The groomer Joe was very patient and attentive to my pet. She gets very anxious when it comes to pet hygiene care. The young lady at the front was very informative even while multi tasking. The prices were a bit high for ME at the time, not that they would not deserve every cent or that it was not the market price. I hope to return when it’s more in my budget.

This place rocks - they know their business , and they treat the animals you bring in with the love and care as if they were their own pets. I went here because I was totally sick of the very nearby national chain PET COmpany's grooming people. One month they'd have great groomers, 1 month later they'd be gone & people with no skills were cutting my dogs nails too close and giving him back to me soaking wet. The people at Paw Prints know what they're doing, have great personalities, and I've never felt more secure leaving my Apollo anywhere.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my cats, Pascal and Eureka, to your grooming place, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Your staff was incredibly friendly, and it was clear that they love what they do.From the moment we arrived, my cats were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The staff took the time to get to know them and understand their personalities, which helped to put my mind at ease. I felt confident that my cats were in good hands, and that they would be well taken care of.During the grooming session, the staff was attentive and gentle with my cats, and they really seemed to enjoy the attention. They came out looking and smelling great, and I could tell that they had been well-cared for. Even more importantly, they seemed relaxed and happy, which is a testament to the high level of care that they received.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at your grooming place. Your staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the animals that they work with. I'm very comfortable bringing Pascal and Eureka here, and I know that they're in good hands. My dog usually does mobile grooming, but recently moved to the area & needed to find a new groomer. They were so nice & understanding! Honestly the best cut she’s ever had & at a great price. Highly recommend!!

Great location, excellent service and great prices. I took my newly adopted pup, Penny, to this groomer for all those reasons. Our groomer was so sweet and Penny took right to her. I was able to leave and come back and what i requested was what i received. I paid an extra 5 bucks to have her teeth cleaned but she needed it ha! Very happy with our services.Update: Penny is still loving her groomer and loving we are loving the service.

I've been taking my cat, Poe, here since I adopted him 6 years ago. Poe has been here at least 7 or 8 times, and he always comes out looking fantastic and in love with his new haircut - more energetic, playful and relaxed.Not all groomers know how to properly handle long-haired cats, but Loretta and the rest of the staff here are incredible.Price is reasonable because you truly get what you pay for. I wouldn't take Poe anywhere but here.I'd rate 6 stars if I could.

Great grooming. Abby took the time to study the proper breed grooming for our Lagotto and, unlike others, was able to execute it, even in spite of some matting. Definitely the place to take your dog!

There is no place else I’d trust with grooming my dog. The staff is AMAZING with the animals. Very kind and attentive. They book quick so I’d suggest making appointments early especially in the summer.

My pup was groomed here for the first time today. I actually messed up in booking the appointment but they graciously (!) were able to fit him in to be bathed and groomed. He is a large, long haired dog. They had him in and out in under 2 hours and did a great job! We will definitely be returning

Paw Prints is a indeed a professional establishment. They keep a record of your dog’s haircuts throughout the year, so you can mention that you want their summer or winter cut and they know exactly what you mean. It’s very consistently excellent quality. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Parking is pretty good; gotta pay for the meter though (pro tip: download the PPA Meter Up app for a better experience. You can extend your time from your phone and can even cancel before your time runs out. If you have time left on the meter, they give your money back - can’t do that if you put quarters in 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s a win/win ijs). Anyway, Paw Prints always cuts my PomChi’s hair perfectly and he’s always super happy when he leaves. These are recent pics of the fox cut. He’s usually super fluffy like his Pomeranian side... the owner knows him by name and loves to see him. I don’t think I’d take him anywhere else. Price is also reasonable so I always leave a tip. There are seats there to wait but I usually just go to a cafe nearby and once I went to the nail salon across the street. The super friendly employees will give you a courtesy call too... so no worries - get lost for a few hours and enjoy yourself!

PLEASE BEWARE!! I brought my cat here for regular grooming and maintenance and was HORRIFIED when I went to pick her up after her appointment. I have a long haired cat and asked if she could be washed and cut down a little. When I went to pick her up she was SHAVED!! All her beautiful hair was GONE!! I was completely HORRIFIED and EMBARRASSED. My cat was as well. She has been hiding under the bed for days and will not let me touch her! She has NEVER been SHAVED completely and has been groomed before several times over. Please be careful with your pets because a cut down here means SHAVED!!!

Full disclosure: took our 5 month old puppy for her first grooming. Was called a half hour later with details that she could not be groomed. Was told my puppy was not co-operating, was biting, and could not be groomed and would need to be sedated going forward. They made us feel like she was a lost cause AT 5 MONTHS OLD!Was told she should have been brought in at an earlier age even though we scheduled as soon as she was done her vaccinations. They were very nice about the matter but essentially did not try to accommodate the puppy’s needs (i.e. mitigate the stressful situation, offer to have dog owner give treats the dog enjoys, give a specific time where multiple dogs were not coming through the door). We ended up bringing our puppy to another groomer that provided a “puppy groom” service. We were the first client of the day where the puppy was brought in to a non stressful environment. We spoke with the groomer beforehand, to come up with a game plan to help alleviate any potential first time grooming stress. My puppy was able to have a full groom done with no issues at the other groomer being told she did amazing with no issues. Paw Prints did not exhibit the patience or kindness needed to groom a puppy. Paw Prints made us feel like we were bad dog owners and our 5 month old puppy was a lost cause. Just be weary bringing a puppy to this groomer.

Dropped in to get my dog’s nails clipped and dremmeled. He was seen immediately and we were in and out in 5 mins! Claudia was so sweet and gentle with my dog who is a little nervous about his nails. We will definitely be back! The shop was clean and left a great first impression.

I brought my 1 year old long haired kitten here for a spa day while I moved into my apartment and what a wonderful experience I had! The staff was so nice and made me and my kitty feel comfortable. He was so comfortable at the shop that he barely wanted to leave. I will definitely be back! So affordable. They did an excellent job. Thank you!

So, I brought my dog Finn in at 3 & we were out by by 3:15! It was great.Joe was really good with my dog.I told him straight away how Finn HATES his paws touched, so coming in for a nail clipping was just..so great, lol! And his nails are long…walks are a thing of the past at this point, his back legs are in a bad way.The fact that the table Joe used was right out in the main room & I could be there & help hold Finn & keep him calm was perfect!Joe answered any questions & before I knew it, he said he was done!Thanks again Joe!😊
