the kindest and most helpful pharmacy i have been to in my entire life!! they worked with me for a day and a half transferring prescriptions and talking to other pharmacies due to MY error. i almost cried when i left there because i have never before felt like a pharmacist cared about me or tried to help me figure out problems before working with the staff here(s/o brad and the amazing woman i talked to on friday). i went to pick up my meds on a saturday and was in and out in under 5 (maybe even 3) minutes.every month i have dreaded going to rite aid to pick up my prescriptions and i feel so thankful to not have to go there anymore. I’m not sure why I thought smaller pharmacies would be more expensive but it was the same exact cost as any larger pharmacy. i will be recommending to every single person i know.

Neighborhood Pharmacy is the best out there!! I have been a customer for years and they have continued to amaze me with their service. I used to work in Center City in a retail store and they hand delivered my prescription to me there and waited in line until I was free to deliver my specialized cream. That was just amazing to me! Also with my recent prescription cream, my Dr's appt was on a Tuesday at 11:30am, they called me to fill my specialized cream at a out 12pm, now it is Friday and my cream has arrived!! Super fast service and amazing customer service!! I worked in customer service for 12yrs so I know good customer service and they are way above the standard!!

Fed up with a long line that wasn't moving at the Rite Aid across the street, I decided to try this place instead. They were able to serve me immediately, helped me look up my insurance info, and had my prescription ready in about 2 minutes. And within that time another customer came in, was served, and out the door in under a minute.Friendly and efficient!

I'm so glad I switched to Neighborhood Pharmacy! I'm disabled and sometimes nonverbal, and the staff here are always accommodating and very friendly. Convenient location, AMAZING STAFF, quick service, and great info and resources. Literally couldn't recommend this place enough.

When the mail order pharmacy that I am often forced to use dropped the ball again, Neighborhood Pharmacy came to the rescue! The pharmacy staff listened, understood the situation, and filled my Rx the SAME DAY, with courteous service to boot!!! Neighborhood Pharmacy on Chestnut St is a GEM.

This was my first time not using a CVS/Walgreens for a prescription, but after calling 17 of the big chain pharmacies, I tried neighborhood pharmacy and they had two medications my wife and I needed that were on back order everywhere else. Staff was lovely and I will continue to get my prescriptions here.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Get my medicine from there on a daily basis ever since RiteAid started treating me poorly. Way better than going to rite-aid but only downside is they’re not open until 9pm like Rite-Aid is but they do provide free delivery

I have worked with and collaborated with Mike Kim the pharmacist for a couple of years. He has always gone above and beyond his duties to service our consumers. He keeps accurate records and he maintains their refills. He will trouble shoot by calling the doctor’s to verify and gain Rx’s for needed refill. He is a support system to our nursing staff, we are able to call him with all types of pharmacy question and he has answered the questions. Mike is polite and professional at all time. He orders our PPD solution and we receive it at a good price. He has also worked with some of our family members and care givers and has given them great service; by helping them get the supplies they needed for their loved ones; and at a great price.I find that the delivery staff maintains great service; by maintaining professionalism and promptness at all time. The technicians that answer the phones maintain a courteous and pleasant manner. I highly recommend this pharmacy and their staff. Jobs well done!!! Thank you for helping our staff maintain continuity of care.

I get medications for my family here. It's always been very affordable and super quick. Now it's to the point I go in and they usually know what I need or they called me In for refills before we think to do it ourselves. I love this pharmacy. Occasionally things happen, and I see staff going above and beyond to correct it even when people are not professional with them. They are beyond professional and it's why they will alway be our family pharmacy. Thank you Ms Jodie for today. They literally saved me when I couldn’t find the new medication for my dogs recent heart disease diagnosis, it was 2 days before Christmas and I was freaking out...they ordered it and had it filled for me in less than 24 hours!!!! Staff is extremely courteous.They are extremely efficient in the amount of time that they take to fill prescriptions.The Pharmacist is extremely helpful in his willingness to reach out to physicians and insurance companies.I am strongly recommending this pharmacy to my doctor for his geriatric patient population. My doctor told me the scrip I needed was a special compound and needed to be phoned in the Neighborhood Compounding Pharmacy. It was late and he said they wouldn't get it until the next day. The pharmacy had a delivery service but since we lived far from it, he wasn't sure it they would. The next day when I called, we were too far but they could pop it in the mail. We decided even though that was a good option, to just go pick it up. I spoke with Sea and not only was she professional and efficient, she was warm and caring. Even when I got there, the whole staff was polite nd courteous. I highly recommend using this pharmacy!

This pharmacy goes above and beyond. The pharmacist in particular has done so on more than one occasion. I have an ongoing issue with my doctor's office not submitting my prescription refills in a timely manner and the pharmacist has personally dropped my medication off to me at my home more than once so that I would still have it in time. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is definitely by far the most positive experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. They are compassionate and definitely put the patient first.

Neighborhood Pharmacy is a fantastic small business. When I need a prescription, I can almost always get it filled that day. I used to pick up my prescriptions in person when I lived closer. Now that I have moved out of the area, I continue to utilize the shipping option to have my prescription sent to my new house. It is fast and reliable.I know people who take the same prescription as me but use the typical version from the standard pharmacy. They have a lot of side effects. I have never anything like that taking the compounded version. It is worth the extra cost.Neighborhood Pharmacy will truly go above and beyond to meet your needs!

My name is Sandi and getting my prescriptions filled at Neighborhood Pharmacy was the BEST decision I could have made. I LOVE THIS PHARMACY!!!!! For years I'd have to fight with other pharmacies because they would completely mess up my scripts. I have 2 insurances, one of which is solely for 2 of my medications. They CANNOT be billed to the main insurance and each time, the other pharmacies would bill them to the main insurance carrier. This caused a lot of problems for me. Each month I would have to call and yell in order for them to get it right. Some pharmacies would flat out lie to me while others were extremely disrespectful. I was tired y'all! Then I found Neighborhood Pharmacy. I have never had a single problem there. Not once. They don't mix things up and they are so good that they know my voice when I call to see if my scripts are done. AND THEY DELIVER YALL!!!! I highly recommend Neighborhood Pharmacy. Switch your scripts here....thank me later.
