I have been taking my dogs here for years. While the grooming professionals have changed overtime it is usually pretty consistent and they have always taken good care of my dogs. They lost a star because it is sometimes tough to get in but I guess that speaks to how busy they are!

The employees are friendly and professional. They really like animals and that's VERY important to me. The entire store, including the grooming facility, is always clean and smells fresh. My dog is a coonhound and makes quite a lot of noise. Never once has anyone been even slightly fazed by this. It absolutely puts me at ease and my dog as well. When I pick him up, he smells so good :-)

Briana was patient and excellent with my 12 wk old puppy's first cut. Just one area not even and I'm obsessed with symmetry. (like PC icons evenly spaced.) Pup probably wiggling too much.) I will return and ask for Brianna.

The people that I dealt with or very friendly not to mention they remembered me from a week ago I watch them work with my dog they were very gentle the dog seemed to be at ease and that pleases me also a gentleman on the floor help me out with searching for the proper products I needed for our new addition to our family.
