I am so glad I discovered Kara a couple of years ago. She is a true animal lover and it shows. My 13 year old Bichon Frise goes right to her without hesitation. She also employs the best groomers, they really pay attention to detail. It really shows each and every time I pick up my fur baby.I actually brought my new grandpuppy yesterday, for the most amazing grooming experience. She left looking like a real princess. Thank you Kara and team, you rock!

I am a new dog mom and I have people who referred this place to me.I let the guy know this is Zen’s first time at the groomer. I took Zen in at 11:15 am and at 3:45 I was told he wasn’t letting them do his face.Again this is our first experience but I was positive that being a professional groomer the job should get done . My dog is 8 months old and poor thing couldn’t see with all his hair coming down his face. It was the most important part of his cut and it was not achievable. I understand some dogs just aren’t used to it (mine being his first ) or whatever, but to tell me I still had to pay full price and gave me my dog back with a crazy uneven cut to his face was not cool at all! Also his nails were cut but it was not buffed at all. It’s sharper now than what it usually is when it’s naturally long.The staff is nice but I wouldn’t go there again that’s for sureI want to include that my yes my son was asked to try and assist but again it’s not my son’s responsibility. Not professional in asking or telling me to maybe try and bring things to help calm my dog next time . There’s no miscommunication there just wasn’t any mentioned that this service may or may not be completed.

My pup Astro loved his haircut! The best haircut my dog has gotten so far. The price was very reasonable. Appointment and payment are managed via a website which was very convenient. The only feedback I would give is to add a doorbell to avoid us having to call when we arrive. They sell wireless doorbells on Amazon for $30, that way you can place the button anywhere.

We brought our two year old golden retriever here, this was his second time being groomed there. Although they did a good job with his grooming physically, we had to take him to the emergency vet the next day because he was in pain all day and he had pus filled bumps all along his spine. He developed an internal infection called pyoderma and had a fever, he is now on antibiotics and steroids for 6 weeks. The emergency vet stated this infection is usually caused at groomers from bacteria being transmitted on some type of bottle or equipment.

Long story short, I wanted to support local businesses. So I Googled dog groomers near me. This place was a 5 to 6 min drive and had seemingly good reviews. I scheduled, and took my dog everything seemed ok as the receptionist seemed friendly. I had a family member pick my dog up paid for our service and we tipped. Once my dog arrived home I loved his haircut and he smelled amazing. My daughter who the dog belongs to noticed a cut on his face within the first 10 mins of him being home. To be honest I didn't notice right away but she did. I called the groomer immediately. The receptionist put who I assumed was the owner on the phone. I had already text them a picture which she claims was an old cut. My dog was not cut before we went. I wasn't complaining for funds back and never mentioned money. I was upset no one told me he got injured. The owner suggested I send a video which I did and she never responded. I Reached back out to her and no response. Needless to say I won't bring our baby back here and I'll be in search again for an honest and caring groomer.

I took my Bella to be groomed! She came out looking and smelling good! The staff was friendly and Bella enjoyed her time spent there! What I appreciated most is that they had availability I didn't have to wait weeks to get her in. I will be back!

At first it seemed hectic, a Rottweiler broke a baby gate down to get to me and my poodle (then i realized there was a fence dividing him and the grooming entrance) a pet bird was screaming in the lobby at the top of his lungs so I could barely hear or talk when explaining how I want my dog cut, but when I picked my dog up she looked beautiful. Her fur was soft and she had a cute bow in her hair and jewel on her face. They did great plucking her ears and evened out her fur as I requested.

Today was Tiger's first grooming visit since he became part of our family. I was so nervous taking him to a place neither of us have been but Kar's Royal Pet Grooming did such an amazing job! They assured me he was in good hands. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because he was there for 4hrs instead of the initial 2hrs they gave me. They were backed up! But they did so good with him. He looks so handsome. We will definitely return, maybe during the week this time where it may be less crowded.

I’m super with the service at Kar’s Royal Pet Grooming. Today I got my lion-head rabbit groomed and he came out the back room smelling amazing. I appreciate that Karoline is super knowledgeable on servicing rabbits and taught me a cool trick on brushing his bottom half. She also gave me a suggestion on a brush that would be good for him. Overall I’m very pleased and feel relieved that their location is so close to me because there aren’t many groomers that have experience with rabbits let alone service them.Thanks Karoline!

Very good with my 2 dogs. My yorkingnese is very anxious and normally would have to be sedated. But these guys are so good with him he never has to be sedated and walks out with the best haircut!

Took our boys at 1 pm appt and was not ready until after 7:30 pm .not good for my 1st visit. And over$80 for a 15 lb doggy and I was not happy with there cut . Never again.....😡

She got us on the schedule 1 day after our phone call. I told her how I like Bella hair cut and she did absolutely perfect. She gave EXACTLY what I asked for and included a bow 😊. I will definitely book her for now on for my dog needs !

I took my rescue Bichon, MILLIE, to Kar's yesterday for her first (probably "ever") grooming. Well, I am so happy about the way she looked when I picked her up....BEAUTIFUL !!!!! Millie is cuter than she was before I took her (she was cute in the first place, but cuter since Karoline groomed Millie!) I highly recommend Kar's Royal Pet Grooming...Millie left wearing a beautiful scarf and a bow in her hair (with a gold crown decoration in the center of both) Millie looked like a little princess!! The pricing was very fair and the work is impeccable!! I booked Millie for her next grooming already and am excited to take her back. Karoline is a real doll and she is a top notch Groomer! Please book an appointment with Kar's when you want your doggie groomed....you will be so happy!

This place is amazing. The groomer Karoline is very nice and gentle with my pup . It's crazy how I lived up here all these years and never new this grooming place was here. I'm so glad I found it. You will be seeing us again😍😍😍😍. Definitely best in the Northeast.
