My cat needed an emergency appointment, and they were able to fit us in. We were new clients, and everyone was super attentive and helpful. We were able to wait in the lobby, and it was really comfortable and quiet that day, which was great. The vet tech and doctor were really friendly and seemed to have a lot of helpful things to say, regarding why we came to the office. Would definitely recommend Heart & Paw to anyone needing veterinary services.

This is a 5 star facility! From the initial appointment process to seeing the doctor, the experience is most comfortable. They care about the animals and Dr. Venturelli is terrific! Takes her time and is wonderful with my kitty. Highly recommend!

We have been going to this vet in Northern liberties for my daughters dog Lilo since she was 3 months old. The vet service is great. The grooming was fantastic, however they lost or fired the best groomer. We to Lilo over yesterday and had a horrible experience. The dog had some matting and we were told that they would need to shave off some of her hair. we said ok but NOT to much. she cam back totally shaved down to her skin and had a cut on her elbow. In addition they charged us $250.00 which was $100 more that normal grooming.

I took my senior dog in to checked out because she didn’t seem like herself. The vet was going to run labs and x-rays to determine the cause but instead he told me he thinks she was going through respiratory distress and referred me to VEG because she needed emergency care. I took her to VEG and she was able to get the care she needed. Heart & Paw gave me the best advice and now my dog is doing much better. Very clean facility, friendly and professional staff.

I recently visited Heart and Paw and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the facility was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant smell, creating a comfortable environment for pets and owners alike. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall positive atmosphere.My biggest concern, however, was the pricing of the international health certificate for my cat. I paid around $600 for this document, which I found to be exorbitantly expensive. Comparing it to my previous experience in Kuwait, where I paid only $15 for a similar certificate, I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the stark difference in cost. It is disheartening to have to spend nearly the same amount as a plane ticket to visit family just for a simple health certificate.I believe it is important for businesses to consider the value they provide to customers and ensure that their pricing is reasonable and transparent. While I appreciate the cleanliness and friendliness of Heart and Paw, the pricing structure left me feeling disappointed.I would recommend Heart and Paw to pet owners who prioritize cleanliness and a welcoming environment, but I caution them to be prepared for potentially high fees and prices. It may be worth discussing these concerns with the staff or management to gain a better understanding of the reasoning behind the pricing.Overall, my experience at Heart and Paw was a mix of positives and negatives. I hope that my feedback will encourage the establishment to reevaluate their pricing structure and make adjustments if necessary to provide a more affordable experience for their customers.

Heart + Paw was the best experience with vets I’ve had since moving to the city 4 years ago. On top of being extremely affordable, they heard me out on the phone and got my cat in for a same day appointment when I was worried about him having a serious issue. They were quick to book my appointment, all staff members were wonderful and patient with me and my scared cat, and they’ve even checked in again the day after to see how things are going. So happy we found heart + paw. <3

My dogs age is starting to show, and I walked into this vet visit really anxious about what they would say. The vet was so incredibly thorough and non judgemental. She made it easy to understand which exams were a priority, and which ones could wait. By the time I walked out, I was reassured that there are options for my best furry friend. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Dr. V and staff were wonderful with my sick pup. It was our first visit after moving to Phill and she was scared. Dr. V and the nurse were patient and answered all my questions. They got us in a room quickly and I left with reassurance and care plan. They were transparent with pricing before doing anything. They even checked on her via text the next day. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here today! Despite being totally new, I was able to get a fast appointment for my cat when I was worried about a UTI. Staff is efficient and very friendly and everything started and was over quickly while still addressing my concerns. They have a few new patients now :)

They always take great care of my Elenabella! We use the Heart & Paw locations in the city for our vet, grooming and daycare. While their walk in co pay is pricier than others (above $100), it’s worth it for the appt availability and professionalism and attentiveness. We love their daycare services as well! As for grooming, they do a great job on our Aussie shepherd.

Amazing. My cat is blind and thus very scared and nervous. The techs and vet were so kind and gentle. I also have been avoiding bringing her in because of how awful it is and I was anxious they’d judge me for how long it’d been. But they didn’t. They made me, and more importantly Joey, feel safe.

Probably the nicest and quickest vet visit I’ve ever had. Very professional and answered every question we had. Quick first time appt set up and even the office and vet even followed up which I’ve never experienced. Glad I found this place and will be coming back with my other fur babies!

To say that the people who helped my sick cat were just professional is a gross understatement. They were so understanding and patient. And considering the amount of work my cat had to get done it wasn’t as expensive as I was anticipating it to be. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re nervous about taking your pet to be groomed or checked up on. Definitely will make this place my regular from now on.

My pup was well groomed and they did a good job with making sure I remember that I had an appointment. The issue I had was that I was told that after 15mins of the schedule appointment time a late fee would be assessed. My dog was dropped off within 10mins and I was still charged the late fee after they said I wouldn’t be charged because I was within the grace period.

Heart + Paw Northern Liberties is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and caring! Pancake goes for play, style, and care. She is obsessed with H+P! Over 2 years later, she is still just as excited to go there- even for vet appointments! We are so lucky to have found H+P. They feel like an extension of our family. Everyone knows Pancake so well- we trust them completely. Importantly, whenever Pancake is there, we receive regular updates via text and/or phone call. Seeing pictures of her at play is the best part of my day! Thank you H+P for taking care of our Pancake!

I can't say enough positive things about Heart+Paw. I bring my dog here for veterinary care and play. Everyone on the staff from the vets to the vet techs, play coordinators, and groomers is extremely attentive and caring. I have always received timely and thoughtful responses to my questions and scheduling requests. Most importantly, my dog absolutely loves coming here! As soon as he recognizes where we are going he is filled with excitement and can't wait to play with the other dogs. The staff is so sweet with him and he loves them, too. If you are looking for excellent care for your pet, I highly recommend Heart+Paw. They truly are the best!

Love Heart + Paw Northern Liberties! The team here is very responsive, caring and great to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are well taken care of, happy and safe. Everyone her was so nice and amazing. They explains everything in detail and was just over all amazing. I’m a new pup owner and so I was nervous with how my pup would do but he was sucks good boy and they were very caring. The staff at Heart and Paw are always great with Max. He is a difficult dog to do an exam on, but they always are happy to see him even when he isnt happy. They are also on time whenever I’ve been there.

The website information & what individual staff says does not match up. Yes, with the drop-off/pick up time complaints on the reviews are true. I have used a lot of daycare services and usually things are very straight forward. But the information a staff provided me at this business did not match up with the information provided on the website. They apologized but they need to be more professional and train their employees properly or update their websites to reflect what they say matches up with the information available online.

Heart & paw is such a great location, they have the nicest staff! I brought my dog Toby for his first visit and they were so pleasant and helpful with me & my husband the entire time we were there. I bring both of my dogs here. The techs and docs are always kind and helpful and the wait times are much shorter than I have experienced at other vets. I think the prices are pretty reasonable. I like the online portal for managing appointments, etc.
