My 9lb one eye shih tzu being Banned, their words from Petco grooming Due to aggressive behavior their words..During grooming groomer used clippers on her little face and she tried to bite clippers and she said my dog grazed her hand...when I went to pick her up I had to take shaking 9 year old with my one hand mind u to get her out of cage because Arianna felt she was aggressive and could not hand her to me..Mimi has been going to Petco for over 6 years..no growling..never ever has dog bitten or hurt anyone..barely barks has anxiety..this was unacceptable..why clippers on gace..why bald spot above lips User's recommendation: Do not use..new staff new management..need training..avoid Arianna and Petco..shouting to all reviews!!!

What a letdown. We've used Petco grooming for several years, and had some great results from dedicated people. But that was then. Our experience today means we're never going back. Our 6 year old pup was returned to us wet, still covered with loose hair, and worst of all, his nails were ragged and cut too deep (to the quick). And this was all with the upgraded service. Add onto that the late arrival and the groomer's lack of people skills has made it an easy call for us to find a new groomer.

I thought the wait was long (over 4 hours) for my dog; however they did anexcellent job! The grromer took the time to call me with a question which is unheard of. She found mats that my past groomer either did not see or ignored.

Zack the groomer was awesome. He did such a great job with my dog, Lola. He explained everything to me in advance when scheduling the appointment and took his time with Lola with her cut. Lola is on the nervous side but he has such a way about him, that she was at ease. I will be back again. Thank you Zack for an amazing experience!

Poor customer service and communication will not be returning. My questions were blown off and the answers that were given were not clear. Was also charged for a cut and bath when my dog only received a bath.

The staff was tremendous. Friendly and outgoing which gives you comfort when you leave your pet (family member) in the care of others. Our two dogs never looked better. This was the best grooming they have ever had.

It was no reflection towards the groomer it was my dog acting out there fore his grooming was half done. I still will bring him back to try again if they allow me to. Otherwise I am extremely happy with the grooming.

Zachary is the best. I have a little yorkie who is a pain. And Zachary takes great care with him. He listens and makes notes about my concerns. My little guy had 2 cancer operations and I have to keep an eye out for new lumps. And Zachary who I only told once to check him when washing him, reports everytime that he felt no lumps. Do you know how important that is to me, to have a second pair of hands and eyes watching out for my baby. Just another way that Zachary goes above and beyond for fur babies.

Petco is Andorra is terrific for grooming. The staff is kind and loves my dog. I am glad they are open again for grooming. They are practicing all of the health and safety guidelines during this pandemic. Very pleased 🐾🐾❤️❤️

The groomer was inexperienced. My dogs ears were extremely lopsided, his top knot was not cut appropriately, the hair around his paws was extremely long. I called for a refund.
