Great experience shopping for a new fridge thanks to the help of Kenny (Appliances Dept). He was knowledgeable, resourceful and a pleasure to deal with. Encountered a slight issue when the fridge was delivered but Stephanie was quick to help resolve the issue. Kudos to Stephanie a job well done! I wouldn't think twice about shopping anywhere but Lowes on Aramingo Ave. for my next major appliance. It was a seamless transaction from beginning to end.

Shop your store all the time really can find most things on my own. But, today needed help with light bulbs needed 10 different kind. Pushed button for help three times no one came. So I went to customer service they paiged the associate that works that area no one showed up.This us ridiculous 🙄

I'm licensed finish carpenter and always find the best finish tools and blades hardware at lowes love the Metabo trim gun 16ga and the 23 ga pin nailer are my favorite nail gun plus dewalt miter table you can basically fill your truck with the nest finish tools from lowes ❤️

The location at aramingo Avenue in phila.is an utter disgrace. Customer service is beyond negative 0 I am a contractor i asked 2 individuals at the mill work desk that we're sitting down on their cellphones obviously. One of them didn't even look up at us the other 1. His only response was go on the website. Go on the website. My question was, I was looking for a 30 / 80 inch steel or fiberglass interior pre hung door it's not a custom order, it's not a special order. I was just looking for one with a glass and the only thing. This individual sitting at the mill work desk on his cellphone. Could utter to us was go on the website, one other thing he said to Us was go on Amazon because my co-worker asked about a part. For a casement window and his response to that question was go on Amazon . I don't want to say hate. I hate that word but I loathe lowes for this reason and there are many reasons. But this is about the biggest one lack of caring. And they just don't care as long as they get Paid every other Friday. They just don't care nobody has 1 oz of customer service and yet you have these signs all over your store that we're supposed to respect the workers at Lowe's which we are but. When 2 grown men sit at the desk playing on there phone getting paid and they're only information to a contractor and a co-worker about products that they absolutely sell is go on the website or go on.Amazon Lowe's has a serious problem.this happened 3/27/24 early afternoon

What can I say about Lowe’s I’ve been here 1 million times for all their offerings from paint to hardware to that last minute thing it’s relatively well organized and not too hard to find a place I haven’t slipped on a banana peel in this establishment in over five years so I say I say this this is a safe place to go shopping if you have a fear of slipping on banana peels I also enjoy the gardening section I find a lot of my pottery and planting surprise of supplies there for the for the for the for the spring beyond that I’d say a five-star experience each and every time I had keys made today give me an extra sure they worked and what else do you want when you have keys you want them to work fantastic would recommend

My surge protector, indoor/outdoor extension cord, and plunger recently broke. Went here to replace the equipment and I spent under $50 bucks. My husband passed away a few years ago, and I'm trying to fix stuff myself instead of paying for help. The workers were patient, explained everything, and helped me pick out the best, but cheapest options.

I usually am ok with my lowes and homedepot purchases. However, this day, I went to get a key made it took the lady 30 minutes to make a key.. (mind you, the machine exactly makes it).. then when she was finished, she said it may not work it didn't cut right 🤦‍♀️so I looked, and the grooves weren't the same. DUH no, it's not gonna work.

I had a great experience in the paint department. The ladies in there were great. Full service they help with colors and which kind to use for each project 😀 😉 I was very pleased. You would think we were in a mall very patient, and I could tell they love ❤️ what they do by serving my needs and questions

I did get the insulation that was much easier to find here then homedepot that's a plus but when it came to door sweeps as you can see in the picture how lmao just how can you find the right product here no organization

Just now I asked an employee to show me where to find a specific paint. I showed him a picture. He didn't say anything just pointed to the general area where I had been looking with no luck and and left. As I was leaving I thought to check and see for a name tag, but, as I approached he left in a rush. I guess he was late for brake.

Pretty good, discounts are nice but the stock on specific plank measurements is lacking.Update: as of 2020, customer service is lacking. We were buying lumber, 4 pieces, and were scanned for 5. Cashier refused to admit error until proven wrong.

Customer service are so slow and they have 3 people working. And I’m still in-line. I have time to write this review that’s how long they are taking.I’m still waiting. I had to edit this review because I’m still waiting. The product I order online wasn’t ready it’s still at the back. Now I’m just here waiting. Can you believe that. I should put their names here but don’t want to get people in trouble. So Lowes just get the customer service in check. No wonder Home Depot always busy people don’t want to wait too long in customer service. And I’m still waiting. Waiting still. An associate is getting my product at the back.

Been coming here for a while about 2 years this place and home depot but this place is way different then Home Depot in good ways ..always parking ..the store is very calm never to crazy at all ..find things real easily here every thing Is in Oder neat ..more cleaner here too ..just a calm good place that I now like 👍 over Home Depot any day !

I usually go there and have no problem at all far as checkout or getting assistance in commercial. Store clerk of the name of Nia gave me the worst attitude and assistance ever. I assume she was having a bad day, but you don't treat people like that. Everyone is not as understanding and eventually she will meet that one. Store #2732 Terminal 2. Loaded up 25 bags of mulch onto a cart. I asked an employee at Garden whether I can be rung up at the Garden section so that I can roll it out easier to my truck. The employee said no, it has to be rolled out to the other side of the store to get rung up according to their policy. I got a bad back so the employee pushed it to the other side of the store and helped me load it. I felt bad and gave him a $20 tip. Lowe's Management needs to do something about that policy.I came back for 5 more bags of their premium mulch. I would've purchased more, but the other pallets were full of mulch bags covered in white mold. I pushed this one to the opposite side of the store. When I approached the cashier, there was no greeting, and once she stopped ringing me up, she turned her back on me entirely to have a conversation with her coworker. Not even a "Have a good one!" Just a receipt.C'mon Lowe's, you're not Home Depot LOL
