This is a great pet store! They have really high quality foods and supplements. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and helps you to find the best products to suit your pup. Their costs for bones, toys etc. is also a lot more reasonable than petco!

Mercado is super helpful and insightful with specific breed needs. Also they help take the 50lb dog bag out to your car which is really great. They have all you need for the care of your pitties and bullies.

I traveled here from Chestnut Hill arriving about 15 minutes before closing and I honestly did NOT appreciate the experience. This store unfortunately appears to be the only one within city limits that sells the food that I need for my Doberman puppy. The gentleman who answered the door had a very good attitude and great customer service (5/5). However, the one behind the register who I am assuming is the owner had a less than welcoming attitude. I like to spend my money at establishments that appreciate its customers and I would be remiss not to leave a review for others looking to purchase Victor brand from this business. The store itself is not in the safest of areas so, if you do decide to visit please go before sunset, I felt extremely uncomfortable in the plaza. The stores card machine was also down so, I had to take out cash at the market up the street which again was extremely uncomfortable. I guess the owner did not feel like answering any of our questions about the ribbons and trophies on his wall, but why have them there in the first place? I get that you were closing soon, but great customer service goes a long way and it should extend up until 7:00 pm. Luckily, West Pets in West Philadelphia already made me aware that they can order the particular food formula for my dog. I will give them 2 stars because they do carry the product and the gentleman at the front door tried his best to make up for the owner.Update In Response to the owner:There were no other customers in line. The only other customer inside of the establishment outside of my party was looking at merchandise and nowhere near the checkout line. Also, we called earlier in the day and inquired about the products availability. At no point were we made aware that we’d only need to use cash as the machines were “down all day.” As I previously stated, 3 doors down or not the plaza did not seem safe so walking around unfamiliar territory at night did not feel safe FOR ME (subjective opinion). I was going to travel by myself and as a woman I am glad I did not. Again, customer service is key not combativeness to further justify your less than pleasant attitude.

They’re a pet store but don’t allow pets even if your pet is a service animal. I needed $300 worth of supplies for my dog and the security outside told me to leave my 4m puppy in the car unattended. I used to think highly of this pet store but now I can care less for them. But yet the owner have his dog in the store. I drove 35 minutes just for business too be turned down and for it not to say no where on they website pets aren’t allowed in the store.

I live 2 blocks away and it's super convenient for me to get litter there. It's much cheaper then the corner stores and supper market. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend if in the area.

Very helpful and friendly. I needed help choosing a gift for a friend's dog, and they helped me out. I don't have a bully breed, but it's the only store that carries the American Natural Premium brand I feed my Scotties. I'll keep going if only for that.

I drew there from half an hour away - jersey - got a color and it said $45.. and bag off food $12... I was in a rush and he charged me $68.. realized after I left and asked him for the extra $$ he charged and I was asked to show receipt which they didn’t give me to begin with. They said you were supposed to ask for the receipt!The employee was insisting on not giving my money back. He pretty much charged me $68 for $57 and no receipt in return!

Went in to see what kind of products they carry pretty much anything you need for a bully. I was shocked to see that I can get better food at a discount price. I’m a New customer for sure and the location was right under my nose. Staff is well knowledgeable. Let’s support this location. Thanks

My German shepherd was getting skin infections and they told me I needed to change her diet, not treat the infections. I bought the recommended food and her infections cleared up. Wow. The vet was going to cream me with test after test, and prescriptions...hundreds of dollars.

Went in the pet store and they were very knowledgeable of what dog food I should give my dog.I can tell they are very caring about dogs and the customers that come into there establishment l have found a new home for my dog supplies thanks guys for the comfortable feelings when I walked thru the door. The place is over priced and I found it weird that you can't return an item or exchange it thats because chewy .com and Walmart etc sells the same brand and the guy lied and said there's no other place that sells that brand ....I don't recommend this place and my dog did not like the hard food or soft food now I'm stuck with this garbage ....

This store is awesome! I wish I found it sooner! Its the only place I've found in the area that has victor ultra pro, and the prices are amazing! I'll be shopping here exclusively from now on.
