera, cord and tool kit were missing. The plastic for the camera was ripped. After finally speaking to Dan, the manager, he informed me he looked at the cameras and it appeared that the box was sealed. How he could tell that from a camera is beyond me. He advised me to contact the Wyze company directly. So now I don't have a camera and I will not be refunded the money for the camera that wasn't in the box. Ridiculous that they cannot resolve this problem or replace the missing camera.

I recently visited Pet Smart with my daughter to purchase an aquarium and some tropical fish, and we had a fantastic experience! The store had a great selection of aquariums to choose from, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I found everything I was looking for. They have a lot of stuff in stock and a nice selection. I found some prices to be a little high because some things I saw here , I also saw in Walmart for a dollar or two cheaper. I recommend PetSmart for all pet things that you can't find in other stores.

Used their new vet clinic for shots and worming for new puppies. The staff and vet could not have been nicer. We go back for boosters in 3 weeks. Very happy customer.

I go to PetSmart usually once or twice a month. They have good prices and the people that work there are very helpful and friendly. They also have cats available for adoption through outside agencies there. I adopted a little 3 legged cat from there 10 years ago and have been a frequent customer ever since.

The curbside option is really great. I placed my order at end of day. It was filled quickly and having chosen the pickup option I pulled into one of the designated slots. The wait was short and the associate was friendly and helpful and loaded my purchases into my car. Great service!!!

My Rambo girl is such a reactive pup toward other dogs and VERY territorial and we have a very hard time getting her a groomer who takes good care of her slowly and helps relax her around other dogs . Jess and Kelsey at the 11000 Roosevelt Blvd store kill it every time. They rearrange for us and make sure she stays distracted and anxious free and never complain about her barking or behavior some may mark as “aggressive”. Having a bulldog Pitbull mix everyone screams “lockjaw” and “mean”. She leaves the store cleaner than ever and so so happy. I haven’t even gotten this service at other groomers . Rambo’s past of being a fighting dog has changed the way she sees other animals but she never fails to give all humans a chance to love her again and these girls made it possible ! As a dog mom this means the world to me especially since having a reactive dog is so emotional and difficult! I recommend these girls through and through!

They close at 7:00 on Sundays. It was 7:00 when I approached the register. Didn’t hear any announcements that they were closing. Won’t let me checkout 1 item. But it was sold on Amazon for less and it’s arriving tomorrow. It’s a shame.

went there just a few minutes ago, just wanted to get some fish for my little niece.waited for really long then asked one of their employees for help he denied saying he can't help me(may be he is new or works in differentdepartment). then went to another lady , she said someone will be with me shortly. i was in the store for over 25 minutes and no one showed up. there were more employees in the store than customers.i guess they're just not in a mood to provide any kind of service. horrible and awful customer service. i felt like they're just being racist to me.

This is a nice store and we'll kept. We went in on a Saturday night at 8:30 & they close at 9. We asked for crickets. The guy said the only ones we could get at this time of night was the pre made bags where most are already dead and our crested Gecko 🦎 won't eat them dead. His attitude was rude. We followed him over to the crickets and he got us 15 fresh ones but wasn't happy about it. It's not like it was 8:55 & we asked for 100. Well stick to our normal location on Bustleton Ave near Cottman for now on.
