The Groomers at this PETCO are the sweetest! You can really tell how much they love animals. We take our dog here all the time. The store is neat and clean. They also have dog/pet wash stations for you to clean your pets yourself for a fee. Overall, this is a nice Petco.

We got the cutest little fancy hamster! My son loves him! The guy that helped us Phil, was very nice! Thank uUpdate: we have since the last review added to Gus' tank! He loves it...all gadgets purchased from this petco! He loves his new pop-able corn on the cob!

I don’t appreciate how I booked a grooming appointment for my dog and they didn’t give my dog any services due to him not being “Neuter” I don’t know since when this been a rule. I didn’t see any signs on the walls stating that. So the manager from the grooming department her name is Krissi gave me attitude in front of other customers. One of the groomers that work there is always high from drugs that my dog is an active dog that she didn’t realized he was so active after that day that she wasn’t high on drugs. This store is a hot mess. And I will like to speak with the owner of Petco.

I always find the things I need for Roc, specially his food Royal Canin adult Bulldog.But the price is high, I always ask for any discount or coupons or even rewards, which is something you don’t have, that’s the only problem I see, since I have been a LOYAL customer since 2008. Buying the same food for both dogs first Gabby RIP and now Roc.

These people are not professionals. Do not book a groomers appointment if your dog has anxiety/reactive. They will allow you to book your appointment, following with confirmation of your appointment AFTER you submit your detailed assessment about your dog (they are suppose to follow up if they have concerns or unable to provide services beforehand) then ultimately to turn you away once you get there. And to note, no one was welcoming or even in the slightest understanding… manager couldn’t even apologize after I gave feedback about not following up before the appointment. We have received vaxx services, shopped and even had one grooming appointment here before NEVER had poor customer service until today. Not going back.

The cat food is on the high end side, being organic also, mostly very enriched meals. I myself listen and my Stella tells me she loves Fancy Feast, which Petco does not carry. I get lost reading some of the articles on the foods, I'm not slow, it's just wow!! Anyway! Great store for toys! I get Stella a toy everytime. Personal products also a plus. And accessories are in stock.,like litter bins, beds, carriers. You can even get a tag made for your pets collar!

I went to return an item to another retailer via Happy returns. It was easy & fast!And the credit was received 24 hrs later!Of course then I bought a toy for my cat.No doubt part of the plan, but hey!

I love Petco honestly. I go there for almost everything. The only complaint that I have is that almost everytime I go there for "feeder fish", there's hardly ever any. Kind of wish they would send emails to let people know what's in stock and what isn't or at least when new shipments arrive.

Yesterday I went to pickup a online order. When I walked in there was no line for the cashier. I told the cashier (Luis) that i was there for a pickup. He page the manager for assistance. 2 min later there is a line at the cashier. I'm still waiting for the manager. I ask the cashier if he could get the manager because i was on a hurry, that's why I placed the order online because i didn't have much time and it wasn't fair that customer that came after me where been taking care before me since I was still waiting for the manager. The cashier (Luis) said that he's job was to be at the register since he was the cashier. I told the cashier that his job duties include customer service too and that i needed assistance. The cashier started been very rude with me. Finally the manager comes and the cashier was still talking rude to me even knowing I was explaining myself to the manager and i wasn't talking to him. At some point the cashier and me went back and forward because i got tiered of him been disrespectful with me while I was talking with the manager. He just keep going..... I ask the manager why Petco have employees like that working for for him and i also also ask him why his employee keep going like that. I also apologized to the manager because at some point i did answer the cashier back but I told that it was just to much for me to stay quiet. Even when I ask for the cashier name and the phone number for the district so that i can make a complain, the cashier was responding all this with a really bad attitude. I told him I wasn't talking to him ( the cashier) but he just keep going. At no point the manager (Dan) said anything to the employee. The Manager didn't delegate at all. He didn't even ask the employee to stop... The manager look scared about the employee and the situation. When the manager handle the piece of paper to me with the cashier name, phone number for the complain and his name, the manager hands where shaking. I honestly feel bad for the manager because obviously he was very nervous but also I would appreciate having a manager that can delegate his duties. Its my understanding that every work position with Petco included customer service but it seems that your employees don't understand that or the company doesn't describe there duties..... Never going back to Petco ever again..... PetSmart employees are friendly and with great customer service. You should send your employees to do training in PetSmart so they can learn what is customer service. Very disappointment with the situation and how it was handle. I also will be calling the district to complain about this situation. I hope Petco would do something about it....

Took my pup Nipsey hustle the pup here and roe I believe her name is did a wonderful Extraordinary job on Nipsey the pup, got in fast , very reliable, very professional, very caring an loving to you an your pet !!! Always very helpful when it came to helping with other resources like wellness an more ! So happy that I have found a reasonable reliable place for me to be happy to take my pup thanks again !!
