1/4/2024: I have reduced my rate for this company and this location. You all canceled my Vet services after a I have reduced my rate for this company and this location. You all canceled my vet services after an appointment was scheduled one week ago with no explanation. I rescheduled it at a different location and you canceled this one as well. I’m now left with an animal that was due to be adopted today, with no vaccinations being able to be given, and no adoption as a result. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is my go to place for specialty products, quality food and pet needs and awesome toys and gadgets for my pets. This store is clean and the staff are super friendly here. I come in for advice on specialty items as well as when I have had behavioral issues with my Siamese cats

It's not as large as a big box Petco, so do not expect it to have the same selection. I was easily able to find a tough-chew dog toy on short notice. Staff was helpful and polite. You will run into other people's pets.

Highly recommend…. 1st dog, 1st shots😊….. the employees I observed are All highly educated, friendly & and easy going….. Sydney who I first encountered is welcoming , ( & the blonde sweetheart with her(glasses) also in-taking pets) knowledgeable & considering of your dogs breed & necessities of shots, considering your budget etc…explained throughly….(the girl in the back that was grooming was doing her thing as well!) the nurse that prepared the meds & held True was so sweet & u can tell she’s experienced & so caring for a younger woman….the nurse that administered the meds was an angel on earth…. Her temperament & touch was so soft… there were smiles the whole time from all 3 women… these ppl are genuine…checking out, even the cashiers were cool. Getting all shots here until he’s done. Don’t think twice , this petco is official.

Excellent selection for pets of all kinds, with many locations. There’s always discounts available online for you to take advantage of, as well as discounted gift cards (google online) to utilize, as well, for 10-20% of your purchase.The locations are usually under- staffed, and occasionally are out of products, especially sale items. More often than not, Z Petco is good at ordering and restocking. But, Petco offers advance ordering for pickup or delivery to avoid that headache. From supplies, to food, toys, clothing, grooming, snacks, and days for adopting pets, overall, Petco is a very good retail chain.Recently, they made a smart strategic partnership move with Amazon, to send back your Amazon returns at Petco. In turn, the return comes with no cost, and you receive a discount voucher for Petco. It’s a smart move on Petco’s behalf to get foot traffic into the stores from a competitor that does nearly all of its business online, rather than relying on brick and mortar stores. Remember, you also have that option with Petco. Initial/first/recurring deliveries are highly discounted, and wise.

I sure do love this Petco. I always bring my refillable buckets for kitty litter refills. Now they also accept UPS returns and other types of clothing returns as well. On top of that I saw they have Amazon lockers. They really do it all.

Cheap products expensive prices. I had to double check my receipt. They gave me a 10% of coupon which I thought was a big deal but realized that wasn’t a lot. I couldn’t afford a size that fit dog mat for my dog they were like $50 which was way over my budget. I’ll be going back to petsmart next time.

I took my dog to be groomed by Breyona. She was rude. When I picked dog up, she claimed my dog is a risk cut & couldn't come back. My dog has been to obedient school there & has been there for grooming never an issue. Is it the dog or the groomer? I didn't like her energy, maybe my dog sensed it too. If she were too rough or just bad energy

Most of my experiences at this location was not very good. The staff was not helpful or pleasant. I stopped in there today to return a Amazon product, and I met a cashier that was very nice. I did not get her name, but because of her I may give this location another try. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Great variety of pet foods, beds, carriers, vitamins, treats and play toys for dogs. I stopped for my car and didn't find everything I was looking for. But they still had a good selection of the same for cats, just not quite as large. The health and home aisle for cats was quite empty though.I could hear the fish tanks running and I stopped by to say hello to the hamsters and guinea pigs and the birds. Such beautiful birds they have at this store which is located in the Andorra Shopping Center. The store was also very clean and organized. It is always a pleasure to be able to shop here .

I wish they have lysine for my cat here, I always like to buy more in person that Amazon but this time I had to. This store is always clean and super stocked with everything you may need for you pet. All the staff is super friendly. I like coming here just to check out things for my cat.

Avoid their grooming department at all costs! Grooming manager has no idea how to manage an employee schedule, train her employees for basic procedures, or have a basic understanding of pet medications.

On 2/9/24 my girlfriend scheduled an appointment for our puppy, for 2/12 shortly after she received her conformation. This morning at 9:17 am she received a email from Petco stating the appointment has been cancelled by the company, with no explanation then had the nerve say "need to reschedule call salon" sadly this is the second time I had to write a review. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but at this point , I will no longer come to this store.

Shout out to the entire team at Petco. My puppy ate two harness in three days and they made the returns easy, gave me great suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again as well as being sweet to the culprit when I brought him in for the third exchange.Puppies: 0/10 wouldn't recommendPetco: 10/10

Usually I am able to do walk in services and only do a $12 nail trim. When I went in they told me it was $20+ for nail trim and buff. My dog normally does not like being buffed, which is why I get just the nail trim. I stayed in the store while she got her nails trimmed, and heard my dog yelping while they trimmed her nails. This location does not seem to take great care of the dogs in their hands or their customers

I booked an appointment for a bath for my doodle and a cut for my poodle. I got here and the lady said she couldn’t give my poodle a breed cut because her shift was ending soon and didn’t have enough time. So I said ok, give her a simpler cut. Then for my doodle when he gets a bath they clean up his face so his eyes aren’t covered. She then said that the person who gives baths isn’t certified to do that, even though every time I come here that’s what they have done. I said I would’ve appreciated a call letting me know the restraints so that I could have planned accordingly. As I made this appointment over 2 weeks ago. Then she said she refused to do the dogs and I had to leave. Mind you I am not yelling or being rude to her. But I am upset because I planned my whole day around this appointment and I’ve been waiting for it for two weeks. One of my dogs looks like a dirty mop and the other has hair over his eyes. She said no. I won’t do it. The assistant manager had no authority to find a solution. I recommend she goes back to management training, it might suit her well. After talking to the groomers about which day might suit them better the assistant manager came back and said I could never go back to that location. Simply because I wasn’t ok paying $180+ for a service done halfway.I went full Karen and called corporate to file a formal complaint. So hopefully this attitude and poor management will be resolved soon. All that was needed to avoid this conflict was a phone call to let me know that I should reschedule because “Breyona couldn’t fit it in her schedule” which would’ve been fine. They had 3 weeks to do so, and they didn’t. So here we are. If you will offer grooming services then do it well.

They always have what I need and if they don't it's in on the next truck no problem. It's a quieter store so there's not always someone at the register, but they're very kind and will drop what they're doing to help so I've never had to wait long.

The staff at this location is incredible. Always kind and helpful. However, this location has a very small selection of Dog products. It is very difficult to find options of anything for your pup here. I wish they would increase the vareity of their toys, collars, harnesses, and all pet apparel. If this was improved upon, it would be an easy 5 stars.

Staff are rude or ignorant about which products they even sell at the store (That is if you can find the staff and they offer to help) Waited around for the guy to go check if they had what i was looking for and he said he was going to check, 5 minutes passed by and he was still at the register just chitchatting.. oh and there is no “regular” dog kibble, everything is grain free or whatever fancy stuff
