Im the only one so far who bring her cat for a bath !! Dog wash is awesome service. Cheap! Everything provided: shampoo, towels, blow dryer, hot water.Dog food , toys and accessories a litter expensive.

I decided to visit this location today w my kids and pup to bathe our pup! And I was not disappointed.. the high tub cleaning station and variety of shampoos and conditioners were awesome !! The employee Cheyenne was very helpful and pleasant !!! The dryer and numerous towels were a plus lol.. my pup loved the gifted treat bag at the end!! I will be a regular !!! Thanks again for a great experience !!!

It was my first time going to the grant ave location and first time using the dog was station. The manager working named Matt was so helpful first he started off by showing me a product for my dogs pads because i was looking for something to sooth them he didnt try and give me the most expensive item on the shelf and proceeded to show me to the washing station. The washing area was really clean it was enclosed and very pet friendly nothing for the dogs to get into trouble with. I brought my own shampoo as i was trying to find something good for my dogs skin but Matt offered me access to multiple products to use the tubs are raised at a decent height to make washing the dogs very easy as well as there were ample towels and a groomer quality dryer to use. I couldnt be any happier about my experience at this store and location will definitely return

I love this store! I took my 2 great Danes in for a bath today and had such a great experience. Regina was so helpful and caring to my boys.. I had one in the tub and Regina was trying to make the other feel comfortable and giving treats.. I will be back! A big thanks to Regina from Magnus and Zeb!

Great selection of products. Reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is when my husband and I walked in, we saw a cute dog getting a bath and we made a comment on how adorable he looked and the lady grooming him gave my husband and I an evil glare like how dare we talk to her. That was a little uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the fact that it was my dogs birthday and they have doggie cakes, I would have walked out. Not to mention, alot of items don't have prices on them. It makes you wonder.

Great deal for dog baths! $10 gets you towels, shampoo, dryer and a bag of treats for your pup! Has a gated area for the baths which makes it easier to contain the dogs ;)

I visited Pet Valu in Richboro after we found out that Petsmart stores discriminate against Pittbulls, though our Pitty is great with kids and other dogs, (cats and squirrels not so much). The guy at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not try to push expensive items and was ver friendly towards my baby boy Cyrus. Great experience and made me change where I will be spending my money for my boy.

I used the wash station on my visit. Staff was very helpful. My dog was not willing to get into a tub. The young woman helped me get him into the tub. Stations were cleaned between use.

Great and inexpensive place to give your dog a bath! They give you soap, towels, and have a dryer plus spray and treats at the end! Staff was very very nice

Today, I visited petvalue for the first time, along with my boyfriend and 2 lovely dogs. The cashier/store associate by the name of Jordan was present during our visit. I walked to the counter with my one teacup markie while my boyfriend handled our 10 week old Siberian Husky while looking at collars. My boyfriend walked over to me at the counter and Jordan (without permission) calls my Siberian husky over to him. My boyfriend, KINDLY asked him not to do so as he is currently being trained and that would break his focus. Working at a pet store, you should be aware that it is very important that pets listen to their OWNERS just like children. Jordan on the other hand didn't give a damn and went against our wishes while saying, "why he's just a puppy he's fine to come to me" In total disbelief, my boyfriend stated listen I asked you not to do that (during this time my husky is getting overly excited and peed) Our goal was to get him comfortable with being there. Jordan then began to tell my boyfriend that he had no idea how to handle a dog and then told us he had a 75+ pounds (as if we cared). With having this encounter we were pretty hesitant with using the dog washing services. However we decided we would stay and allow our dogs to experience this moment with us. DURING the washing of our dogs, one other associate got our attention and stated, " are you using both sinks??" In total confusion I looked at my partner then responded to her, "there are THREE sinks in this area, and we have TWO dogs so I am unsure of what you are asking me at this point, there is another sink free for another customer to use" This female associate completely ignored me and walked away. As we finished up with our dogs, my husky peed in the washing area (which is to be expected for any dog in a PET STORE) We tried to notify the associates that our dog did pee in the area, but of course they ignored us. So the 3rd customer using the 3rd sink then notified the two associates, Jordan and his co-worker of the same thing...and guess what happened?? They RESPONDED. I would also like to point out that my boyfriend and myself are Black and this nice customer who notified the associates a second time was white. As Jordan went inside the wash area to clean up the pee, I asked him if we would like me to clean it up. HE ONCE AGAIN IGNORED ME. So I took that as a no and continued to shop for dog treats for both of my boys. Jordan than generally says SPECIFICALLY(without saying excuse me to get our attention) "Did one of THEM poop??!" I turned around from the shelf of snacks and said, "excuse me??" He then repeated the statement, "did one of them poop" At this point I am irritated and just flat out pissed, so I asked him if he smelled it or saw it. He then walks out of the wash area, closed the gate behind him, points inside the wash area on the floor and says, "um it's right there" then walks away. At this point the store is filling up with customers and I am beyond embarrased and feel disrespected. I said "sir you are staying the obvious, if you see poop and we were the only ones over there then apparently it was our pups. But if we need to clean it up we will. We didn't see it, and if we did we would've picked it up. If we wanted to leave poop behind intentionally, then we would've left the pee as well and not have told you about it while offering to clean it up ourselves" there were no sprays or towels in sight for us to even clean anything up which is why we notified him. Did he want us to clean it up with the reusable towels? That other customers use??? I THINK NOT. I then asked him for his manager and he tells me shes on vacation lol. I told him that I did not appreciate his customer service or the lack thereof. He immediately says (while grabbing a piece of trident gum from under the counter and popping it in his mouth with no regard of his encounter with me at this point) "what's your issue". I tried to speak but he IGNORED me and went to ring up a customer. I will be filing a complaint with this store. Please go to another store guys.

Love the more personal feel of this establishment. It isnt huge and corporate feeling. The employees are very kind and I enjoy visiting to see peruse their inventory every once in a while.
