Emily fit my cat Betty in for nail trimming today - first time because our vet didn't have availability that worked for us. She was thoughtful (she said, "you don't need an appointment, but making one allows us to work around noise to put your cat at ease - like dogs and hairdryers"). She did a great job. We didn't wait long, and I was happy with the whole thing. Nails perfect!

It s an awful place. Dirty and messy. My dog had an horrible grooming. I don’t recommande that place for sure. And the woman, Cynthia I think, is a kind of weird person not looking in the eyes when she is speaking. I dont trust them place anymore.

I'm so grateful that I found this place, my cat lives his groomer, Emily. She shaves his belly, cuts his nails, cleans his ears & brushes line matting he has. Before he leaves she always gives him a bow tie. 💖 Happy tails.

Groomed this very old toy poodle who was very matted and neglected. His owners wanted him brushed out but here at this grooming salon humanity before vanity! This guy got a much needed shave down, bathed twice in a sensitive skin shampoo, ears cleaned and plucked, teeth were not in the best condition. He ended up with an adorable haircut but his owner wasn’t happy. Hopefully her in the future she will brush her dog. I took very good care of her fragile senior dog. I have been grooming almost 7 years and i show dogs and groom them for show i am more than qualified to groom anyone’s pets. I’m glad the little senior pet is more comfortable without his matted hair 💕 ❤️This is in response to Joseph kejha review

This is how my beautiful toy poodle looked after being unduly shavedby a novice groomer, just to get the job done quickly!If you think these people know how to groom, keep in mind they only know how to shave...believe me find yourself another groomer..RUN FROM THIS PLACE, DON'T WALK...

I have been taking my Shih Tzu to Happy Tails for several years. My Cloey always has an amazing cut. They do an outstanding job! Also she is not left in a cage for hours. If you want an honest review take mine. 👍

I am a new client that has not received service yet. Since petco on the blvd no longer has grooming service I had to find a new place. Came across them, gave them a call and my appointment is set up for December. But the reason why I am writing this review is because of a young lady by the name of Laura. She was extremely friendly, courtesy and exceptionally professional!!!!!! She made me feel very welcome on the phone. I’m so glad I came across them. Can’t wait until my babies Carter and Cooper meets her. Thank u for all your help and your wonderful kindness.

If Emily isn’t there don’t take your pet to get their nails done! The traumatic experience that my poor cat had was horrible, unacceptable from an uncaring, inexperienced, unprofessional, ignorant woman, I don’t know her name. I told her my cat slaps, bites and was abused in a previous home.. This wretched woman let my cat out of the carrier and my cat ran all over the place. This woman never apologized nor did she seem to care that she stressed my cat out. I feel bad that the poor gentleman at the front desk got scratched and I apologized for that but had this woman did her job correctly this wouldn’t have happened! My cat is now hiding and won’t come out, she is never like this. I’m extremely disappointed the way I was treated and all she did was put my cat back in the carrier after we caught her and said and I quote, can’t do and walked away. I have a few choice words for her but I’m sure google will delete my review! I will find another groomer, this lady lost Emily a customer!

Love, love, love Emily. She is the absolute best for taking care of your pet. We have been coming here for years with our Maine Coon, who by the way is NOT sociable, and Emily is like his Mom :) Thanks to the staff for ALWAYS being pleasant and answering or returning phone calls.....you rock too!!! Cannot find another place like this. Very reasonably priced and always available:)

I had very good experience with this grooming salon. I was late for my appointment and called them and said I wouldn’t be able to bring my cat at list for an hour, they said just come whenever you can make it and we will figure out something. My cat came out happy, clean and good looking. Recommend. Will definitely come back

Love this place! So glad I found it! They treated my dogs like they would treat their own and were very personable with me. I took them to have their nails trimmed and they left with short nails and pretty bandanas!Definitely my go-to place for nail trims for now on.

Our family recently had two dogs groomed at Happy Tails, one a Bedlington Terrier and the other a Shih Tzu. Both dogs were handled by the owner and staff with care, compassion and absolutely the best grooming we have received to date. Highly recommend Happy Tails!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We dropped off our dog to get groomed at our 1pm scheduled appointment and the groomers were specifically told that our dog has CANCER so if they could be gentle and quick about the process that would be great. They specifically left our dog last to get groomed and he wasnt out until 5pm. When we went to pick him up he was the last animal there. If they had said it was going to be that long of a wait we would have dropped him off closer to the time when they would be ready for him. Instead, they left this tiny 7lb medically fragile puppy in a cage for hours and they had ZERO remorse. When we questioned them, the owner said that "who went first is up to the discretion of the groomer" INSTEAD of by the scheduled appointment time. To make matters worse, his hair was shaved to 1/2" long, the tail was completely shaved off, and the overall cut was uneven and lopsided. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip! Steer clear from this place!

Was told yes then no about boarding my dog. Was told not “much room”. What does that even mean. Then was told ok but there won’t be anyone there to watch the dogs…!SMH!! They need to pay for professional help not friends.

This place needs more professionals in that grooming they said that my dog is too nervous and that they couldn't cut his nails because he was too nervous that's a darn shame and a darn disgrace if people have a dog that is with a lot of nervousness don't take your dog here the last time I came they almost break my dogs finger due to a roughly manifesto employee that doesn't know how to cut nails.

I honestly do not know where to start. After I picked up my two pups from you guys today, one of my dogs eye isn't opening. He has been shaking and not acting like himself. Lucky and Benny are not just dogs they are our family. If his eye won't open tomorrow, I will have to go to the veterinary hospital.
